They did a full house inspection and confirmed I had termites.

I had an inspection and then treatment. The company responded promptly, arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The workmen who were here were friendly and professional, and kept me informed about the process.

We knew we had termites. They're solution was pretty expensive so we got a second opinion and went with that company.

I didn't need any additional work. My termite inspection was clean. There were no termites and no further work needed. The man was very good and thorough. The price was definitely an "A". He was as thorough as anyone could be. It was one person that came out. It took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. An hour at the most. His cleanliness was fine. He was very professional, answered all the questions that I had, so I was satisfied with him.

Wonderful, we hadn't done anything about termites since we bought our house 20 yrs ago. After finding tracking of termites in our garage and knowing we had a problem in the eves of the house we started searching for termite companies. My husband looks at several companies we found in newspaper and mailing ads, never actually calling anyone because he really didn't know what we were looking for tenting or treatment, he just got confused. I joining Angie's List and searched Termite Inspector in our area and Pacific Coast Termite in Orange, CA came right up, they had a very good rating so I gave them a call. They were extremely professional and thorough. After the inspection they gave us the report and said that it would probably be more cost effective to get it tented and they don't tent (so in other words, he wanted to do what was best for our budget). We inquired as to what the difference was between tenting and treating. He explained that tenting would kills what we there but not stop anything new. Treatment would kills what's there and kill anything that comes, and they offer. We opted for the Treatment and would recommend them highly!

Went well, is guaranteed and they came back already which was needed. Unfortunately the first man out (salesman?) stood on my front loader clothes dryer which left a dent. His only comment was,"oops sorry". That was my only regret .

Kenny provided very thorough inspection accompanied by a detailed report of findings; he explained the work needed and there was a quick turn around time between inspection and service provided. I was very impressed with Paul, Mikey and Joe who arrived on time and explained the process step by step. No tenting, no moving out of the house. Chemicals used were safe for people and pets. the process took a day and I have a to year guarantee. Further options to purchase a future low cost guarantee; they treated under the house, the perimeter and the attics. Great!

Inspection performed by Steve Marcione. Professional, punctual and good report made on situation. Thorough inspection made. Proposal made for anti termite treatment using Orange oil. I opted not to do the treatment at this time.

Could not have gone better, from the inspection to the treatment Pacific Coast employees were punctual, professional, thorough and friendly. Blake took the time to explain everything that he found during the inspection and sent a diagram of my house with all of the trouble areas identified. Kevin and his crew explained the treatment methods and the chemicals that they used. They even cleaned up the termite droppings in the attic, something that no other termite service has ever done. A first class operation all the way.

Was done with good quality job. Even though the price was on higher side we are happy with the service. The best is they use green, none harmful products which we didn't have to clear out the house during and after the treatment. I have two parakees free flying inside the house and they were not affected. If these little birds were okay I have confidence this treatment has no harm to human as I was told. Now the left to concer is to see how long this treatment is going to less. The guaranteed for the work is two years.

The inspection showed poor work by a previous group before we bought our house. They have a process that claims to keep termites out for the life of the house and they also made a bid to repair the current damage. When we have more $ saved up, we plan to do the work.

The person spent enough time going around the home, poking and tapping the wood to find the termites. He went up the attic as well and checked the garage as well.

WHOOPS!! Any disappointment was my fault in that i didn't determine if company has workers based in, or around Indio CA before purchasing $30 inspection. Obviously, the cost of service would be increased by having to bring workers into my location. Company's rep was professional and represented his company in a very positive manner. Based on my experience i cannot rate the quality of firm's work.
