Description of Work: Eradication of termites through orange oil and other treatments. Their wood division also did extensive replacement of termite damaged and dry rotted wood on patio cover, eaves and shiplap. Their work was excellent and their staff was friendly and responsive to our requests and concerns. They kept everything neat and orderly and cleaned up everything after each day's work.

Description of Work: I liked it because the house was not tented. It's a lot of work when your house is being tented. Now we could all stay in our home including our three dogs as they treated our home for termites. |They treated with orange oil where they could see the termites and they treated with Borax in the attic. |All the crew members were very nice and polite. |If we have any problems with termites in the future they will come back and treat for the termites. |

Description of Work: The spraying for termites went well and fast. They covered all the area that the inspector pointed out before. The cost to replace the damage wood was high. I hired someone else to replace the wood, who was cheaper.

Description of Work: I found termite droppings under window frame inside house. I did not want to use tent fumigation, so I was looking for alternative. Then I heard radio ad for Pacific Coast Termite. Also, one of my co-workers used them and he recommended. They came on time for inspection, and gave me a written proposal. They came on Saturday at 8AM on time and did very good job. They drilled holes and injected orange oil. They patched up all drill holes (very small). 2 year guarantee.
