I was comfortable with them. I had a mild termite problem, but I had a major tree wrap infestation in my attic. They were here for the better part of two weeks. They were very, very nice. All of their technicians were great with this huge, huge job. They came when they were told to. They were great. Their price is very competitive.

I really don't like giving negative feedback but I was disappointed with Pacific Coast Termite Inc. The inspector came out to do an inspection of the home for rodent exclusion and he checked the attic to see if there were any signs of rodents in the attic. The inspector explained to us that the installation was really bad in the attic and that there was a deceased rodent in the attic. He also mentioned that there was a lot of cardboard in the attic. We found his findings interesting since he was our third inspection for rodent exclusion and no one else reported the bad installation or lots of cardboard in the attic. We've had the electrician go into the attic and had the HVAC inspected and we always ask them how does the attic look and everyone replies with that it's very clean. So, we had an appointment the following day with Terminix and we asked the inspector to check for deceased rodents and check the installation and let us know if there is a lot of debris (i.e. cardboard) in the attic. He searched the attic and did not find any deceased rodents and did not see any evidence of bad installation or cardboard. Also, the inspector that came from Pacific Coast did not even offer to remove the deceased rodent for us and yes we would have paid to have him remove it , if the deceased rodent actually exist. So, I was definitely disappointed and would not use their services. Now, it could have been the inspector that we had come to our home and I hope others have had better experiences.

They gave me an outstanding service. They did the best they could. They had a couple of employees that were not so good and they fired those employees. It has been about a year and a half later and a contractor found some termites around the fascia and they immediately came out to fix the issue. They treated it and the attic and they were here for 3 hours totally free of charge. I am going to give them a lot of references in the future.

They did a very good job. The inspector came first, then the orange oil men (2) a second day, and then a few days later the wood repair men (2), who worked for four days. Everyone was very professional; I was especially pleased with the wood repair men who worked very long days, cleaned up the property very well, and stored their equipment and lumber neatly each day before they left. I felt that all of the men took pride in their work and had a professional, courteous attitude. I've left a grade for the price blank because I wouldn't know what to compare it to.

. I had them treat two houses a couple of years before. They now came and did an annual inspection which takes nearly two hours per house. They crawl into your attic, crawl into your basement and if there is any evidence of termites they treat with orange oil. They also tell you, if you ask them about the structural damage and they people in their company that will come out and fix structural damage. So they do have a complete service. I would use them in the future.

Two technicians came in the morning--one worked in the attic to do preventative spraying while the other worked in the basement to treat drywood & subterranean termites (he also did preventative spraying of our garage); we liked the fact that they use a special treatment that can control subterranean termites for up to 7 years. Then both of them worked on spot treating the fascia board and rafter tails with XT2000 orange oil and Bora-Care (located next to our roof). They finished in about 3.5 to 4 hours. The technicians recommended replacing the damaged wood from drywood and dry rot damage, but we did not proceed because we thought the quote to replace the wood was a bit high (we are getting another bid to compare the pricing). For about a day or two, we could smell an orange-type scent--the scent was tolerable. Overall, I like the fact that our house could be treated for termites without having to moving out. The technicians were very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Pacific Coat did my termite prevention and spraying. I have a young child and they addressed those concerns as well. When new woodwork was added they came back AS THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. Also same on the rat determination and prevention. Great people to work with and a company that makes it easy to trust them.

Their specialty is orange oil. I wanted fumigation rather than the oil. I went with another company.

The termite service was exceptional. Non invasive and very effective. They have come back a couple of times when we have found tiny traces of re-infestation. The reason for the lower rating is because the crew they sub contracted to do the removal and replacement of the wood trim on our home, was not so great. They removed some trim that was not supposed to be removed and could not be replaced. It changed the look of our home and could not be reconstructed because of a massive support beam. seemed to be okay. seems rather expensive for half a day work. but then again they are dealling with some toxic materials in unpleasant circumstances. all bids were about the same.

They were very thorough, which is why we chose them even though they were a little more expensive than the other two companies who gave us bids. The initial inspector found evidence of termites in places the other companies had missed. It was also very important that they were able to treat our house without us having to move out, or even leave. They were able to schedule the treatment promptly, and then when the workers arrived, they got right to work. As they worked, they did another inspection and found yet another area of damage, so they actually did some additional treatment at no charge. They were very careful about not leaving a mess in the house. I will use this company again.

Our inspector, Richard Carreno, was very professional. I actually missed his first appointment because I had written the time incorrectly. I called to apologize and he was very understanding. We rescheduled and he came out and did a most thorough inspection, then made recommendations based on this. He found areas of termite infestation that other companies did not find (we had 3 estimates). I had really decided to use another company, but his inspection and professional manner, as well as his ability to explain the process well and answer my questions made me change my mind. The treatment went smoothly; he said that they always send a certified inspector along with any other crew for the treatment, which impressed me. The price was very competitive, but I definitely recommend getting 3 bids, as it was very educational and also helped with the price. We now have a 2 year guarantee and can renew each year thereafter.

They gave us great service, showed up on time and did the work efficiently and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions I had. After they were finished the house had a slight odor of oranges and wet wood or earth. Both odors dissipated quickly. The company offers a two year guarantee, and they said they would come back and treat any raw wood we would use to replace our trellis or if we do any new construction. No additional charge. I would recommend them and use them again. The work was not cheap, but I feel like they did a really good job and I got what I paid for.

They were courteous and did a great job. They used an oil based product that was very effective.
