Description of Work: went well. I called a couple of times to come back and redo the service as their was still spiders and ants in the house and they came each time promptly!! The third one was the charm one. It worked !! They were very responsive!! I will most certainly use them again!

Description of Work: My attack was infested with termites! Wood shavings everywhere. They did a thorough inspection of the house, inside and out. Very professional inspector. Unfortunately, I could not be home during the actual treatment.They offered to replace my facia board outside for another $4000 - I declined. I waited too long to get this taken care of. Hoping they don't come back any time soon. 2 year guaranty.

Description of Work: Very friendly, competent, and professional. The "orange oil" treatment is a great alternative to conventional tenting fumigation. It comes with a 2-year warranty, with $400/per additional year. If we sell the house, they will reinspect, retreat if needed, and issue a "free and clear" certificate to escrow. We definitely will use them again.

Jeff showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection for dry wood and subterranean termites and came up with a great plan to treat the entire structure. Pacific Coast has already completed one portion of the work and will return when the site is ready for the final treatment. So far I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

Description of Work: I was looking for a general pest control company, and found pacific termite on Angie's List. The nice lady on the other end of the line was nice and courteous and did not blow me off when I told her what I needed. Instead she referred me to a sister compeny which we and now using for our pest control.

Description of Work: Pacific Coast did a full inspection and treatment of my house about 2 years ago (orig. service) then this year they came back to re-treat a few problem areas. The are prompt and professional, showed up at exactly the time I was promised. Service guy went above and beyond, check areas of the house that had not shown any termite damage. He was very mindful of my 2 dogs and did a great job. Moved all the furniture that he needed to in order to treat the house, then moved them back into place when he was finished. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them.
