One Way Painting

They did a good job. I tried to call them again and found that they do big jobs now and not small jobs like before. They were excellent did a really good job. It wasn’t flop at all, the lines were very clean. They have good painters and I can always say that. It was just a good job and they cleaned up afterwards. It looked nice, crisp and clean. If they were to do the smaller jobs, I would definitely hire them again.

We have never used color in our home. Always off-white wall, ceiling, everything. Making the change to dark colors, we painted some samples on our own. Realized how difficult it is to get straight lines and full coverage, everything shows. Jeff spent time during the estimate listing to our concerns and offerring advice. They are busy and control their schedule very closely so not available right away but called within a day of us booking them to give us a start and finish date. They kept this schedule and completed the work in 3 consecutive days. The team was professional, easy to talk to, willing to go above and beyond for any special requests. They did not run out when done on the last day. Took the time after cleanup to look around, do touch ups, time for us to wander around and point out anything we saw. And then helped us move furniture back into place which they had moved at start to center of rooms and completely wrapped in plastic for the duration of the job. They even thought to uncover the tv, couch and kitchen cabinets before leaving the first night so we could have some comfort for our evening. The painting looks great. Love the finish on the door as they were expertly sprayed rather than rolled. Lines are straight. Feels like we purchased a model home with the big color jump for us.

Uriel came out to do estimate came on time gave a great estimate, we we had another estimate for cabinets only and it was for double the estimate we received from One Way Painting. We were going to have to wait a month before painting could begin but they called (per our request) with cancellation and started 2weeks earlier. We are so extremely pleased with the quality of work they were on time every morning very neat and cleaned up afterwards. Uriel and Julio were awesome the caliber of work is 1st class. I know because I am having this same painting done in a bedroom per our insurance company because of damage due to a leak. The paint job has been horrible we have had nothing but trouble they are over an hour late to the job it has taken 3 weeks to get one room painted. One Way Painting stands out far above all others.

I couldn't have asked for a better painting service. Jeff and his foreman and crew were very responsive and conscientious. They were meticulous and a great pleasure to work with.

Crew arrived on time every day and did a thorough, professional job. I was particularly impressed with their surface-preparation work and their attention to detail in masking and covering. On those items where I gave them specific instructions (that might have been contrary to their normal practices), they followed my instructions completely without my having to nag them. When they were finished after five days of work, all was well. All surfaces that should have been painted were painted. There was no paint where it shouldn't have been. There were no stuck windows or doors, and there was no debris for me to take care of. The finished product looks great!

The job was scheduled to last four days and they were able to finish in three. The foreman was very professional and even repaired some problems areas in the stucco that were not in the original contract. We were very pleased with the results. The clean-up could have been a little better (maybe a little rushed?).

That’s half the battle. Returning a phone call. They called back right away. She took the time to call back.

I was really happy with the work and the fact that they were on time. Time was taken to mask off and cover things so that they would not be covered in overspray. I am very pleased and will recommend One Way Painting and use them in the future. They were very reasonable and professional.

We highly recommend this company. They are professional and care about there customers. The prep work on the house was amazing. They took off all the paint on the trim down to the bare wood. The workers arrived at 7:30 every morning and worked hard to make our house look beautiful. Lauren at the office called everyday to see if we had questions or concerns. The end result is beautiful and I will definately use this company for all future painting projects.

I called for an estimate and was told Jeff could come out in three days. He arrived on time and we went through the house. He asked questions about what I wanted done. I was told the estimate would be e-mailed in two days. It showed up in my e-mail two days later, as promised, The price was more than fair so I called to set up a time to start. Two days before the start of the job Jeff came by with the project manager and we went over what the job would entail. He walked through the house with the project manager, pointing out things to him. Jeff asked if I had any questions and he answered all of them completely. I was told the painters would be at the house at 8:00 a.m. to start work. At precisely 8:00 a.m. the doorbell rang and three painters arrived with their equipment. We again went over the job and I picked out my colors. While the other two painters were setting up their equipment, putting plastic around the staircase, windows and doors, and applying painters' tape, the supervisor went to get the paint. As soon as he returned he helped with the prep work and then they began painting. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and I was asked if they could return at 7:00 a.m. or if that was too early. At 7:00 a.m. the three men returned and started work immediately. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up before they left. This continued every day until the job was finished, They arrived when they said they would, they worked very hard during the day, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I received a telephone call from Lauren every day making sure I was satisfied with the job, if anything needed to be done that wasn't being done, and if I had any questions. One Way Painting has spoiled me. I now expect all contractors to be this good. Deep down I know that isn't going to happen, but wouldn't it be nice if everyone had pride in their work and kept their word?

One Way Painters delivered an excellent experience, from the initial quote that was perfect in its accuracy to how well their teams worked to paint selected areas of my home. Not only that, the owner follows up regularly and asks how things are, and is very assertive/helpful about doing anything they can to make the job excellent. We had a walk through and there was no push-back at all on any item. This is a great company to deal with. They are not the cheapest quote I received, but you get what you pay for when it comes to house painting. One Way Painting nailed it, they did a great job and I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Our experience with One Way Painting was positive from Jeff?s initial visit to the completion of the work. Questions prior to the beginning of work and mid-job changes initiated by us were all handled effortlessly and quickly. The quality of the work is superior and the desire of everyone to please and make us happy was very much appreciated. As outstanding as Jeff and Lauren were throughout the entire process, the real stars were Jose and Ysidro, the painters who took great pride in the quality of their work and in achieving customer satisfaction. My husband sees One Way Painting as ?Old School.? The highest compliment he can give.

After reading all the great reviews, I was still somewhat skeptical. However, I called Jeff and he came out and provided a quote and helpful suggestions. Based on the meeting with Jeff, the quote being priced fair and all the great reviews, I decided to use One Way. I now see why there's so many great reviews. My expectations were exceeded. Day one was spent going through each room to validate the work and paint to be used and prep the work areas. There was a lot of care taken in the prep stage. From taking pictures off to moving furniture, I felt they treated my items like it was their own. So I knew this was a good start to the project. The project lasted seven days. Each day there was clear communication on what they would be working on. Plus they asked questions on anything not clear. All employees were extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Any paint issues brought up were addressed right away. Beside the normal painting, I also had some ceiling/window sill damage which they fixed and looks great. I also was concerned about having my 20yr old shutters painted and I can say they turned out better than I expected. I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out.

They were great. They are easy to work with, couple of times we wanted to change our color in the middle of something, they were very kind about it, they came back when we found a couple of spots that needed to be repainted, no problem, they came back and they did it again. We will call them again when we are ready to do the inside of our house. I’ve had a couple of people come through, I have actually a knock on the door, you know, and they got it from Angie’s List and he recommended us and to come see us and they did and give them great reviews. You really have to check out, I mean, there’s a lot of people on Angie’s List, you really have to check out the different companies. We’ve had a few other people from Angie’s List that we didn’t really like or are okay, it’s hard to find painters before we actually settle on One Way. The price was a little bit more than the other guy that came out. They were always on time.

Would highly recommend One Way Painting. Jeff gave us a reasonable quote for the job. His crew was very professional. The work was impeccable. I would definitely use them again.

Jeff was very pleasant to deal with, as was his office staff. The painters that Jeff sent to my home were very professional and friendly. They are such hard workers and did a fantastic job. When Jeff says he stands behind his work...he means it! You can't go wrong using this company and I highly recommend them!

Jeff the owner, his office assistant Roxanne, and his crew starting with Manuel were outstanding. We interviewed 3 other painters for our job, one that was another business (franchise painting company), and [2] independent painters. Jeff and his company's professionalism, commitment to what they said they would do and when, were unmatched. We have already recommended them to several other people who have seen our job completed.

From the moment we contacted Jeff he was responsive and professional. His quote was fair, and you could tell the detail of the work he was going to provide would be of quality. Sure enough, he delivered! His crew showed up on time and did an amazing job, finishing in the one day he had promised.

Our entire experience One Way Painting was exceptional. I felt the quoted estimate was very reasonable given the condition of the house and the amount of preparation work that was required. The quote was reasonable when compared to the other estimates we received. I found it very refreshing that the estimator explained in detail the mechanism as to how he came to his quote for the work. It was also very easy dealing with the provider's office in scheduling the work and in being provided revised estimates when it was determined that a substantial amount of the fascia board had to replaced after the gutters were removed. I was also very happy with the painting crew that did the work. They were all clearly very skillful in their trade. They were meticulous in doing the preparation work and repairs prior to painting the house. They carefully masked off the front doors, windows, and driveway before painting. The actual painting was also very well done. My wife and I are very happy with the final product. A house which was well overdue for exterior painting looks entirely different.

They did a great job, especially on the fine detail work like the crown molding/baseboards. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his crew. I would highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.

Jeff make an appointment to come and give me a bid as soon as I contacted his business. He arrived on time, answered my questions and provided very helpful information. He showed me colors that were better than the ones I had collected as samples. I was relieved and very pleased that he totally understood what I wanted. I accepted his suggestions and his very reasonable bid immediately, and a date was set for the job. Jeff and 3 painters arrived promptly the day of the job. Jeff quickly reviewed with me what was to be done, and the painters went to work immediately. I could hardly believe the thorough job the guys did of the preparation. They removed blinds, drapery rods, etc., and covered everything. They fixed a small hole up on a ledge and a rather messy window sill area that had been damaged by a sprinkler just outside the window. By the end of the first day, two coats of paint had been applied to the ceiling of the hall, kitchen, dining room, and the two-story living room. And, the green accent walls in the dining room had also been completed. The second day, the rest of the walls were painted and the metal stair railing had be given 2 coats of dark brown oil-based paint (as was the large beam in the living room ceiling). I have done a bit of painting myself, and was amazed at how "perfect" a job the guys did - and without making any mess! When the job was completed, the clean-up was done quickly and I was provided the leftover paint in cans that were labeled. I was very appreciative of their willingness to move some heavy furniture for me and to put curtain rods back in place (correctly) and rehang the mini-blinds. There was no extra charge for anything! I could not have wished for a better job or such capable and kind workers.

This company is very professional and is one of my favorite. Jeff, the owner is very knowledgable and is a nice guy, to his customer and employees. His employees are diligent workers and are very loyal to him. You know you have great people behind your project when you see this. Jeff quote me a decent price and gave me an Angie's discount. I have to wait awhile for a crew, but I didn't mind. The work took about a week and my house and cabinets look fabulous, almost new after they are done. I will use this company again and again .

I got two names from Angies's list and the painter that last painted my house, 9 years ago. Jeff from One Way was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked him from the start. He also had the lowest price, a few hundred below the other Angie's list recommendation and thousands less than our former painter. We set a date and they were there on time. Jeff came and reviewed the job one more time with his two painters and I and they went to work. My wife and I went out of town for a few days and when we came back they were almost done. I walked the job with the lead painter and pointed out some caulking that I would like added. I told him that I would be happy to pay for the extra work, but he said that it was included and they wanted to do everything possible to make us happy. When we walked the final project it was excellent. I strongly recommend One Way Painting. A great company.
