One Way Painting

WOW! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY ! EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME WITH FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE PEOPLE. THEY EVEN CALLED BACK AFTER WE PAID THEM TO MAKE SURE WE DIDN'T FIND SOME AREA THEY MISSED. ( HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET THAT???) THEY ARE A LITTLE BIT HIGHER THAN OTHERS BUT WELL WORTH IT ! REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

They were courteous, thorough, and hard working! They communicated well what was happening during the work. The cleanup was carefully done, and now our home looks great! Very blessed!

So I called and spoke to some lady. Before I could tell her what I needed done, she tells me there is a $1200 automatic charge for whatever the job is....wow...don’t be fooled by this companies name like I was. So this other company comes out and quotes me $400 for two stair rails that needed some sanding and painted. They were hired of course. I would steer far away from this company.

Jeff, the owner, came to my house and told me about what his company has to offer. He provided me with a written estimate for the project and what to expect upon my acceptance of his offer. Jeff was very personable, communicated clearly, and was knowledgeable about his industry. The painting crew (Alex and Argel) was very friendly and attentive to my questions and requests. The crew did very good work and I was pleased with the quality of their craftsmanship. Each member of the company I interacted with was very customer service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. I would hire them again and I highly recommend the company.

I was blown away by my positive experience with One Way Painting. From the first phone call thru the end of the job they were an A+--quality, dependability, and a joy to work with. The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing advice. Would definitely use again and wouldn't even consider others.

Jeff came to our home and surveyed the areas we wanted to have painted, and provided me with a detailed quote including when he could start the job and how long it would take. On day one, two men arrived (Francisco & Luis) to begin painting. They showed up on-time (8:00AM) both days, and carefully protected all areas they worked in to ensure no overspray or paint was applied anywhere but where they intended. The results of their workmanship was fantastic. We were very pleased with the results, and appreciated their attention to detail. We will not hesitate to call One Way Painting (Jeff) first when the need arises.

After we accepted their bid, they had it set up for the job. They were prompt and professional. they did everything they said they would do. After they were finished, they cleaned up everything. My yard was cleaner after they left than before they arrived. We would definitely consider them when we do the interior.

Kelly at the office took my call and was so friendly! She scheduled an estimate for me. Euriel came to our house to review and provide an estimate. He was on time, very professional, friendly and informative. We received a written estimate and accepted. Scheduled the job. The crew was 100% on time (actually a couple were early and waited for all to arrive). Euriel came in and introduced the crew to us, we reviewed and the team got started. I work from home so I was there with them all day. They were meticulous in taking care of things in my home. The job was to: -Paint our living room and lay new floor moldings. -Paint the wall to the living room on the upper floor to match the original paint in this upper room. -Paint our hallway walls and ceiling and lay floor moldings there. -Paint our guest bath including the ceiling- over oil based paint! I had purchased 2 door casings for this bathroom to install and the guys did that for me even though it wasn't on the list! They left my house spotless and all cans of paint that were leftover. There were several different colors because of multiple rooms being done. Jesus, Fabian and Francisco were efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company!

They did a great job and were very professional. Their price was fair and we would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job with the prep work, helping me to choose my color and completing the job.

We were so pleased with every step of this experience. Jeff arrived for a quote on time. He was very honest about the stucco that needed to be repaired, the time that it would take, and the possibility of several extra tasks that we wanted done. No up-selling at all! Work began on time, and the wonderful painters that came each day were courteous (they even took our trash cans in on trash day!) and thorough. They cleaned up their things each day and they made sure to show us how their progress was moving along. The price was very reasonable compared to other places that we looked at, and the finished job was impeccable!

The entire crew was very professional and showed up on time and on the day scheduled. They were very attentive to the prep work needed, and kept me in the loop on all steps of the job. The extra attention to the prep work assured an excellent final product. I took several bids for this job and One Way Paint was in the middle on price, but the friendly and professional demeanor demonstrated by Euriel Lund when he came to survey the house closed the deal for me. I will most definitely use them again for future painting work.

Great job. Very high quality work using top quality materials. Very good value for the money. The guys showed up when they said they would and got the job done on schedule. They were courteous, efficient and precise. They answered my questions and paid extra attention to little things I requested. Highly recommended.

An Excellent experience. After contacting One Way Painting, Jeff McCabe came over the next morning to give an estimate. He informed me that while the wood trim and eaves needed to be repainted, the stucco was still in pretty good shape and really didn't need to be repainted....no up sale! On the agreed upon date, Jeff and his crew arrived on time and went to work. ie, power washing, sanding, grinding, patching, etc. At the end of every day, their clean-up was immaculate. You would never know they where there. I also received a phone call every day from their office asking if everything was to our expectations. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional, and their customer service is exceptional.. Jeff would also not accept one dime from me, until the job was complete and I was totally satisfied. The house now shines like new, and I will certainly use One Way Painting again when it's time for the interior. An excellent experience.

Great as far as communication. They contacted me within minutes. Unfortunately their schedule was busy.

Because of the amount of work, the job took 5 days and at times there were three people working on it. One-Way Painting does excellent work and everyone was extremely professional, conscientious and punctual. All of our expectations were met or exceeded. We are very pleased with the communication during the job and thrilled with how the job turned out. For top-quality work, the price was good- remember, you are paying for a licensed and insured contractor who pays employees fairly and who pays taxes. I really don't think it's appropriate for people to post negative reviews for no-bids.

Very pleased with the job One Way Painting did in painting several rooms in my house. They communicated very well, were very punctual, and the painting work itself was extremely well done. Definitely recommend!

We could not be more pleased ! it all turned out exactly as we'd hoped. The color is perfect and it all blended beautifully. Euriel and Francisco were gems. They were very conscientious about their work, and took pride in the outcome. They responded to any area I pointed out. Jeff the owner, wanted to make sure all went well. He too was very conscientious and responsive. We are thrilled! thank you.

The owner Jeff came out to do the quote and he was also onsite the morning of the job kick off to introduce his guys and do a walkthrough. Throughout the entire process from quote to finished job, the entire team of Jeff, Lauren and Osiel were always there when I had questions. The crew led by Osiel was fantastic. They were punctual, respectful, communicative and they did a great job cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. The amount of prep work with the french doors and windows and all the wood scraping took a long time but they were very detailed, meticulous and did not cut any corners. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff and One Way Painting to anyone and their name says it all,..they do it one way and that is the right way. Great experience thanks!

Jeff, the owner, arrived at our scheduled appointment 10 minutes early. He walked the perimeter of our house and tested our paint for led, as we have an older house. It did, in fact, test positive for led, according to the chemistry kit he brought along with him. He explained to us that he could break up the project into parts to legally paint the house in an affordable way, as it had led. He also said he would email a quote within a few hours. That quote never came. I emailed him, no response. His office did eventually call later that day, but didn't leave a message. When I finally got a hold of the office, the secretary informed me that Jeff declined to do the job since our house was on a busy street (I'm assuming he did not want to be liable because of the led/ health reasons), and he was unavailable to talk with me about it himself. While the secretary on the phone was polite, I found it extremely unprofessional that Jeff avoided my attempts to contact him that day, did not follow through with an email quote as promised, and did not speak with us directly about why he could not perform the job. We cleared our schedules to meet with him, so I think it is only fair that he call us directly since he was declining the business. Jeff's quote was also several thousand dollars higher than other quotes (from licensed professionals) we received, and he was unavailable to do the work for another 6-8 weeks. Although I had mentioned Angie's List in my initial phone call to One Way Painting, I asked again about an AL discount in person, at which point, Jeff stated that unless the customer tells him directly that he/she was referred through Angie's List, he does not offer him/her up a discount, and I thought this was a bit dishonest. While I am sure One Way Painting does decent work, I found Jeff (and his company) to be completely unprofessional and overpriced. I should also state that Jeff eventually called me later that day when I complained to the secretary that it was rude for Jeff not to speak with us directly when declining our business, but we felt it unnecessary to continue the conversation. And to be honest, we were upset about how the situation was handled. As a business owner, I think it is necessary to treat ANY customer (whether you are doing business with them or not) with the utmost professionalism and respect, and it is too bad we didn't feel respected or appreciated. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Jeff and his crew were amazing. We have worked with dozens of contractors and most are flakes or have quality issues. Jeff was extremely responsive, used extreme care for our home and property, managed expectations well, followed-up immediately for a few small items after being paid and was overall very good to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations. He also really knows his paint chemistry. His bid was slightly higher than some other painters, but for the size of the job and the importance it was worth it.
