One Way Painting

Jeff and Manual arrived on time, were courteous, neat, moved all furniture, prepped and painted in a day and a half. The results were outstanding. I'd hire One Way Painting again in a heart beat.

Overall, this interior paint work went very well. No problems whatsoever! Kathy Clark The work was performed in Laguna Woods, and my husband and I live in Laguna Niguel, Calif. So, it was approx. a 15 minute drive from our house to our Mother-in-Laws house.

They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job with much attention to detail. They went "the extra mile" on many items so it would be done right. Tthey wanted to please the customer. They showed up when I expected them and worked tireless long days.

One way painting did an excellent job. They were prompt, respectful, and diligently worked on our house. The lines in the paint were clean and they used quality materials and took their time. We had complicated drywall issues on our ceiling. They worked on the ceiling drywall and made it look as if nothing happened, which we were very pleased. Thank you again One Way Painting for coming and helping us quickly and efficiently.

Their price was fair, and the workers were on time and very helpful in guiding me in color selection. We were able to find stain colors to perfectly match the wood beams to our floor. They gave us several ideas relating to staining the wood and painting our walls. They were very thorough and I would highly recommend them.

Jeff was prompt and professional during the estimate and throughout the job. We got a total of 4 bids for the job and Jeff's price was on the lower end of the price spectrum. We required some drywall repair where shutters were removed, and knock-down texture touchups in areas of the ceiling from previous roof leak damage. Jeff's crew did an excellent job patching and matching the existing texture. The crew was on time and and cleaned up after each day's work so the house was still livable during the 5 day job. Jeff checked in on the work site and on the phone with us periodically to make sure we were happy with the work being done. The crew even came back one week later for a few hours to fix some areas we felt needed a little more clean up or another coat of paint. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Jeff again in the future!!

They arrived on time. They listened to a followed my directions carefully. They did a great job and were careful to clean up and place furniture back where it belonged. I'm very pleased with the work and will use them again.

The experience with them was very good. They put a trim on the eves under the roof and the window trim and shutters. They repaired the wood where there was old termite damage. They did a nice job of scraping and cleaning and after that they primed and painted. We had a problem with the coats and half way after they painted my wife looked at it and wanted it changed. They were pretty good about switching it and we paid for more paint and three extra hours to redo it. They were very willing to work with us and I was very happy. I had one other bid from another place and it was twice as much. They are very good on their punctuality.

Jeff came to my home and we went over the required work. He was very responsive to all my questions. Although he was not the lowest of the three bids I received, I selected him because of his professionalism and reviews of Angie's List members. The day the work was to begin, his employees arrived promptly, both very courteous, and Jeff shortly thereafter. Once again we went over the desired work. The prep work was maticulous and the site kept clean. The job was completed in two days to my satisfaction. The best experience I've had with painters.

Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff and One Way Painting. They are professionals and will do a great job for your house. My wife and I are very happy with our colors. Thank you Jeff!!

Owner came out at arranged date and time and provided written estimate of the work to be performed. On the scheduled day for work to begin, a crew of 2 men, plus the owner arrived at the correct day and time. The owner walked the job with me and his job supervisor to make sure everyone knew what I wanted done. The crew started work immediately, taping the baseboards and protecting my furniture. The moved everything without incident and took great care with my belongings. They were very conscientious about my floors, baseboards and mouldings. There was no damage to anything and work was excellent. They put 2 coats of paint and did not water down the paint in the process. They put everything back the way they found it, including the large furniture items. They also labeled the paint cans and put them away in my garage. I would highly recommend One Way Painting again and will certainly use them next time I need to paint. Their work was excellent and the price I paid was extremely fair. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that actually did what they said they would!

Jeff, the owner, came out and gave us the best bid on an old 2 story house with a very steep roof. Every day as the job was in process he would come by to check on it. The crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up at the end of every day. They spent a great deal of time fixing problems created by the prior paint contractor with outstanding results. We suggested one manufacturer for the paint but went with their suggestion of a higher quality paint and are very pleased with the outcome. Darren & Juan were great to work with and Darren, the site boss, was patient with all the questions and showed a substantial knowledge base. One Way Painting is now our paint vendor of choice and an instant reccomendation for neighbors, family and friends.

They are unbelievably professional, and incredibly easy to work with. I really can’t stress how good and nice these people are; they’re great both inside and out. Most importantly, they did excellent work.

Jeff showed up as scheduled and prepared the estimate. His quote was very competitive. He was able to schedule us to start within a couple weeks even though he was going on vacation and it was clearly going to be difficult. His crew was very professional. The quality of the work was extraordinary - the best interior house painting work I've seen, particularly given the size of the job. They were very careful and took their work seriously. Many rooms were painted dark colors that ended up requiring more coats than expected but there was no extra charge or complaints, they just noticed that the color wasn't right and added more coats until it was perfect. The old walls were covered with nail holes, poor drywall patch jobs and there was a lot of drywall damage where three large wall mirrors were removed. The new texture work was perfect and it's impossible to find where all the problems were. The crew worked five days straight to get the job done and they made every effort to keep the house livable while they were there. They didn't expect any payment until we had a chance to fully review the job, which we found no problems with. Next year we need to get the exterior painted next year and we'll be going with One Way Painting.

Excellent. From the estimate by Jeff, through the completion of the work, including a color change because I had a bout of temporary insanity, the painting experience with One Way Painting was wonderful. I totally see the value of getting a professional company to do the work. While it is more expensive that a DIY project, the results are spectacular. I can't stop looking at it. I highly recommend One Way Painting to anyone who needs painting done.

I can't express enough how great an experience it was working with Jeff from One Way painting. From the moment he met us for the initial quote he was nothing but a true professional. Jeff didn't just give us the answers we wanted to hear in hopes of getting the business, he gave us the truth. The work we were having done was on custom built-ins, so we only had one shot to get it right. Jeff didn't just "get it right" he exceeded our expectations on every level. Even when issues came up, Jeff informed us right away, and gave us honest communication. If I ever need any paint or stain work done again, I will contact Jeff at One Way painting right away.

I absolutely loved them. I have had other painters that I have not been satisfied with. These guys were great. They were on time, neat and clean. They prepared their work and prepared the exterior correctly. The owner was on site every day with the painters. They were extremely efficient.

Everything went great. First Jeff (the owner) came out to look at the house and give an estimate. He emailed me the estimate with in a couple of days and once we reached an agreement on the extent of the job and the payment we scheduled the work to be completed in about 3 weeks from then. On the day the work was to be started Jeff came with 2 of his guys, they were right on time, he then explained to them what to do and they started right away and were very efficient. Jeff and his team were great, they put up samples on the walls for us and even worked around the bathroom re-modelers with no problems. Once the work was done I looked over it and a couple of things needed to be touched up, when I told Jeff about it despite being very busy he came within a couple of hours with one of his guys and he himself worked till everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall they did an excellent job but a couple of things that I was really pleased with were the re-staining of the cabinets and the staircase railing and we had 2 tone paint done in out sons room which also came out great. Jeff and his guys are very experienced and they made very good recommendations whenever I asked them for advise. I highly recommended them and will definitely use them in the future.

This was a difficult job because I had to coordinate most of it via telephone and email versus being there in person. But here's my story: After getting 3 bids, Ron and Jeff @ One Way Painting had the best price. They required no payment until the job was finished to my complete satisfaction. It seemed like a straightforward project, but then: 4 days BEFORE the job I noticed there were no baseboards in the kitchen. OneWay installed them at no charge. 3 days BEFORE the job, my realtor suggested using a different color that was more modern, but darker. This required a lot more work (2 coats instead of 1), but OneWay was able stay on schedule anyway. 1 day AFTER the job I visited the property and saw that the baseboards had not been painted (due to a miscommunication). Plus, the doors looked shabby in comparison (doors were not included in the original quote). OneWay took care of that promptly. 5 days week AFTER the job I visited the property again and noticed a lot of "bumpy" spots. Again, OneWay was very responsive and took care of it right away (including a slight chip caused by my husband and me). 1 week AFTER the job I paid them (the job was finally complete!) Getting this condo ready for show was really stressful, especially because of the amount of damage and the distance away from the property. The first thing to suffer is clear communication. OneWay was fantastic in their support and flexibility.

They came on time. They called when they couldn’t make the actual appointment. They let me now what was going on. When they gave me the estimate, the guy was very honest with what they were going to do. They cleaned up and made sure everything was done. They made sure that I was satisfied with their work. They have done an excellent job so far. I would use them again in the future.

I contacted One Way Painting to paint the entire interior of my condo (about 1400 sq ft). When I first called, Jeff the owner was extraordinarily polite and he set up an immediate time for an estimate. He showed up on time (!!), answered all of our questions and pointed out how we could fix additional problems with our previous paint job (including using the correct sheen). Unlike any other service I have ever hired, he required NO deposit with the estimate. On the day the painting was to start, they showed up on time and went right to work. Jeff noticed a couple more things that he and his men could fix (poor drywall joints, etc), and did the fixes at no additional charge. One day when the men were going to be ten minutes late, I received a call letting me know. His men worked hard, were polite and put every piece of furniture/appliance back exactly in its original spot. The paint job is glorious. They were done at the time promised and were a pleasure to have in my home. They are professional, meticulous and know their stuff. A+

We scheduled an appointment and they came to do the inspection. They gave a very detailed quote and their price was in the ballpark. They were very punctual and very responsive. I got several quotes and I have not decided which company I am going to use.
