Description of Work: needed $469.00 additional work in order to pass city inspection. This was due to the fact that my house was built in the 1950's and the inspector wanted a watts 210 installed to pass. Matt installed the heater. He was very professional and friendly. Matt answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water heater. Not unexpectedly, there were some additional costs above the minimum, but we also got earthquake straps attached on our existing solar water tank at no charge. Installer had good advice about which code items were strictly enforced and which we could decline, with the understanding that if the inspector required them FAST would come back to fix whatever needed to be done. The inspection was done a couple of months later and passed easily.
