We received excellent service!! Our technician, Alejandro, was the best!! He was so courteous, careful, and clean. He offered solutions to problems that arose during installation that went way above and beyond. He was trustworthy, took his time, and did perfect work. I recommend this company 100%!

This was an easy and wonderful experience. Home Depot started the journey with the water heater and FAST water heater co. Finished it. The installer was so professional and informative. A very smooth job from start to close. Roberto “James” was genial and professional, clearly explaining each issue needed to bring up to code and the per item price. Great attitude and clearly a veteran plumber.

All services were done promptly and as expected. The process was made effortless by the efficiency and professionalism of the office and service staff.

Call center person was very professional and clearly explained my options. Technician took time to explain the scope of work and what to do after the water heater was replaced. Michael did the job on time and cleaned up all debris before he left. I was very impressed with Michael's workmanship and professionalism.

Excellent. Michael was knowledgeable of all the current CA codes and began by draining the old water heater and laying all the parts out in order of build. Once he began it was a seamless job to completion. Knew exactly what to do and which order to minimize the time for exchange. We would use them again.

Great. Dustin called saying when he would arrived and arrived on time. He evaluated the job, explained what needed to be done and why, prices of the individual tasks, and gave advice on things I might want to do myself I made my decisions and he proceeded quickly with his tasks. When I reversed myself on performance of one task it didn’t faze him. The job was done quickly, thoroughly, and to my complete satisfaction and the area was cleaned up. Dustin was a credit to his company and I would not hesitate to call upon them again.

Process was straight forward all information/options reviewed regarding installation. Cost was discussed and agreed on before install. Very knowledgeable and made sure to walk me through the basics of the new water heater. Was a complete replacement and brought new water heater to code which gives me peace of mind. Cost was more than expected but worth every penny. Left my home clean.

This was such an easy process. Roberto (James) called before my appointment time frame and arrived 30 minutes later. Installation was quick, clean and easy. I love my new toilet and could not be happier with the service provided.

This company installs water heaters for Home Depot. On the phone, Scott gave me advice on which water heater to purchase, because the one I had chosen had some characteristics I was unaware of. He was thorough and gave a good estimate of the cost, although he had to schedule a technician to come out for a free estimate. Alejandro was excellent, gave great advice and explained all the needed work, including where we might have permit issues, suggesting to wait on one thing until the inspector said exactly what he wanted done. Overall, this was an excellent company to work with, although I ended up choosing a different contractor for the installation.

Fast Water Heater knew everything my city inspector would look for and upgraded to current code. Complete installation and carry-away took exactly 2.5 hours as estimated.

We had a good experience. We bought a deal on Angie's List. My husband bought the deal so I am not aware of the price.That was the best price we could find. If we needed to use them again we would -- hopefully not.

The work was preformed seamlessly and looked great. Everything was brought up to code and the permit done. Dean was very good with giving me all the options and all the drawbacks of what could be done. He was full of information, but not pushy and let me make my own decisions with no pressure. The procedure took about 3 hours. I am very happy with the results.17

They were very punctual and professional. The end cost was more than I expected but I fill it was money well spent.

The water heater was installed by an inexperienced technician. After the install, the inspection failed due to improper connection of grounding wires. Seems like someone with basic knowledge would have done this correctly. We had an experienced technician from the company come out to repair the installation so it could pass inspection. So far, the water heater has been operating correctly.

This was a $999 big deal purchase. It turned out to be okay, but it was a lot more expensive; they added on a lot of stuff after the fact. They were very responsive and got the job done. I was just very surprised with all the additional cost. The quality of service was good.

My elderly father had asked the installer from Fast Water Heater if there was a way he could save some money to have his water heater replaced. He basically asked for a discount. The installer proceeded to point out some items that we may be able to get away with. He never once mentioned that inspection will fail if we did so. He also did not, at any time, mentioned that we'll have to pay extra for him to come back out. Of course, my father trusted this guy- thinking that he was an expert- took his recommendation and opted not to have some things done. Well, no surprises here since the city came out after the work was done and inspection failed. First of all, I think that the installer should not have done this job knowing full well that it will not pass inspection. Secondly, I think it is extremely bad business practice for Fast Water Heater to charge a service call of $139.00 when they know full well that inspection will fail and that they?ll have to come back out. This is a ploy to charge extra. We know that we have to pay for the work that is needed to get it up to code but a hefty service call fee on top of that is outrageous! I contacted the company from Washington state and they did not attempt to make things right for their customers. Ended up taking my business to someone local who waived the service charge. I don?t recommend Fast Water Heater!!!
