Excel Carpet Cleaning

I was happy with the results. He got stains out I had been working at for a long time, and the stains never re-appeared. There way a torn place in my carpet in the entry from my garage, and he repaired that spot with a remnant I had.

They were the best carpet cleaners I have ever had. In fact, they saved us from having to get all new carpets. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will never use anybody else again. They were competitively priced but the value was AMAZING.

I got an estimate over the phone from Enrique by describing the size and layout of my home. We decided on a date and a time. Enrique and his associate showed up on the designated date and time. They showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. They started work immediately after a quick walk-thru the house. They worked on the carpets for approximate three and a half hours nonstop. They were careful, clean, and efficient. The necessary furniture was moved and Enrique described to me the approximate drying time before he left. The carpets look wonderful and I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of Enrique and his associate. I would definately have them do my carpets again. I was very pleased.

The provider arrived a couple minutes after the one hour scheduled window. He worked very hard, but because the carpets were heavily soiled ( renters with kids had been in before me) the results weren't pristine. Also the carpet was wet for 2 days and it would have been nice if he'd told me that in advance.

Enrique Escutia, the owner, and his partner, Erwin, handle all jobs. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning some heavily soiled carpets and upholstery (lots of dog hair) for us. They work tirelessly and are very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. Great Team, we would absolutely use again.

Enrique arrived promptly on time. He and his assistant were professional and friendly. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the carpets in our 4 bedrooms. The carpets look new. Enrique was knowledgeable and explained the process to me. I had spots that needed additional cleaning and Enrique was honest about whether or not he would be able to get the spots removed permanently. He was able to get the difficult spots removed. There were no surprises as to what my cost was going to be. This is the second time I have used this company and both times have been a pleasure with excellent results. I highly recommend their service.

Enrique was very pleasant and professional. On short notice, he was able to clean our carpets before we moved into our home. The prior owner's son may have on occasion smoked in or near the house and except for a slight odor I didn't think the carpet was all that dirty until Enrique started cleaning them and you could really see the difference. I forgot to mention the smoke odor until after he was finished, so I would suggest people tell whoever they use to clean their carpets if they have any concerns before the work is done so the correct cleaning solutions can be added. I will definitely be using Excel again, the carpets are beautiful and very soft underfoot.

Cleaned two bedrooms, living room, dining room, stairs and a rug. Carpets not cleaned to satisfaction. The major stain was a cooking oil spill in dining room and the appearance after cleaning and giving carpet time to dry was unacceptable, no change in the stain at all. I let the carpet dry for three days and then called Enriquie. When I explained that the stain was unchanged he said "I can't believe that" I ask if he could return and try something else and he complained and made excuses, really not believing the carpet was still stained. He finally agreed to return BUT he would be charging me $85.00. I couldn't believe this and after a few minutes listening to him and his excuses I said "forget it" and hung up.He did call back a few hours later and left a message that he would come and try again without charging me BUT advised me that should the stain remain as it is he would not be responsible. At this point I decided I don't want him in my house again. The normal soiled area on the family room rug was only partially improved but the rug is now buckled badly. Enrique had told me that he has seen rugs with huge rolling bumps and that they would flatten out once the rug was dry. I "think" the buckling of the rug is due to the amount of water or chemical they used. All of our rugs were really wet and took 3-4 days to dry. It's now been a week and it's dry but no improvement in the condition of the rug. I will need to replace the rug now, great expense as it's a 10 x 14 rug and it's only a couple of years old.

We have a new dog that is not quite potty trained yet. George came in and did a great job cleaning and deoderizing the whole house. He was very nice and responsive, and we were very happy with the price. We will definitely use his services again.

Our elderly dog passed away 2 days before the family (with grandbabies) were due to visit. My Steam-Vac broke in the middle of cleaning the carpet. Luckily, Excel had a cancellation for the following day. The were considerate enough to call to tell me they were running a few minutes late. Also, the extra work promised to remove even the worst of the stains was performed & it looked just wonderful! So thankful!

Enrique Escuia arrived in the morning and went through the house to see what rooms he would be cleaning. I asked him to clean what he could in the closets as well and added just $25. He got to work right away and was done in just a couple of hours. They performed a steam cleaning, and used a 3 step process which worked very well. The carpets look clean and smell good. I was concerned about the tubing they were using as they went up the wooden stairs, but he but accommodated me by draping the tubing over the stair rail instead.an adapter.He also has wall guards to keep things bumping against the baseboards. I would consider using him again, but he did say it would be a little more expensive as there was a lot of work involved. I may check with other companies for pricing next time, which was my only issue as he said it would be $100 more next time.

Excel had a tight schedule but accommodated our request for a cleaning before a last minute visit from my sister. They arrived on time, set up bumper guards to protect stair case and wall corners from the hose and did a superb job. We have been looking for a carpet cleaner and have tried several on AL only to be less than satisfied for one reason or another. With Excel we think we have found a carpet service that will take care of our cleaning needs for years to come.

I needed the carpet stretched in the living room and hallway. Another company who advertised repair & stretching came & said the carpet was laid incorrectly and could not be stretched. Fearing I would need to replace the carpet, I called Excel Carpet Cleaning. They were able to stretch the carpet so as to look like newly laid carpet. I could not believe it. They then cleaned the carpet, with the same expertise and care. I am so impressed with Excel, I called the next day & asked for a dozen of their business cards to give to friends. I will never have to decide who to call again, it will always be Excel. I cannot praise them high enough. I consider Excel a real find in today's atmosphere of "just get it done". Excel delivers the work ethic and skilled work of days gone by. Thank you Excel

Enrique was good about returning my initial telephone call and giving me an estimate based on what I said I wanted. My only unhappy concern was that he did not arrive within the time frame initially agreed upon, though he did call to tell me he was running late and would be there shortly. In actuality, his arrival time was more than an hour after the latest of our initial window of time. However, having said that, when he did arrive, he and his helper went right to work and really WORKED!!! They prepared my carpet beforehand and then muscled the cleaning machine over the areas more than once to give every bit of the carpet a thorough cleaning. This was by far the most time and effort any cleaning service had EVER given to my carpet previously, and I was very impressed by that. The result was carpet that looked almost new, and that has a pleasant light scent that is most agreeable when we are sitting or laying on the floor.

This company was excellent! I contacted them in June, but had to reschedule. We agreed that I would confirm on the Friday before my July service date. By the way, the phone was answered by the owner practically every time I called, even later in the evening. On the day of cleaning, they arrived promptly at the agreed-upon 7:30 a.m. Adequate protection was used for corners and wood floors. They suggested carpet repair in several areas, and did a better job than I thought possible. Even where significant fraying had occurred they were able to stretch and repair the carpet such that the damage was almost non-noticeable. The carpets throughout were noticeably cleaner, and pet stains were eliminated. I can't say enough about this company. They are friendly, courteous and responsive, and their services were excellent. I will definitely call them annually for my carpet and upholstery.

Carpet cleaning was fair at best. I also wanted my tile floors scrubbed and shined but they wanted to charge me another 450.00 and made tons of excuses of why they couldn't do it. I was moving into the house the following day and wanted the tiles to be cleaned but the guy who came seemed liked he had better things to do.

They were excellent. They were running a little late and they called me to let me know about it. I appreciated that. They got here and protected all the corners and baseboards. The carpets dried really fast. The loveseat turned out fantastic. They were very friendly. My daughter was here with her baby when they did the work. They did the room of the baby first and created a back up for her. They were really nice. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Even though they arrived later than expected, they called and let us know they were running behind. They were efficient and worked fast and thoroughly. They were able to get out some pretty bad stains from spills and traffic. They used corner protectors in our home so as to not damage the walls in the house. I am very happy with their services and will use them in the future.

Called both numbers just before 10am, phone was busy. Called a few minutes later and phone rang and rang until it went to voicemail. Left a voicemail but over 4 hours later no callback. Very disappointed that I can't even get a hold of them for such a highly rated company.

Enrique is the most professional carpet cleaning specialist that I have met. I called Enrique on Monday to clean my carpets on Tuesday. He was promplty at my home at 7:30am as promised. The cost of the job was actually on the low end of the range that he gave me on the phone. They were very thorough and professional. He spent 3 hours cleaning my carpets. Companies in the past would have spent half of that time. I would recommed Excel carpet cleaning to all of my friends and family. His services may cost a little more than the average carpet cleaning service but the quality of service, the professionalism and results are well worth it.

I called a little more than a week ago and was quoted a price of $125.00 for my area rug to be cleaned which was $40.00 more than I paid last time with a different company but because of the reveiws about the great job and being on time I scheduled. I was told 12:00 so time passed and at 12:25 I called to make sure they were still coming and was told they were working on another job but would be there. At 1:30 I called again and they said they would be there soon but I told them never mind and at that time I was told that they never give anyone an exact time. I think if that is so then then sould give the coustomer a time frame and maybe a phone call to let them know when they will be there.

The whole process, from my initial phone call thru completion of the work was very professsionaly...an "A" grade for sure. We will be happy to use them again.
