Excel Carpet Cleaning

We had lightly colored carpets that had significant pet stains in some areas that we were afraid wouldn't come out. Enrique spent half a day working on the carpets and in the end, they looked brand new.

Amazing service. We had construction done and a stain from a leaky roof. Excel was so fast, and very friendly and helpful. The carpet looks brand new.

Enrique showed up right on time. He assessed my carpet and found significant pet stains which previous cleaners had worked on. He requested only an extra $15 from the original estimate, and then worked for three solid hours. When he left, the carpet was immaculate, and the pet stains did not re-appear as they had in the past. I would absolutely hire him again.

Excellent. Everything was smooth from making the appointment to arriving on time to a four hour long thorough cleaning of our carpets. He was neat, efficient, friendly, and a very hard worker. He was careful of our furniture and our home. Great job!

Carpets hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. They look like new when finished. His price is great - but the caveat is that he doesn't move furniture. So under beds and a sleeper sofa didn't get done. Otherwise, we spent a couple hours moving all the smaller pieces -dressers, chairs, end tables etc., into the bathrooms and stacking stuff on beds to clear as much carpeted area as possible. A previous carpet cleaner - who also did great work AND moved furniture - apparently has gone out of business. We paid almost the same this time with Excel as we paid 2 yrs ago with the previous company, so our labor covered inflation, I guess.

I have used Enrique two times in the past, this time is the third. The first time was a good experience. The second time I used him with a coupon with Angies List for 5 rooms in 2017, and he did a good job, but was grumbling that it was more area than expected and wasn't going to give me the stain protection, (mind you he has been to my house before) so I proceeded to give him $40 more in cash. At that time, I asked him how much would he charge to do 3 specific rooms in my house (a larger master bedroom, hallway and family room) he said $185. I told him I was writing it down on my calendar. So, I called him in November for those 3 specific areas, set up an appointment with him--he shows up, then starts grumbling again about how much everything costs, etc. (wondering why he bothered to take the job) and then he told me he wasn't going to give me the stain protection when he was just about done--AGAIN!!! HE THEN TOLD ME TO GO BUY IT AND PUT IT ON MYSELF--REALLY!!!! I asked him, how much to put it on the traffic areas and he said $85, I didn't pay this time. But this is the real kicker--I just checked Angies List and he has a coupon for 4 rooms with stain protection and deodorizer for $185!!!!!! Did an excellent job on my carpet--better than the no residue guys!

I was very happy with the service. He let me know that the fabric of my couch would probably leave water marks and suggested trying the ottoman first. I really appreciated that he was up front about that. I'll definitely use them again next time.

My carpets were pretty dirty going up the stairs and afterhe was finished, they looked better than when we moved in the house 2 years ago. My sectional couch looks better than new and he spent a really long time on the couch. And the area rug looks great too. I will be using them everytime from now on and I already refered them to my neighbor next door.

Had used provider previously and liked him. Negotiated price over the phone. Provider knew carpets were dirty when he quoted price. Asked for more money after the job was done because he thought carpeting was dirtier than expected.

So far Excel does the best carpet cleaning of anybody I have used--I have used them twice. Pays attention to detail, unlike some of the "Big Name" carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

Technician arrived early and did a great job on twenty year carpet.

The company does an excellent job. Although more expensive than I've paid in the past, you will get your money's worth.

We use them every year and would use then again. Price is a little higher than competitors, but worth it to stay with them.

Enrique is great - he comes out every year. Price is a little higher than other companies, but I would rather pay the extra to have him come out.

They did a very good job on cleaning the carpets and didn't rush through the cleaning. They protected all wood furniture that was on the carpet to prevent damage until the carpet dried.

Asked whether carpet should be removed and cleaned at shop, but was told not necessary. Chose this company based on ad they clean oriental rugs - which regular company did not state. Worker did not wear protective footwear -"not necessary". When finished, rug was streaked likely due to wetness. When called back to inspect, he claimed it would disappear when vacuumed. Regrettably, streaks remain to this day destroying the beauty of the rug.

It went very well. Enrique was punctual, polite, and thorough. He spent several hours going through each room of the house and did a nice job on the stairs. He was careful with the furniture in each room. Small spots were removed and I was very pleased.

He did a great job as usual. He took about 2 hrs to do the job. Carpets are very clean and not very damp, he gets most of the water out.

Enrique arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very thorough. He put plastic protectors around the corners of bureaus and cabinets to prevent any damage. Was done in two hours and the carpet was dry by evening. Very happy and have already referred him to two of my friends.

Friendly, thorough, hassle-free. This is the 3rd time I've used Excel because they are so reliable, do a wonderful job on my carpets and upholstery, and are reasonably priced. I won't go anywhere else, Highly recommend!

I have used this company three times so far to have the carpet cleaned in my condo. In every instance they have arrived on time and they've always done an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They are friendly and work hard. I will use this company again in the future.

I didn't submit a review the first time I used Excel Carpet Cleaning but this is now the second time and have been very happy both times with their service, thoroughness and level of professionalism. My inquiry was answered promptly; arrival to do the job was within 10 minutes of the appointed time; the work was done in a tidy fashion and my carpets look great. I will definitely call Enrique at Excel Carpet Cleaning in the future.
