Excel Carpet Cleaning

They did an excellent job. My tile floor was very soiled and the grout was dark. The two guys were cleaning for about 4 hours and it was spotless. I would not expect them to clean that floor again but plan to have them do my carpet about once a year, which they had also done earlier this year.

This company does amazing work. We had some tough stains (Coffee, Juice, Soda,) that I thought wouldn't come out when they did the cleaning but he got them out.. He did a beautiful job. Cleaned up after himself Will be using him again in 6 months to have my carpets cleaned again. Just a FYI.. He doesn't not take credit card..Will need to pay cash or check.

From the first call to Enrique, the whole experience was fantastic. We needed all of the carpets in a 2 story 2800 sq. foot home cleaned prior to selling the home. The home has very light colored carpet that had terrible stains in several areas. Enrique quoted me a price over the phone of $550 that I felt was very fair, especially knowing the stains they would be dealing with. Everyone was shocked on how well the carpets came out. No stains and no pet odor. The real estate agent emailed me saying how she couldn't believe that was the same carpet and there was no pet odor. Another cool thing is they offer handyman services which will come in handy. Thank you Enrique for a fantastic job and I look forward to telling everyone about you.

I would highly recommend Excel Carpet Cleaners for your carpet cleaning needs. They did an excellent job in a timely amount of time. They were friendly, took pride in their work and were very careful not to hit any large pieces of furniture that we didn't move. Also, I know it has only been a few months since the carpet was cleaned but it seems to stay cleaner longer. I will definitely use them again.

I can't really comment on the price, as I didn't get very many quotes. ?It seemed steep to me at first, but I ended up going ahead with it anyway. ?I have paid less in the past, but I think Excel did a much better, more thorough job. ?My previous carpet cleaner was probably here half the amount of time. ? Excel was meticulous...they even put tin foil under all of the legs of my wood furniture to protect it, and risers on my (three) gliding rocking chairs and clothes hamper in the hall. The man who came was very kind and professional (forget his name, but he is a trusted employee of the owner who was out of town on vacation at the time). He appeared to work very hard and I don't think my carpets have looked better since they were first put in. ?Even the bottom two steps of the staircase that were so dirty now look amazing - I can't detect the slightest discoloration - they are cleaner than the last time I had them cleaned with the previous company. ?I figured they would always be a little dirty looking, but Excel made it look brand new! The sofa looked amazing, too. I think it took about 7 hours to do the whole job. ? I will definitely be going with this company again in the future.

Absolutely great! Scheduled for 8 and showed up ready to go at 7:45. Took all the pet stains out of my carpet. No complaints whatsoever.

It worked out good. The young man that did the cleaning was very good and very nice. He did a good job. It was a good price for what they did.

Enrique and his assistant arrived on time and efficiently assessed the work to be done. He? let me know before work started that the stairs were going to be an extra charge. I accepted and work was started. They protected corners, and took care not to damage anything. They worked on my carpet and afterwards they left my carpet like new. Many stains that I thought were set in were cleaned? beautifully. The carpet dried quickly, looked new,? and felt soft. I was very pleased with the results and their professionalism. I would definitely call them again.

They did a real good job after they arrived the rooms look real clean and even feels real refreshing. I would probably call them again in the future.

-- This is the second time I have used Enrique, who owns Excel, to clean carpet. I switched to Enrique because my previous experiences with the corporate-sized COIT Carpet Cleaners had been unsatisfactory to me and my wife. In contrast to COIT, I am completely satisfied with Enrique's/EXCEL work in all aspects. He utilizes a higher-end brushing unit on carpeting that is more effective in removing deep dirt and stains which most cleaners in this industry do NOT utilize. His truck-mounted equipment also does a better job of rinsing and sucking any excess liquid out of the carpet which is better for the life of the carpet/padding, does not leave a soapy smell in the carpet and allows it to dry more quickly. His cleaned carpets are pretty much completely dry in less than 24 hours and 'walkable' with clean shoes within a hour or two. From my first cleaning by Enrique about 18 mos ago, I found that my carpet stayed cleaner longer than when my wife was using COIT coupons. With our old provider, COIT, we also had 3-10" splotches (dirty spots) that would appear within a month or so which I presume was due to their sloppy workmanship; i.e., the worker left behind soap residues which then, over time, absorbed dirt more quickly than other parts of the carpet. With Enrique @ EXCEL we have had NO such recurrence of this problem that was consistently a problem with COIT. -- In my two experiences with Enrique's carpet cleaning services I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he gives his expert & honest assessment about my carpet without any up-selling pressure, the quality of his cleaning process is remarkable for this industry, and he is easy to work with. I highly recommend his work.

Our experience with Excel Carpet Cleaning was the best! Enrique promptly returned our call the first time we left a message. Once the appointment was made, Erwin arrived at 8:00a.m. as scheduled. Erwin did a wonderful job and the carpeting looks great. This company truly understands customer service! They are not only courteous, they do what they say. The two workers showed up on time and did job as promised. I wasn't sure a few spots could be brought back, but they did do a good job of cleaning our beige carpets. Would use them again.

This is the third time I've used this company and each time they have done an excellent job. They are professional and take care not to pull their hose around corners or doorways by putting up shields along the floor. They have always been on time or will call if running a bit late. Will use again.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was nothing short of a magician. I did not think that the carpet can be saved. I was contemplating whether to replace it. He came in and everyone says that the carpet looks brand new. I didn't even think it could be saved. I was waiting in the garage when the work was happening and when he called me in, the carpet looked brand new which was filthy earlier. I would not let anybody other than him to clean my carpets. They did a beautiful job. I scheduled them when I was free and they are were very accommodating. I called them on a Sunday. He also did my oriental carpet for which I had to pay extra and it also looks brand new. The carpet was purchased around 10 years back and it was not cleaned since then. He did it and it looked brand new. He saved it. He is definitely worth more than money I paid.

They did an amazing job. Enrique and team really took the time to work on the stains. If one type of cleaner wouldn't work, he'd try another, and another, until the stain was out. The carpet looks brand new now. They are very meticulous about getting every spot and stain. He also spent quite a bit of extra time on the area that had the pet accidents. My house looks and smells wonderful now!

Started within 5 minutes of arrival. He assessed the square footage and found it to be as we described on the phone. We agreed to the cost as we had discussed on the phone. All was in agreement before we started. After 2 hours of work in the mobile home, he came to me, explained he was done and explained that the carpet was exceptionally dirty and had some special problems (he guessed what they were and he was correct in his assessment). He said that might cause some problems down the road, but he did all he could to make it like new. And after it dried a bit, it was like new. Cushy and clean. Stains that had been present for years were gone. A bulge developed probably from the stretching, but it later settled back into place. We were very happy with the results. My mom, who did not think the carpet needed cleaning, was so glad we did this for her.

He was on time, polite, and extremely thorough. Carpets with spots and pet damage were re-freshed and the pet damage became undetectable. I would definitely use this service again.

The Extra charges were too high, I requested a refund.

We hired him two months ago, he came and showed up, he did the work and he tried to charge $100 more. He was very upset and stormed out.
