Hi Mrs.{Member's name removed} Thank you for your review but just for clarification purposes we provided you with the Carpet Cleaning Services on March 9 2016 and not in February as stated , the total cost was of $ 155 not $ 250 the areas we worked on are Bedroom,Stairs and a long Hallway (very heavy soiled), I'm certain that we did the best of our abilities and your carpets look very nice at the time we left, Sorry that our service was not up to your expectations but we will keep trying. Description of Work: Carpet cleaned all carpet areas in the house plus stairs. It went great-- very professional, used bumpers so not to ding my walls or stairs. Enrique explained what steps he would be doing-- the carpets came out looking great and clean. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: Honest, prompt, courteous. Excel cleaned my filthy carpets. Communication was great. They took the time to do the job right. Had to pay extra for the extra because my carpets were so dirty, but it was reasonable.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning-didn't get all stains out. Paid for deodorizing/sanitizing downstairs and new tenant said the carpet smelled very bad in one corner near shutters. He considered 3 rooms what most carpet cleaning places consider 2 rooms, the dining room and living room he counted as 3 rooms and charged extra for the normal sized family room. He did give one hall to me for no charge since he was over an hour late but I could have gotten a better deal getting a whole house cleaning rate than paying by the small room.

Dear Member I'm very sorry you feel this way,even though when I finished you expressed content with the results and yes you mention concern about some of the permanent STAINS such as PET URINE,BLEACH,FURNITURE AND COOL AID (food coloring) ,which I explained that all these stains are permanent. To begin with This unit is a RENTAL HOUSE,with a large living room and dining room combination (which meet the Angie's List Offer of 3 areas for $ 125 which she paid to Angie's List),Large Family Room,2hallways,Master bedroom,2 bedrooms and one set of stairs.Did I mentioned ? It was a RENTAL,the condition of carpet appear very abused (many years without cleaning),and by the smell in the air indicates negligence of pets . The total price we charge was $ 275 this fee justifies the carpet cleaning based on size of the unit and never charged for condition of carpet (how nasty it was) which I should have. Overall I was very happy with the results and I do not think could do any better under the conditions/parameters I had to work with . thank you very much for your comments they help me to keep me humble.
