He was on time and very neat; the house was just as clean when he left as it was before he arrived. You can tell he has a lot of experience working with carpets and making repairs.

They are very professional and the price is very reasonable.

Enrique and his assistant arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and cased the joint, explaining to me how the job would proceed in every room. The work took about three hours. They began in the upper rooms and proceeded to the bottom. When they were done, Enrique explained to me how to protect the carpet for the next 24 hours while the carpet was still damp. The condo was sparkling. I will engage this firm again next year.

I came home after a New Year's weekend out of town to a very bad - VERY BAD - pet accident on my living room carpet. My 100-lb. dog had had very loose bowels and couldn't make it outdoors . . . and this had happened before he went into boarding for the weekend, without my knowledge. The mess had been sitting for over six days when I found it. I was sure I would have to replace the carpet. Instead, Excel recognized my emergency and gave me next-day service. They came and treated the pet accident with every tool in their arsenal, and treated it, and treated it, and I now have a sparkling clean carpet with no stain, and no odor, and they cleaned my master bedroom and dressing room carpet as well. They did an outstanding job.

the carpet really needed to be cleaned and shampooed as it looked like it had never been done before. Enriue came in on time and had a look. he raise his price because he said it was a very impossible job. I did understand the labour invovled but he worked very hard and professionally and the carpet looks so clean.

They did more than I asked and they did a good job. I had them cleaned six months ago and the carpets are still in good shape.

They did a great job, and they moved everything. We are satisfied with their work, and we will use them again in the future.

Enrique and his associate showed up at exactly the time we had scheduled. They then commenced to work on our carpets, which were very dirty from not having been cleaned in a couple of years. Considering the severity of the stains, they did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable too: only $200 for 3 bedrooms, a living room, hallway, and office. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely use Excel Carpet Cleaners in the future.

Enrique and his assistant, (Diego?) arrived a few minutes early both days and went right to work. They put protective bumpers around room corners to protect the walls from their hoses. They did a marvelous job on the carpets as well as the living room furniture. They moved chairs & sofas to make sure they could clean all the carpeting. We have never had such thorough carpet cleaners before. When they came back to clean the furniture they both worked for more than 2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently had work done on our home, they were absolute pigs - did not cover anything and had trash, construction garbage and stuff everywhere and covered nothing - needless to say, they not only trashed my home, and did a horrible job as well, but also trashed my carpet. The carpet was only 3 years old and I was certain I would have to replace it. Found Enrique on Angie's List and gave him a try - OUTSTANDING - renewed my faith in hiring people you don't know or someone who has not been recommended by a friend. He and his co-worker were marvelous - my carpet is back to where it should be, the house smells wonderful and I will use Enrique again (will go with having carpet done at least once a year if not every 6 months.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Enrique and his assistant were great. They were on time, friendly, and skilled. The carpets, which were very dirty, now look and smell terrific. I highly recommend them. The only small problem was that their website was out-of-date at the time I visited it. It still mentioned services that they no longer offer, and an initial email to Excel via their website went unanswered. But by phone, they were very professional, helpful, and responsive. A+.

The experience was very good. They showed up on time to appointments. They were respectful around the office. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

I called on 01/14/08 for an appointment to take place on 02/02/08 between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Enrique showed up promptly and steam cleaned my carpet to my satisfaction. One thing that I liked in particular is the fact that he took the time to place rubber bumpers around the wall corners to prevent the shampoo hose from rubbing against the wall corners. He also placed metal items on Styrofoam blocks so they would not create rust stains on the carpet while drying.

They are very prompt and have wonderful availability. I can call on a Monday for service on Wednesday and they always find time to squeeze me in. I really appreciate their business. The cost listed is for three rooms steam cleaning and odor control for the pets. They never try to sell you extras - I really enjoy their service and I will continue to use them.

THE CLEANERS WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. THEY CAME IN, MOVED FURNITURE, TOOK EXTRA CARE ON THE VERY DIRTY AREAS AND MOVED EVERYTHING BACK TO IT'S ORIGINAL PLACE WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
