Excel Carpet Cleaning

Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

I found them through Angie’s List. I love them. I would recommend them with the highest rating. I use them continually and I have recommended them to friends. I recently had to rush away from my home for some medical care. So, we just left him the keys to our house because we trust him so much. That’s how great he is. We spent about $400 for the last service. I also sent him to my mom’s house to clean the carpets in her house as well. He deserves all the references he can get. He is very trustworthy. His prices are good. He also stays a long time. He doesn’t just come, clean and go in an hour. He does a very thorough job. He makes sure everything is done right. He is very skillful at what he does and he also takes pride in his job. He doesn’t just do a topical clean and rush out. He does a thorough cleaning and he cares about his work. His friendliness and professionalism are both on the top end of the spectrum. He has got one helper who is always consistently there. It’s not like a random group to help him. He uses the same helper and they are both very professional. I would use his services in the future too.

They are very good. They do a great job of cleaning, and our carpet has been around for a while. I like the steam clean. They have a big old truck that tucks all the stuff away, so we don?t have any kind of mess at all. If I call today and ask them if they can do work for me this week, they would. When they say they will be here at 8 o?clock, they are here on time. I like that. I don?t like to sit around and wait. They are timely. It is always nice and clean. Their price is good for me. The carpet is good. There are no bad spots or whatever. They don?t move our refrigerator every time. It is just what they can get to. They did move the aluminum furniture though. It keeps it from rusting or getting on our carpet. They put those aluminum or little pieces of Styrofoam under stuff and raise it up a little bit. They are very professional. The owner usually comes and makes sure the work gets done. He stands around and sometimes helps, but he is least with them.

Everything went well and I am going to use them again on some area rugs.

They arrived on time and did a very thorough job, with attention paid to detail. I was pleased with the results. I didn't get estimates from anyone else, so I don't know how the price compares to others in the area.

We were having a large gathering for a funeral reception at our home the following week so I called Enrique on Sunday and left a message on his cell phone. He called back that same day and gave me a price quote after I described the work to be done. I chose Excell based on the Angie's list reviews. We set up the appointment for 11am-12noon the next day. Just before noon, Enrique called me and said he just finished a large job and was on his way, but would be about 30 min late. That was no problem and I appreciated the call. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and stayed with the original quote even though the carpet needed more attention than he originally thought. Enrique and his assistant immediately put us at ease with their personable and professional demeanor and you could easily get a feel for their expertise as they conversed with us. Enrique took the time to carefully explain his methods and procedures. Together, they worked non-stop and Wow, was I suprised by the results of their work. You could immediately see that the carpet was much brighter and fluffy looking. I haven't seen the carpet look that good in a very very long time. I was amazed that it could look that good. I keep waiting for the stains to reappear, but they haven't. These people are good! They did a good job of cleaning the grout and tile in our kitchen as well. I will definately have them back in the future and highly recommend them to family, friends and Angie's list members.

Oscar stopped by to provide an estimate. Scheduling the appt took a few days to match our business schedule with theirs due to voicemails and returned calls, but we finally agreed on a day and time. Oscar came on time to do the handyman touch ups about 2 hours before the carpet cleaning. We supplied the touch up paint and all items were completed to our satisfaction. He mentioned that he would like to take our broken drawer with him to fix it with the appropriate tools. The van for the carpets came about 20 minutes later than scheduled but it wasn't a big deal since Oscar was already working on the other items. After a brief look at the areas to be cleaned and some furniture moving, the work started. It was quick and efficient. Corner protectors were placed on the floor to prevent any wall scuffing. Work took about 3 hours. After they left, we called Oscar because he had forgotten to take the drawer to be repaired. We left the drawer on our front porch to be picked up, then went out of town. A day or two later, our dog sitter called to let us know that our repaired drawer was left on the front porch. We felt that was great service. There were no hidden fees and we paid the original amount given during the estimate.

I kept his card because I plan on using him again in the future. We used them because they had good ratings and people seemed to like them. They were the only company I?ve hired that showed up on time, they were professional, and they were very quick at getting the job done. I don?t think they overcharged; they weren?t expensive or cheap, but they were right within the range. They did a great job.

We were amazed at the results!!! Their advanced cleaning equipment, Enrique explained, worked at a very high RPM, forcing cleaner into the carpet while sucking particles out of the carpet fiber. The shadow was completely gone from the paint spray. The dark path on the two flights of stairs from all of the workmen going up and down was also completely gone. It was amazing, but the dark edges of the carpet (remaining after 20+ years annual cleaning) also disappeared. Enrique said we had the best carpeting available and that it can look better with age, since the tightly bound bundles of fiber spread over time, making it feel more plush. He was right!

Chose Excel based on good reports on Angie's, and was more than happy with results. Enrique was responsive, arrived on time, and did a great job. Carpets had not been cleaned in years and were very dirty. He spent far more time here than he had initially estimated; I was mentally prepared to pay more than the amount quoted, given how long it took and how nicely it came out. But he didn't even suggest increasing the fee. In fact, he gave me a $10 Angie discount without my even asking! Will definitely use Excel again... and won't wait so long between carpet cleanings next time.

Excellent service. Mr. Escutia was prompt, pleasant, and curteous--and best of all he did a superb job of cleaning the carpet. I am very happy with the results--more than with any other carpet cleaning co. I have used. This the company I will use in the future.

ECC did an outstanding job for me. The carpets really look excellent. I watched the work being performed and appreciated the attention to detail and pride taken in producing a high quality result. The owner, Enrique Escutia, was extremely professional.

So far so good. They were punctual and priced right.

They did a very good job. starting with the dirtiest spots first and then coming back to them several times in the 3 hours they worked. I was not expecting to get a few spots really clean as they had not gotten cleaned completely in the last two cleanings that were done by others. Excel got everything cleaned and this was a very light beige carpet. I was impressed and will have them back to clean the mini van seats and carpet as I now see a good chance they will be cleaned very well. I talked to a friend about the job they had done and he said he had used the same company and thought they were excellent.

It was very dirty when I bought the home and Enrique did an amazing job making it look new before I moved in last week. Prices were very reasonable.

The house had been lived in for three years by college students and the carpet was In terrible condition. Excel was able to clean them completely except for a couple of spots. We rented the house the same day the work was done.

called got an estimate over the phone and was not charged more than quoted. bought a house that had 3 little kids and a dog, so you can imagine all the stains on the carpets....i really did not think they would be able to get it all out but the carpets are soooo clean and the wood floors nice and shiny!!! wonderful job, I highly recommend them.

Because of my schedule, I had to call Mr. Escutia and reschedule my cleaning date twice. Mr. Escutia was very polite and professional and was able to accomodate my requests. On the service date, Mr. Escutia arrived with an assistant and reviewed the whole job with me. I asked for an additional piece of upholstery cleaned and a very reasonable amount was added to the original estimate. I was very pleased that Mr. Escutia had made notes of the job when we initially spoke and was familiar with the work required and the phone estimate he gave me. He arrived on time and he and his assistant spent over three hours working on my carpet. I thought I only had an odor problem but I was quite pleasantly surprised when Mr. Escutia showed me the contrast between dirty areas and the areas they were cleaning. My carpet looks great. We have had extreme hot weather the last few days which would have made any smell come up in the carpet but I am happy to report it is odorless in my house at last. I am very happy with the results and will highly recommend Excel Carpet Cleaning.

We weren't very pleased with the services. The crew seemed to be in a hurry. This was the first estimate I received, based on their Angie's list feedback. The quote seemed rather high and they didn't seem offer any type of discounts. We contacted two other companies, which came in a little higher and couldn't schedule right away. We agreed to go ahead with the project with Excel. I was happy they were willing to come back to complete the work, but didn't appreciate their rush. A few areas were left unaddressed that were to be covered as quoted by the estimator. It's obvious they know what they're doing but could improve their attention to detail. This was a "blow and go" job.

He was excellent. He was the best I've had and I've had many. The owner came with two other workers. They were very thorough and they did it quickly. I paid a little more than some of the bargain companies but he was well worth it. He was pleasant and thorough. I have put them in my telephone book and I will use them again.

Overalll it went well...Enrique showed up a bit late due to previous job, but wait was worth it. Very professional explaining what was to be done. Clean job and respectful of questions being asked. Even did a small bathroom job not on the original request. Job looked great. Will use him again and refer to others.

From start to finish, the job was terrific. I felt very comfortable about this family-owned business. I enjoyed having them in our home. We were getting ready for our daughter's wedding. It gave us more confidence to have our home looking so nice.
