Excellent service. Arrived early (at my request). Very professional. Whole job took only a couple of hours. Laid down towels everywhere they stepped or worked. Very friendly. FInal price was exactly what they quoted. I even asked if I should go ahead and replace the pressure regulator....which they said was not necessary at this time. No upsale of anything.

They did an outstanding job! They came out the day after Christmas when I could not get anyone else to come. They were very clean and isolated the room so the contamination did not get into other areas of the home. They were extremely quick and honest. I was very pleased with the service.

I called Coastline for an appointment and they gave me a 12pm to 2pm window that day. Mike arrived at 12:10pm and got right to work. He put out his mat and brought all his tools to do the job. He found a problem that was a rusty circular nut that held in the cartridge. He put penetrating oil on it, but it wasn't working. He said that the trim plate and junt will probably be damaged with added cost. So I said go ahead. He started calling a plumbing store to see if they had the parts and they had it, but he gave it one more shot and it worked loose, saving me some money. It took about an hour and a half and it was done. He cleaned up, picked up his mat and tools and it looke cleaned as if no one was even there. I WOULD RECOMMEND COASTLINE TO ALL WHO'S INTERESTED!

They showed up on time, completed work as promised and were thorough and professional. Definitely recommend them.

...Being a wanna-be handyman I took the faucet apart, and thought, "I can do this"...Long story short I did fix it myself with the guidance and patience of Dan.. It is hard to find caring people in this day and age, but Dan is one of them and I appreciate it.

I discovered a pool of water under my kitchen sink and thought I had a faulty garbage disposal. I called and left a message at approx 7:45 a.m. to get a quote, and Dan returned my call within a few minutes. I explained what was going on and he told me he could work me into the schedule that morning. By 10 am Dan and Andrew arrived, fixed the pipe leak, did not try to sell me a new garbage disposal, cleaned up after themselves, both were extremely polite and courteous, and I'll will definitely use Coastline in the future for ALL plumbing issues and/or any other services Coastline provides. I asked for an extra business card to give to a friend who also lives in the area, and will refer Coastline to anyone and everyone who I know is looking for a great plumbing service. I'm a senior, female, and felt very comfortable with these contractors in my home.

Dan and Andrew got down to business right away. They are both professional and highly adept in their chosen trade of plumbing. They made fast work of the tasks that we presented to them with a "Can Do" attitude. No job was too difficult for them and they cleaned up after they were done. We earlier had a different plumber attempt to install the kitchen faucets, but he claimed that it would be a problem (he actually found problems with each of the tasks that we wanted him to do) because the new granite counter top (that we had just had installed) had not had the holes drilled correctly to accommodate the faucets (baloney!!!!). This proved to be untrue because Dan & Andrew were able to complete that task in approximately 30 minutes (with no complaining on their part). This included reconnecting the dishwasher and garbage disposal. To say that my wife and I are both highly satisfied with Coastline Plumbing doesn't begin to express how enthusiastic we feel about them. And finally, their prices are terrific. The other plumbing company, that I mentioned before and who is also on Angie's List (I'll be writing a scathing review on them, to be sure), wanted to charge us $1,150.00 for the work that Coastline Plumbing accomplished for $300.00. Would I recommend Coastline Plumbing to my friends, relatives, and neighbors.....you betcha!!!!!!

Tom showed up ahead of scheduled. Answered all my questions and was able to promptly identify the problem. Then gave me a firm fix fee quote to isolate the leak then cut and cap the offending section of pipe. When the leak was resolved he provided me a quote for two different re-routing options, along with his professional opinion for which one he would suggest, which happened to be the less expensive of the two options. I'm now scheduling a time for them to come back out to perform the re-routing work.

Danny is phenomenal and I can not say enough positive things about him. He had the best estimate he is unbelievable. His estimate is less than half of competitors and he does not revise his estimate once he has started the job. And he does not leave the job until everything is complete and working correctly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great experience. Danny worked with us on getting the right parts on a leaky shower handle. We wanted to upgrade the parts. Danny helped to promptly get us the parts we needed, and also with finding a matching sink faucet. Todd came out and knocked out the work efficiently and effectively.

Andrew was awesome. He identified the issue and showed me. He explained it to me in plain english. The job took a little longer than he anticipated and didn't charge me any additional fees.

Called at 10:30 Friday morning and said I had water coming through dining room ceiling. I was told it may be a copper pipe leak because water in Orange County is acidic and these leaks are common. Said cost would be predicated on difficulty of access. Said a plumber would be there between 3 and 5. The plumber showed up at 2:55, diagnosed the problem as a leaky drain from the shower above. Called his shop for a quote on price so I knew before he started what it would cost. Spread plastic around to catch debris. Made two small cutouts in ceiling, cut out section of pipe that was leaking and replaced with a new section. Took time to double check his work to be sure it wasn't leaking. Cleaned up such that there was no sign of him being there. Left before 4:00.

Price: We had 2 other plumbers come out to evaluate our situation and provide estimates. Estimates from $420-$968 were provided. Coastline Plumbing clearly beat these estimates AND was even able to provide us with a "guesstimate" over the phone (we provided video of the leaks via email). There were no hidden costs and Dan was very honest. Quality: Both leaks were fixed. Andrew was very thorough and explained everything. He also explained how to maintain the faucets. Responsiveness: I sent an email inquiry through Angie's List and received a phone call from Dan within a few hours (it was even after office hours). Whenever I sent an email, I received a very quick and thorough response. Dan was more than accommodating. Punctuality: The technician, Andrew, was on time. We didn't have to wait for him to arrive during a 3 hour window, like other plumbers. Professionalism: Both Dan and Andrew were very professional. Andrew completed the work, was personable, answered all questions, and cleaned up everything. Dan was very thorough, flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable, and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again.

When I called and explained my need they scheduled a 2 hour window of arrival the same day, which was within two hours. Tom, the technician arrived on time and quickly fixed the faucet. He then checked the water pressure was ok but went the extra step and found sediment in my faucets which was the cause of low water flow. Very satified with the service I received.

They were a referral to me but I verified them on Angie’s list. My experience with them was positive and they had excellent customer service. They were very experienced but also very thorough. Their price was fair. For the kind of service they gave me, they would have charged me between $1000 and $1600. I have already recommended them to the others and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

He was on time, fast, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. He did a great job with the installation and was very professional. His price was very fair.

Appt was scheduled for between 8-9 AM. Danny showed up at about 8:45 AM. He finished the job by 9:30AM. He also answered a number of questions that I had about PRVs and replacing faucets (which we may do at a later time). Great job!

Called Coastline and got an estimate over the phone. Danny gave me an appointment for a couple days later. He sent his associate over who installed the sink, faucet, and the toilet very qiucky, cleaned after himself, and was very professional.

First of all, I sent Dan an e-mail asking him if he would be able to give the apartment complex that I manage ongoing service as needed. Dan responded promptly and told me that they do not specialize in drains, but he would help me out if I needed it. He said that they are a smaller companies and drains are a common thing for apartment complexes and I would be better off with a company that specialized in drains. I was disappointed that I could not use him regularly for the cleaning, but I did appreciate his honestly. I called him the following morning and he said he would send Todd on on Friday. Todd arrived promptly and he was careful to not make a mess and he worked very carefully. I have seen people just rip apart things just to hurry and get done. He actually snaked the drain twice. Once with the hand snake (which didn't get the clog) and one with the larger snake (which hit it). He checked both sinks afterwards to ensure that is was draining properly, which it was. There are two reasons why I didn't write this review sooner. One reason was because I wanted to see if the clog would return. It's been 4 months now and there is no problem. The other reason I'm writing it now is because I had Crandall's Plumbing do the exact same thing on an identical apartment a month ago and two weeks later it clogged up so bad that it backed up 3 drains. At that point, I felt I HAD to write this review about Coastline to commend them for not only unclogging my drain, but taking the time to do it right so that it stayed fixed! Thanks Dan & Todd!

overall well done. this was second time this plummer was used. 1* time was to investigate and repair a leaky water pipe in a ceiling. again it was an excellent , thorough , professional job.

Our shower was severely clogged and after 2 large bottles of Draino, nothing! Coastline was great answered the phone right away. Showed up on time and had the drain line snaked and flowing within 30 minutes

He was responsive and punctual, provided an accurate estimate of work and finished in a day and a little bit. Finding good contractors is much more difficult than it should be but now we feel like we at least have a plumber we can rely on. Danny will be our first call for plumbing work in the future.

Dan was great. Not only was he prompt in getting back to me, he was early in getting to the house. He knew exactly why the faucets were leaking and ran out to get the appropriate part. He repaired everything quickly and was courteous, professional and thorough.
