Description of Work: After the uncompleted job on Saturday night with Rescue Rooter on monday morning I called Biard & Crockett Plumbing to get an apointmet for an estimate to install a clean out in front of the house and clear the drain line with a four inch cutter. They could not to me until Thursday. On tuesday had another estimate to do the same work. Adam form Biard and Crockett arraived on time on Thuresday to give an estimate. It was a fair price so I said go ahead and do the work. That day they installed the clean out and cleared the roots with a four inch cutter. They said the camera serveying work would be done on tuesday. They arrived on time and procedded to survey giving exact location and depth where the roots were entering the pipe. They recogmended i do a Rootx treatment in 8 weeks. There equipment was not new but it worked as it was designed to do.

Description of Work: Would not use these guys EVER again. I interviewed several firms for major plumbing job ($50,000). By far the worst of the bunch. I could go into a lengthy discussion as to why but suffice it to say their advice and service was subpar, and their charges to provide this inadequate service outrageous. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

+ -1 moreI needed the plumber to come out on a particular date, and the were able to accommodate my schedule to reattach fixtures, disposal, and install new drain and aerator. Bob arrived on time. He looked under our new sink and said everything was old and had to be replaced, which made the cost skyrocket. I did not have an estimate done before this time, but was told to expect to pay between $100-$200. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. Everything looks and works great.
Description of Work: Replaced old plumbing under our kitchen sink, attached garbage disposal, fixture, new drain, and dishwasher attachment.

+ 0 moreWow! The company sent Eric to us. He arrived when he said he would, fixed everything in a jiffy, and explained it all in terms that I could understand. The next day, there was still a small problem, and Eric came out immediately and repaired it. On both occasions, he left everything neat and tidy. This company is a far departure from one we used earlier this year (when not a List member) which snaked our shower and left a disgusting mess. I like the fact that this company only sends out experienced people to do the job. You get what you pay for and Biard and Crockett is worth it. I give them an A+.
Description of Work: Toilets were not properly flushing, a bathroom sink was clogged, hardware on showers was coming undone, & shower heads were not functioning properly.

THE CITY OF ORANGE SAYS IT IS THE HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT TYPE OF WORK AND DISTANCE IT WAS LOCATED AT. THE PLUMBERS CAME IN AND REPAIRED THE BROKEN PIPE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: HAD A PLUMBING PIPE BREAK IN THE STREET, 5 FEET FROM OUR CURB. THE PLUMBERS CAME OUT FIXED THE PIPE AND STOPPED THE LEAKING.
