All went well until after the technician left & I discovered the faucet drips for several seconds after I turn it off . I had the technician come back a couple days later & he said the drip was normal & he said he had the same faucet at his house & it does the same thing . No comprimise was suggested & he left. I have been a loyal customer with Biard & Crockett for years but after this incident I will probably look elsewhere for plumbing needs.

They have been in business for God knows how long. Long long time. They are excellent, but they are expensive. They do great work. I have used them before, and I will use them again. I have looked around for cheaper people, but I didn't know about them, or they didn't have good reviews. I looked at Angie's List and another website.

They are great. They are punctual. They are responsible in the way they do the job. Once the job is done, the quality of the work is great. We have used this plumbing company for 20 years. They also do remodeling work and if I had known then I would have used them.

They seem to have done a good job. The price was a bit higher than I had originally expected. They came out the day after I called. The person that came out was pleasant.

They were prompt and courteous and professional.

The work was completed within 2 days which was critical as our tenant was without bathroom facilities and our laundry room was out of commission. Spending this much money was a big step for us- however the work had to be done as the problem has been ongoing for some time. The plumber from Biard and Crockett was professional and worked very hard with a helper complete the work quickly, Very satisfied and we have had no problems since the plumbing backing up. The plumber was veyr through and answered my many questions. Working conditions were challenging for several reasons ; The weather was exceptionally hot , plus our neighbors asked us to get the demolition done as quickly as possible as it was loud , finally we have a lemon tree with branches that hang over the spot determined for the new clean out. Despite all this the work was completed.

Whenever I have a plumbing problem I call them. they have repaired a washer drain line, replaced a whole house water shut off, reconnected my refrigerator copper water line to plumbing in the attic (post leak). All work has been performed in a satisfactory manner, I have needed no do-overs. their pricing is fair.

It went very poorly. I thought they might be okay, since I visited their facility. I scheduled an appointment. They didn't show up. They didn't call me to tell me they would be late, or couldn't show up. When I called them to inquire about when they'd show up, they hung up on me. I called back and they said they didn't have time to come out and didn't know when they would.

I think that was a fair price for the quality and everything we got. Although they did a good job, I think they are a little more expensive than other places. I would use them again in the future, because they did a very good job.

They seem like really competent people. They aren't cheap, but you're paying for quality. I trust them in my home. We have used them for many years.

They are very good but they are very expensive. They do a very good job. I am very happy with what they did. I got a old cast iron sink from them. They are professional and I do not have any problem with them.

I have never had anybody that I've worked with that I have enjoyed working with more. When they said they would be out here at a certain time, they were out here. They are not cheap, but they are worth every single penny. They are very reliable.

I have had some trouble with a faucet that I got from a home store that seems to be faulty. They tried to repair it after they originally installed it, but it continues to be a problem through no fault of their work. They said that they would guarantee it if it had been their own faucet that had been installed. I have changed out the stems that were sent to me by the manufacturer, but water still seeps out of the faucet onto the counter top. Biard and Crockett have been good about communicating and assisting me.

We had a really nice experience. They were terrific. They were really nice. They were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They made is really easy. The price was good. They worked out cheaper then all the other companies we looked at.

They are very responsive. The plumber that is going to be doing the work is the one that comes out and quotes the job.

My experience with them went extremely well. They have been extremely responsive. They are very professional and open about information. They are very honest when their customers in what needs to be done.

The service was good. I would recommend them except that they are a little bit on the expensive side. Make sure you provide them with a complete description of the problem because they need to assess how many personal need to come out to the job.

They were very prompt, courteous, came prepared with the proper equipment. They stuck to the original estimate and they left us with a quote to resolve the issue. We are waiting to do stage two because of the cost at this time.

Their quote was $1,675 and they told us it would be a 12 hour job. The company sent from home owner's insurance did the work in 3 hours for $675.

They did a really good job and they fixed it fast. There isn't really to much else I have to say.

They are prompt, know the business and don't try to sell you more than you need. They will teach to do it yourself next time if you ask.

Carl was friendly and knowledgable about repairs that I needed. He arrived at the time he was supposed to be here. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He made me feel very comfortable in knowing that he was going to do a good job and he did! He cleaned up and left the place looking like he was never here. And the shower does not leak any more! I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
