Description of Work: A little expensive. Missed some sprinkler heads that were broken.

Description of Work: They came out to give us an evaluation for outdoor lighting. However, the estimate came in way over our budget.

Description of Work: Horrible from every aspect. Price kept changing without changes to job. Dates of installation kept changing. The lawn and landscape are dying because the system they installed does not work. Shoddy work, exposed wiring, sprinklers drenching furniture and spraying concrete. Installers try to do secret side deals on the weekend undercutting the company. I've already had to replace much of what they installed and if I don't replace it all thousands in plants will be lost. Total incompetence and questionable integrity.

Description of Work: Instead of repairing the system, he laid new hoses for a different type of system..ok..but I did not want to spend that much..do not remember the cost

Description of Work: Basically a representative came to our home, looked at our lights and gave us a quote. The ad created the impression that some work would be done at a discounted price, not so, just a quote.

Description of Work: The person came out and checked the lights. He did not offer to replace the bad lightbulbs. But offered to replace two up lights for a price I thought was too high.

Description of Work: Provided trouble shooting assistance for my low voltage outdoor lighting. He was maticulous and thorough. He quickly isolated a break in the wiring and was morew than willing to do the repair but also laid out step by step what needed to be done so that I could do the work myself and save money. The technician had alot of integrity and I will use them for my expansion project when I'm ready

Description of Work: The rep was prompt, professional and knowledgable. His verbal estimate to do the work was around $1300. When I received the written estimate it was $2100. When I asked him why the difference, he wouldn't give me an answer. Basically, it was a bait and switch, like it or leave it attitude. He never had the decency to write me back. I would never use this company. They advertise on the radio. My guess is that their business model is to do a lot of high priced estimates with the assumption that a small percentage of customers will hire them. Be smart and don't trust this company.
