Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning

Matt and his crew were fantastic. They cleaned my heavily crusted tile and now they look brand new. They drained and acid washed my pool, and installed new deck o seal. I don't know what to say except the facts: Matt was extremely reachable the week prior and worked with me on time and date of service. They showed up on time and stayed late into the night in order to ensure that all the work and cleanup was accomplished. I had done lots of research prior to hiring Matt; I was unimpressed with others who seemed to be inconvenienced by my inquiries. I have nothing but high praise for this company and would highly recommend them to anyone for any pool service. I plan to use them again in the future. Honest, dependable, reliable, all in one company.

Called Matt and set up appointment for the job, he was right on time. Matt and his crew cleaned the pool tile of the white build up streaks around the tile, then put sealer on tile, then also took the white streakes out of a water fall I have attached to the pool. also cleaned the brick that had white depsit builup on them. Very professional in all areas. After the job was complete, they cleaned up everything snd cleaned the pool as well. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew from Pacific Pool tile cleaning.

He forgot to come to the first appointment and never showed up for the 2nd appointment. He did call 3 days after missing the first appointment and said he was confused with his scheduling so I made a 2nd appointment. Again I waited 4 hours after he was due to arrive for the 2nd appointment but he never showed, called to request a delay or postponed. Since calling to arrange the 2nd appointment, I have never heard from him again nor will I attempt to use this company. .

Matt was very attentive in returning my phone calls in setting up the appointment. The Pacific Pool Tile team arrived promptly, were nice and very professional! Matt answered all of my questions and is knowledgeable about the pool industry. He explained problem areas in our pool and didn't try to up sale me on services. I would recommend his company.

Arrived on time, and told me exactly what was to be done and the amount of time it would take for the job. Did good professional work, and also a great job in cleaning up the entire pool area after he was finished. My wife says the tile looks new, and I agree.

Matt and his team were very professional. Everything went as described when discussing the service during Matt's initial evaluation of my pool. The pool had algae and other discolorations on the plaster. I called Matt after finding him on Angie's List. Matt came out to the house to do an initial assessment and immediately provided me with a quote for the services. Within one week from receiving his quote, the pool was acid washed, tile cleaned and filled with water. Throughout the service, Matt provided me with regular updates on the status. I would certainly use Matt again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their pool acid washed and/or tile cleaned.

Matt was professional and his quality of work was excellent!!! He was very responsive and great at communicating the status of each step of our project. He sourced our missing tile, found tile that perfectly matched and the repair looks great. He also cleaned our existing tile which turned out like new. I would definitely hire him again.

We called Matt and he responded immediately came over and gave us an estimate. He was very honest and said our pool didnt look that bad and maybe just emptying the pool and fresh water would be better but if we decide to have it acid wash to give hime a call. After our 4th of July party we decided we wanted it acid washed. We gave Matt a call he came to our house the next day set up the pump and the next after that came out and did the acid wash. He tested the plaster and did a section. He showed me the difference before he finished and you could see a difference. He felt like a light acid wash meaning half acid and half water mixture would be better for plaster and I agreed. Pool looks great. I feel that Matt knows what he is talking about so I already referred him to two I my friends. I definitely would use Matt again. He also had another person assisting him who was very polite as well.

Did a great job. Did exactly what was contracted, was on time, honest and professional. I have an old pool that looks a bit newer now. Thanks.

After reading the good reviews we called Matt Allen and he responded immediately. He visited our home and discussed our 30 year plus pool/spa. Matt was very knowledgeable and spoke candidly that he wasn't sure about acid washing our pool; he wanted to try a couple of small areas before committing. He wasn't going to have us spend the money if he didn't feel he would be able to make a noticeable improvement and in addition he was concerned about the age of our plaster. We really appreciated his honesty and thought this speaks highly about his character. In a matter of days we called and committed to Matt; he, his partner and another crew member came out and did all the tile and coping cleaning, including acid wash in one day. Yes, he was able to acid wash and we were thoroughly impressed with his work and efforts to revitalize our pool. They also did an outstanding job of cleaning up the dust and debris created during the process. Matt personally returned a few days later to complete the DeckoSeal on our coping which he meticulously worked on for several hours. Matt and his crew were organized, competent and professional. Matt seemed to really take pride in his work down to the smallest details. We definitely recommend Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning and we are very happy with our decision to hire them. Our pool/spa looks beautiful and inviting. As a point of emphasis our pool, tile and coping were in BAD shape. No work had been done on it in at least 20 years. Now it looks like a new pool and we are very, very happy. Additionally we were were impressed that Matt offered us a 10% senior discount which he honored.

It went extremely well and within 3 1/2 working with the Owner & Assistant, job was completed. Only recommendation that I would have is for the contractor to advise and work with the customer regarding the enormous amount of dust created by the blasting. One preventive note might be for the owner to cover up furniture with sheets. The removal & replacement of the Deco-Seal was completed on a separate day. We were very satisfied with all the work.

Matt is very busy, first showed up after working all day about 6pm gave us an estimate promised to meet or beat anyone's price.. Made appt. for tile to be cleaned, Matt showed up early finished job in about 2 hours. I wish I had done this years ago, my pool has NEVER looked better. Very happy with it, I only wish I had taken before and after pictures the difference is amazing, never realized how bad the tiles were.

Technician came and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable for acid washing my pool. We talked about the tile that needed repair/replacing. The technician called to have a tile repairman give me a quote for new tile. I decided not to have the tile work done at that time. In a few days, the pool technician called and we set an appointment to do the acid wash At the appointed time, the technician came pumped water out of the pool and acid washed the pool surfaces. The pool looks great!

Matt and crew arrived on time, finished faster than expected, and did an amazing job. The pool looks way better than I expected it could.

I couldn't be happier with Matt. He was prompt, polite, professional, and very fast. I think I first spoke with Matt on a Sunday, while calling for an estimate. Matt assured me that he could successfully clean the horrible calcium deposits on my tiles and match the few missing tiles if i would text him a picture. Matt arrived at my house on the following Thursday when he said he would, and was just about finished when I arrived home from work. Due to the cold weather that day, Matt said that he would return in 2 days to grout as the tile adhesive needed time to cure. Matt did as he said and returned to complete the job. My pool looks great. The acid wash removed all the rust marks left by my daughter's hair clips and the tiles look brand new.

They were a pleasure to work with. Matt was very responsive to our call and we were able to get a quick appointment. They were very nice guys.

Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning were very honest with doing the acid wash they were not sure the gray marbling would come out so they offered do a test to see first. I was pleased to see that it did come out so we did both the tile cleaning and acid wash. Matt gave me a discount because I did do both. My pool is ten years old and it looks new again. Overall, Matt and is partner were very friendly and honest I would use them again.

Great! Matt was responsive, gave a firm quotation..showed up the next week and now my pool looks great! He was very professional..and left the backyard in perfect condition. For sure we will use him again!

We called pacific pool tile cleaning to do this work on our pool. Matt the owner came to our home and gave us an estimate. I told him the price was reasonable and he set up an appointment for the following week. Matt and his associate arrived on the day of the appointment 10 minutes early. They set up their equipment and went to work. The job from start to finish took maybe 5 to 6 hours. They were one of the most professional crews that I have ever hired. My pool guy had told me that most of the stains in my plaster would probably not come out. Matt on the other hand looked at our plaster and did not feel there would be any problem of stain removal. The job was a complete success! All of the stains in the plaster came our and the tile (which was coved in hard water stains) looks beautiful. The coping came out nice as well. Matt and his assistant were punctional, professional and very very neat. Every thing was cleaned up. They did not mess around they went to work. Their equipment is state-of-the-art . I will use Matts company again. I am very very happy with the way my pool looks as it is nearly 30 years old! The water sparkles and we have no more hard water stains on the tile. The job went very well. Matt and his assistant arrived on time and actually worked until it was so dark he had to stop! First, he partially drained the pool and as it was emptying they started cleaning the tiles (the entire spa is tile and the pool has a high elevation which is also tiled). This was an exacting slow process of blasting off the accumulated minerals on the grout as well as the tiles using a small nozzle attached to some very powerful equipment. Then Matt glued on the replacement tiles (some were new, some he had to clean from the used ones we had kept). After that, they carefully poured an acid solution down the sides of the pool several times, also brushing it, until the plaster was as clean as they could get it. To finish, they completely emptied out the pool. It looked really good and the tiles looked fantastic. The next day Matt returned to grout the replaced tiles. We then started to refill the pool (up to below the tile line, as we had to wait 72 hours for the grout to cure). Matt was not only careful and detailed, he also gave us a set of pictures showing the before and after conditions. Matt was a very hard worker (his assistant also) and knows his business well.

My pool had began showing its age, tiles missing and a presence of scale everywhere and then Matt showed up. He as professionally dressed smiling and polite as all "get out". He quickly provided an estimate and left the decision to me with no pressure, while providing the name of someone who could fix my tile and equipment as well, making the call and sending the pictures and obtaining the estimate as well. The deal was sealed and Matt coordinated both jobs. When he arrived to do the job he showed up in a well equipped rig that could take on any job any size. When I approached the backyard I found two young men working diligently, looking as if they were enjoying every bit of it, like a day at the beach. They were quick and neat, they were there and then they were done, everything cleaned and put away. These guys could easily be the poster boys of "hardwork being done well". Oh! by the way, this was not my first experience getting the tile cleaned but let us just say the service and quality of work were as different as night and day. The job went very smooth. I called Matt, he came by and gave an estimate. We set up a date and time and Matt showed up on time with a professional attitude and ready to work. The job was clean and the whole family was suprised how nice the pool tile had turned out.
