An exceptional job. Matt came out to give me an estimate. Upon my approval, he promptly scheduled the job. Matt and his crew were prompt, professional, and efficient. The cleaned everything up before leaving, and Matt walked me over the job to review everything. I've recommended him to my pool service to refer him to their customers.

Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning came and "blasted" and sealed the tile to look like new, and removed the old Deck O Seal and filled all the gaps between the concrete slabs with new Deck O Seal. Lastly, a sub-contractor came and repaired broken tiles and a crack in the spa, and ended up replacing a section of concrete at the spa spillway that was deteriorating. It a lot was more work than I expected, but they did a good job. They were very professional and responsive, and I would recommend them.

Matt had cleaned our tile on the 24th and while doing so noticed some loose tiles. He did such a good job on the cleaning I had him do the repairs and just like the previous work, came out beautiful! I hight recommend this company.

Called and spoke with Matt on getting pool tile cleaned. The tile had a buildup of calcium and it looked awful. I sent him a picture of the pool with dimensions and he replied quickly with an estimate. I scheduled a time for the work to be done and he was right there on time with 3 workers to get the job done. Pool tile came out like new, couldn't be happier with results. They are meticulous in their work as well as the clean up after. I highly recommend them!

Matt came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. The work was performed within the week. They arrived at 8:00 and were done by 3:00. Matt and his team were very courteous and professional throughout the process and they left the pool area spotless. After they left I was surprised to see that they had removed some rust stains on the bottom of the pool, which was not part of the proposal (Thanks Matt!). The tile looks like new and the Deck o Seal is perfect. A+++!!!!

Professional from initial contact to job well done. Tile cleaning was scheduled the week after initial contact. 2 days before the scheduled service, I received a confirmation call. Matt and his crew arrived on schedule and wasted no time starting to work. In spite of my very large pool, the work was completed within the projected time. Most important, Matt and his crew left the pool and pool area super clean. I am very happy with the work done by PPTC.

We have used Matt to clean the scale off our pool and spa tile twice now. I could not be happier with his work. He is very pleasant to deal with and very meticulous about his work. He did a thorough job cleaning and polishing the tile in our pool and spa. Several years ago I used another company for the same service and the results were very disappointing. This other company spent a fraction of the time doing the job and their price was about the same as Matt charges. We will continue using Matt every few years to keep our pool tile looking beautiful.

Our pool is almost 30 years old, has lots of calcium build up and is missing an area of tiles. It took us almost 4 months to locate the right company. Previously, three contractors had come out to our house. Two never called us back. One called back, and promised an estimate but never delivered. When I called Matt Allen of Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning, he promptly called back, and asked to see some photos of our pool problems. He gave a rough estimate over the phone, and was able to schedule work within 1 week. Matt used special equipment to remove the calcium build up, and replaced the missing tiles. The tiles we had were original tiles, and he was able to get new tiles that look very close. Matt also suggested we had the pool acid washed, and gave us a very reasonable bid. The result is astounding, now our pool looks almost like new. Matt obviously knows his trade, cares about his work, is punctual, conscientious and loves what he's doing (which is rare these days!). We are very happy to have found Matt, and highly recommend Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning. Thank you Matt!

Showed up as scheduled on first day. Completed pool tile cleaning, tile sealer and prepped for Deck O Seal. Took appx 5 hrs to complete On second day applied Deck O Seal. Had contractor perform tile repair--replaced tile on the edge of Jacuzzi - on 2nd day. Work completed on 2nd day in less than 4 hrs. Overall satisfied with results. Fair price. l

Matt did an exceptionally great job! All calcium was removed from the tile...Matt cleaned the pool and deck area after the tile service and then applied the tile sealer. I would recommend him highly!

I did this on a whim, and what a great whim it was. Matt is super nice, super responsive, and does FANTASTIC work. Our 30-year-old pool tile sparkles like it's brand new. I didn't even know it was POSSIBLE to restore it to its original look. After they finished the actual "blasting" part (which creates lots of dust and makes a bit of a mess), they thoroughly cleaned the backyard pool decking, the windows, etc. Be warned - they have to drain about a foot of water out of the pool, so there will be a little water refilling expense. But I'll tell you, the end result is worth every penny.

I contacted Matt, owner of Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning, and he set an appointment for the following week to clean my calcium-crud-encrusted pool tile. Matt himself showed up to do the work, along with his assistant. The pool water was drained to fall below the tile and both men got in the water and worked on cleaning the tile. After they finished they hosed down the patio and plants to remove the dust that had been created during the tile-cleaning process. The end result was that the pool tile now looks almost brand new! I couldn't be more pleased!

Matt was on time and always communicative whether it be text messaging, email or phone. Im very pleased with the results. I will use this company again. Highly recommended.

Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning is AWESOME! Matt came out and gave me an estimate and worked around my schedule to do the work. He called to confirm appointment, and his crew arrived as scheduled. Cleaned the pool tiles, protectant, and did tile and grout repair on tiles that had fallen off. Our pool looks great thanks to Matt and his crew. Very happy. Definitely recommend and would use his services again.

I asked them to come in the morning, which I was told was no problem. I said I needed to leave by 11 so the closer to 10 that they could come the better. They were supposed to call me the morning of to confirm the time, no call. I called them at 10:30 and was told that they were "running late" at another job and would not be coming until the afternoon. It is unacceptable that they didn't call me to let me know, and that they didn't respect the fact that I told them I would not be home. I waited to leave specifically to wait for them and they were totally disrespectful of my time. During the conversation they asked me if I would be willing to have the service completed that day. What? After what had just been done, that was pretty nervy. I told them that wasn't an option and I wanted them to look at the pool and give me an estimate of what it would cost. I was then told that he had looked at the pool using google earth and had an idea of how large the pool was. He told me the cost was $4 per foot so he didn't really need to come to give me an estimate. I would never use this service because they were disrespectful of my time and clearly no interested in actually looking at the job to give me an educated assessment of what needed to be done.

If you have glass tile and need it cleaned, I would highly recommend this company. Fair pricing and great results.
