Description of Work: I had an old PC that I was giving to a friend. It had not been used for a while and we could not remember the password. For $20, Doug was able to get around the password problem.....Then the PC had trouble with WINDOWS....Doug gave quote for $40 to run diagnostics and clean out the PC....Unfortunately, the problem would not go away...Doug then offered to install new versions of all the WINDOWS, OFFICE, etc.....This solved all the problems and still for only $40! WOuld use again to solve PC problems
