They were on time. They were fast but thorough. I had some screen replaced too and they came back a week later to replace some of the screening material as well as a screen along with that. They put a frame for the screen. I think they are inexpensive for the services that they offer. I just think that they work very well with the home owner. They get in, they get out but we don't feel like they've been there. They really do a great job. It's a home owned business. Talking to his wife, he does the scheduling. He is always great and very positive. The husband comes out to do the work and he has a helper. They are just all very good. They are very sensitive to the fact that this is our home. They wear the covers on their feet when they come on inside the house and it really shows how respectful they are. They are very reasonable. They do an excellent job. They are very thorough.

First of all, making the appointment was easy, we were called the day before to confirm our appointment, and the men arrived right on time. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. They worked quickly and the windows have never looked better. It was also pointed out that the seal on two of our double-pane windows had broken and we were advised as to the type of windows they were, the manufacturer's warrantee, and how to proceed to get them repaired. The job was done so quickly and they had to to work arround last minute guests that had arrived at our home the night before. They were in and out in a very short time and it truly is the best job that has ever been done on our windows. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They were very prompt , courteous and professional..They did and excellent job on all my windows and screens. They even removed some hard water deposits I had on my front windows for a small extra fee..I was very pleased with their service and would definately recommend them.

They arrived 10 minutes early, had 3 guys swarm on the windows, got it done in 2 hours, wore booties in the house, took care not to damage anything! They were amazing. We were very impressed.

After not having the windows cleaned in 4 years I was anxious to get the job done. Found Total Perfection on Angies List and saw that they also did screen repair. Our home is 20 years old and the screens were starting to just disintegrate...aided by our cats. So calling Total Perfection seemed like a perfect fit for our needs. I was able to get a quote on the phone based on the size of our house and the number of screens and was able to set up an appointment that fit into my schedule. I was told they would be at the house between 12:30 and 1:30 this afternoon. At 12:30 I got a call that they were on their way and would be here in about 8 minutes! (And I think it was only 8 minutes!) Troy and another gentleman were courteous, clean, QUICK and didn't leave my house in a shambles. I had all the screens re-screened and they look fantastic. And being able to see out our nice clean windows is amazing. They charged me exactly what the quote was so there were no surprises there...and as dirty as these windows were they would have been justified in charging me more. Yes, I will definately have them back....and I promise I won't wait 4 years!

We recently purchased a home and the windows looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years! Total Perfection Cleaning arrived on time and got right to work scrubbing and scraping until those dirty windows sparkled. They also re-screened two screens at a very reasonable price. They wore booties to keep the carpet clean and were very careful to clean up before they left. Much to my dismay, I had forgotten that there was a small window in the bathroom. I called to apologize for my oversight, and asked if there was any way they could return to clean that window. To my surprise (and delight) they cheerfully returned the same day at no extra charge. They did excellent work and I will definitely use them again.

We have a lot of windows and they had not been cleaned since the house was built in 2008. Total Perfection was prompt, professional, polite and gave us a fair price on a very thorough job. It even rained the next day and they came out again to touch up a couple windows impacted by the rain. We would definitely use them again, they did everything we expected of them.

They were really good. They were real fast, real thorough, and they came early. They were really good. They only complaint I have is they didn't call me back for a couple of days when they finally got back to me but other than that they were really good. Mostly that they were really fast.

One of my cats went insane one day chasing a bug or something and managed to bend the frame of one of our bedroom window screens. Since it no longer sealed up the window properly, I needed it replaced with a better screen with cat-proof screen material. I've used Total Perfection for window cleaning before, so I thought I'd try them for this repair. They couldn't do just one screen, but all of ours were "builder's specials" and about as cheap as you can get, so we bit the bullet and had them all replaced while we were at it. We provided the special screen material to do the one window the Cat From H*** attacks and they provided everything else. It took several hours but the screens fit beautifully and don't rattle any more in the Santa Anas! One warning: if the screens are made in your garage or driveway, be sure to sweep up all the tiny *sharp* shards of metal that get into the cracks -- I don't know if they could puncture a tire, but they could sure hurt if you get one in a finger or toe.

I used them because they are a local company. They were quite good and I would use them in the future. They were two regular men crew. Though I don’t recall their price I think they were in line. Obviously they were in line because I hired them.

They did a good job for a very fair price. They gave me a little discount because of Angie’s list. They were very responsive. Window washers are usually not that responsive. I could not have asked for more from them. They were in and out quickly. Another company I called was here all day. My house is huge and has lot of windows. They cleaned all the windows and were very quick.

It was good. I had used them in the past and liked them so I used again. I would use them again in the future.

We had our mostly empty house cleaned prior to our open house. They were on time and very good. I forgot to ask them to clean the intake vent for the air conditioner/heater, I went to do it myself and saw that they did it. They went the extra mile and helped me take down curtains and drapes so I could wash them. They did a great job

I wouldn't like to admit to anyone I knew exactly how long it had been since these windows had been cleaned, but now they are so sparkly, I want them cleaned every month!!!!! Prompt, skilled service with fabulous cleaning products (what is in that magic sprayer???)I would recommend him to anyone and have him here again (next month, for sure). One note, although he didn't repair my screens, he did give me the name of an excellent local repairer, who did.
