After using them for years my wife called to complain about the recent window washing job. Her call was met with the owner screaming into the phone. The conversation ended with his statement never call me again, and then hanging up on my wife. We will be using someone else.

They are great to work with, super quick to respond and schedule an appointment. Their work is really great as well, I'm very happy with the results. My house has a huge amount of windows and French doors and they are in and out in about an hour.

They were early. Very friendly hard working polite crew. Did a great job including cleaning the window frame rail. Explained that I had some condensation inside the pants and that the window solar film could affect clarity on Windows. Only replaced screens after showing me and getting my approval. Did their work inside keeping everything clean and moving back any furniture they moved.

The appointment was easy to set up for a specific day and time. The crew arrived on time and proceeded with the job, being careful to not let pets out. All 20+ windows, doors, screens, and shutters were cleaned expertly, and some were very dirty, all within 2 hours. Crew was very professional and pleasant to work with. The cost was very reasonable considering the scope of the job. I highly recommend Total Perfection and will definitely use them again on a regular basic.

I found out from others who went on my roof that areas of the gutters I had thought had been cleaned were not. Called them back, they finished the job.

They were honeset with me. They did not try to replace the screen entirely and worked with what I had. Scheduling was really easy and I was able to get an appointment right away. The screens look brand new.

Amazing. It had been a long time since the windows were professionally cleaned. I actually thought (and was fine with) some of the buildup on the windows I would just have to live with. Not! My windows look like they are factory new. I truly was surprised at the quality of work that was done. They were on time (actually a bit early) and did an amazing job. Use them for your windows.

Total Perfection Cleaning was great. It was so easy to have them come out and do the cleaning of windows and carpets at the same time. They even replaced the torn screens on three windows. The pricing was good. It was $200. for the carpets, $120.00 for the windows and $60.00 for three replaced window screens. They are very professional. They even adjusted the sliding of a patio door for me at no charge. I will use them again and again!

The windows were done well. The Sky Light was scratched do to improper cleaning. The cleaner did not wet the sky light prior to his brushing and the rubbing of the dirt on the Plexiglas, left scratch marks over the surface of the Sky Light. My wife watched him from underneath the Sky Light and could not believe what he was doing. His rational was that if he had sprayed water on the Sky Light before cleaning he could have left water marks. He said if I didn't believe him I should check with a Sky Light Expert. I did check with an expert and found out the cleaner did not follow accepted practices for cleaning Sky Lights. Immediately called Total Perfection Cleaning and did not receive a call back. I will not use this company in the future..

Said they would arrive between 12:30-1:30. Arrived at 1:15. Cleaned all windows great. 3600 sq ft home for $200. Would definitely recommend them.

very well. very satisfied with work... only dropped quality to B because alot of the dirt that was cleaned out of the gutters was left on my concrete... very minor... other than that very happy with the results.

I bought the service for my rental property so I didn't interact with the provide directly but the tenant was very happy with the services provided.

These folks really did an excellent job. I had a few questions before the work date and they responded very quickly and positively. On the day the screens were to be repaired, they were on time, fast and clean. The deal price was very good, and honored for all 12 screens. I paid just a tiny bit more than if I dragged 12 screens down to the local hardware store and waited around until they were done. Well worth the price for sure. Not to mention how much better my house looks with nice, new screens!

I will admit...I tried to do it myself. Went to the hardware store an bought a nice new squeegee, watched the you tube videos on how to do the the right way, but the windows just looked horrible. My husband explained...its not the squeegee..it's knowing how to use it! Well, I highly recommend Total Perfection Cleaning! First let me tell you they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I really wanted my windows cleaned before the weekend. Our house is on the market, and with two Open houses, I wanted it to look good. They were able to make special arrangements so that I could get my windows clean and shiny on time. Troy and Chris were our crew. They showed up right on time, actually 5 minutes early, and quickly got to work. I have a 2,500 sq. ft 2 story home with A LOT of windows. They cleaned windows, screens and tracks, helped me out by changing a lightbulb I could not reach, and then steam cleaned the carpet on the stairs and family room. Windows $185, Carpet $80. All that in under 3 hours. I kept the card to give to the lucky buyer of our house so that they know who to call the next time they need the windows cleaned. Thanks!
