The gentleman was very nice and worked the whole time. I was very pleased with the price and the work. He was very considerate of my screens which require special care.

I run a home improvement company with 40 employees. This company was 1st class from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone. They arrived on time, they completed the work quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and the work was flawless.

Total Perfection Cleaning did what their name says - cleaned all the windows to perfection. They thoroughly cleaned all of the windows, the screens and even cleaned out the rails inside. They took care to not get the floor or carpeting dirty, they covered their shoes and the surrounding area.

The windows were cleaned nicely, but they charged more for "additional" windows, which should have been covered under the deal they advertised.

I called the day before and was able to book an appointment the following day. I was given a quote over the phone by a nice lady named Pam. She asked how big the house is by its square footage. I was immediately impressed by being able to get an appointment especially in such short notice.

Great job, as usual. We were moving out and cleaning things for renters to move in. We had an Angie's List coupon deal, which was nice since they are the company I was going to use anyway.

It was great. I'd like to let the letter grades speak for me.

Went as advertised except for not cleaning all tracts.

They were great! They showed up on time and were very professional and did a great job cleaning the windows in the living room and bedrooms. They also were finished in an hour or less. I would hire them again. The windows are sparkling.

The advertisement failed to say they didn't do work in North Orange county - only south. I was bummed to go thru the hassle of the refund, etc. Need better details next time

Window washing was well done. Prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, and professional. However, I bought this earlier this year as an "Angie's special" at $99. Apparently I didn't read the fine print (my assumption), and was advised that my house, at 2160 sq. ft. and 30 windows was too large for the $99 special. It required an extra $42 - which is in the competitive price range, but in no way is it a "special". I checked the box "will I use them again?" as "yes", but I'll first check with other suppliers, who I've used in the past, at comparable, or slightly lower prices.

Overall everything went very well. I would use their services again

I was having a dinner party that night and had much to do. I was afraid I was going to have to take down curtans, blinds, etc, but they were able to work around them. They left no trace of evidence that they'd been there, except for the sparkling windows and repaired screens. I was very happy.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company that arrives on time and does a professional job.

Two men handled the job and they were done in about two hours (I have lots of windows). The only quarrel I have is that they just cleaned the glass in some cases, leaving sills dirty and in spite of ionized water, there were spots in several places.

It was great! Unfortunately I wasn't there. They were efficient. They followed up. They said they would come back to do the insides as soon as it was convenient with me. I was happy. (sorry, this was my first review, I'll do better next time!)

The company was great. The workers showed up on time, they were fast, neat, and friendly. They did a fabulous job. My windows have never been so clean. I have 3 stories, and it was no problem for them. They were in and out in one hour. That included cleaning the screens as well. I will certainly call them again.

They did a great job. They were very careful inside of the house to be sure my carpets did not get wet or dirty, they removed each screen and cleaned them. They also did a great job re-screening two of my slider screens that my pets had damaged. I would definately use them again.

I purchased from Angie's list coupon for two window cleanings at a special price. So the price of $99 for a total house window cleaning I thought was pretty good. They cleaned the windows at my home in Tustin and overall seemed pretty good. When they went to my home in Foothill Ranch a few weeks later, they showed up 20 mins late. I called the office and began to leave a message when they finally arrived. (Ok, in my mind they were late but I wasn't going to hold this against them.) They had a crew of 3 guys in a nice clean professional truck. They quickly began deploying their ladders and cleaning equipment. I asked about the screens and they said that my screens were to old to wash because they would be afraid to damage them. Ok fine... but don't remember seeing that stipulation it the coupon information. Because I was there performing last minute cleaning at the house which was completely empty in preparation for new tenants, I reviewed their work periodically during the 1hr and 20 minutes they were there. I noticed the window above the tub/shower looked quite dirty. I asked the window person about it and he said it had already been done. But he did say he would take another look at it. I didn't stand over him or anything but when I came back to see the result, it was clean. I don't know for sure but I suspect it wasn't done in the first place and I am speculating that he realized that he was caught in a misstatement. The BIGGEST ISSUE I have with the company and why I am giving them a low rating is how unprofessional and insulting I found my interaction with the guy that seemed to be the crew leader (he was the driver and seemed to be my point of contact when they arrived.). I found 1.5ft scratch across my natural slate tiles. I knew it was recently scratched because I was on my hands and knees the night before wiping each tile down with a sponge. So I saw every tile on the floor the night before. In addition, there was fresh slate dust around the scratch area. I also noticed that there was a 1 foot black mark across the front of my refrigerator door. I know it was not there before they arrived because I spent nearly 6 hours cleaning the refrigerator inside and out two days before. I brought these two things to the employees attention and he denied that they had done either of them. I told him I was not looking for recourse but I wanted him to see it and felt they should be more careful. He continued to deny any culpability. It sure as h*** was not me (the owner) since I was the only one in the house besides his people. The black mark was also the same black as what was on the end of their ladders and I brought this to his attention. I told him again that the damage was not there before they arrived and he adamantly denied it. So I asked him how he thought it got there. He said "I just don't see it"...and simply handed me an invoice. Then just walked out. Wow! Really! That is how they treat a customer that trusted them with two homes? Wow how unprofessional. Tip for the employee: Next time, try: "I can't be entirely sure how it got there but we make every effort to be careful. Here, let me wipe up the slate dust and see if we can get that black scratch off the front of your fridge since we have cleaning cloths. I am sorry about this, I don't know how it happened." Also when you hand a customer a invoice, most good businesses say at least verbalize their appreciation for their business. Not just hand it to them and walk out after basically "calling me a liar"! I want to emphasize to Angies List Members that the window cleaning result was worth the price I paid. Considering how fast they can clean your windows, it was worth the time I saved...if you don't mind being lied to twice and then being insulted. But frankly, I would gladly use someone else and pay more for even a slightly more respectful behavior. Although we planned to use them for the two homes on a regular basis, we will look elsewhere.

Called Total Perfection Cleaning, spoke to Pam, and arranged an appointment for my windows to be cleaned. Troy came and was on time, introduced himself and got started. Troy was completely polite and proved to be an exceptionally diligent worker. He was wearing a company shirt and gave me a business card at the end of the service. All my windows now sparkle, including the difficult to clean picture window above the entryway. I'm going to share the card with friends so they can call and get the same positive experience I've had with Troy and Total Perfection Cleaning.

Did great thorough job. Fixed torn screen for $40. Definitely will use again.
