I took advantage of a special on Angies list from email prompt. The extra charge was for the grout that was missing. Arrived on time and was responding to my needs.

Thursday night we find a broken pipe behind the bathroom wall. Plumber recommend Jimmy from Silver Olas. Jimmy showed up Friday on time and was polite and professional. He immediately went to work opening the wall to determine the damage done. Jimmy and Matt set up equipment that was to run all weekend. Jimmys dedication to his clients is second to none, Sunday he swings by in his Sunday best just to check on the status and make sure there werent any issues. those two they were able to complete a job that should have been at lease 12-14 working days in only 7 days. The effect on our two small children was minimal. Jimmy made sure that all areas were secure so that our 1 & 3 yr old would not be able to get into trouble. Would and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. They were always polite on time and very dedicated to our needs. Thanks for the great work, Jimmy we can't even tell that there was a problem. To top off all of the great work they did, Matt cleaned all of our title and the carpeted stairs for no charge.

My carpet was smelly because of my chocolate lab rolling around on the carpet. It was also dirty because it had been 6 months since last cleaned. Silver Olas did a wonderful job. It's been over a week now and just last night I remarked to my husband what a good job they had done on the stairs. My carpet is white and very thick, so it's not easy to clean, but Jimmy Olas' brother and another worker gave it a thorough cleaning. They also cleaned my carpet 6 months ago and did a great job. Their pricing is comparable to other carpet cleaners that I have used, but their work is better. Also, there was an area in the house where the carpet needed to be re-stretched and tightened. JImmy Olas repaired it and it looks like new. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Ditto for the tile cleaning. I used them about 4 months ago and my floor tile in the kitchen and entry hadn't been professionally cleaned for 10 years. The tile looked wonderful when they finised cleaning it.

Absolutely excellent experience! David arrived on time and gave a fair measurement of square footage to be cleaned (a bit less than we had estimated). The price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job cleaning, even scrubbing the grout by hand. The house is 15 years old and the tile and grout look like new. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Silver Olas again.

Silver Olas gave us an appointment very promptly for the next day. The Silver Olas crew was very prompt, in fact they called to see if they could come earlier which they did. Jimmy was very professional and courteous in providing a written estimate while explaining the pros and cons of the different options available for the service. There really was no upsale pressure. When he offered options over and above the basic services, he fully explained the benefits and costs associated with them. Once agreed, Jimmy and his brother very quickly went to work and completed the total job in only a few hours. We were very satisfied with the services provided by Silver Olas and are likely to use them again in the future.

Jimmy Olas, the owner texted prior to arrival to tell me exactly when he would arrive. He was very professional. I purchased the Angie's List Deal, then had him due extra square footage which he gave me at a good rate. I had some tile that was newer but had a lot of grout haze remaining, which he was able to remove. On my older tile, the grout was very dirty and the texture of the tile had caused some dirt to become embeded. When he was finished the the grout and tile looked like new. He spent extra time using a hand tool to make sure everything was as clean as possible. Jimmy was very meticulous, pleasant and very professional. If you are trying to decide between Silver Olas and another company, please choose Silver Olas. I highly recommend them and don't think you will be disappointed.

Were quick to respond when I called, and promptly scheduled an appointment. This is an older duplex with really dirty ceramic tile floor and grout. They worked really hard to clean and remove disgusting pet odors left by prior tenants. Two men worked for several hours, first cleaning tile, hand scrubbing grout, and then resealing entire floor. Although the floor didn't look or smell as good as I hoped it would when they finished, I was very pleased with the effort they put into cleaning it. I saw the entire process, and think it was the best they could do with what they started with.

On Saturday, November 30th,2013 We had a major flood caused by a broken water line from the refrigerator. The affected areas were the living and dining rooms, kitchen, hallway and den. This was the second flood that we have had in the same house,but different location in a years time. The first time we had been very fortunate that the Silver Olas Carpet and Flood Co. had been recommended to us and we called them at once. Jimmy Olas, who runs the company is a true professional and a person of great integrity, when he tells you that he will do something, and what time he will do it, he and his expert crew actually do it. This time around we didn't have to think twice about who to call, and when Jimmy got our call very early on Saturday morning he and his crew were here in less than an hour extracting much water from the carpets and padding and later that day activating their dehumidifiers and drying fans. As each task was completed Jimmy would update us on the progress and after seven full days the house was determined to be free of mold and asbestos. New carpet and pads were installed, walls and baseboards were painted and replaced, the kitchen tiles and grout repaired, polished and, of course, new water lines/pipes were installed and all work exceeding our expectations, at a very reasonable price

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS, AND PLEASED THAT THEY DID THE THE WORK QUIETLY AND WITH CONSIDERATION FOR US AT HOME.

THEY HAVE BEEN THE CHEAPEST COMPANY TO CLEAN CARPETS, OVER THE MAJOR CARPET CLEANERS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. PLUS, THEY WERE VERY SPEEDY.
