Silver Olas Carpet Tile Floor Cleaning

Jimmy did an excellent job. I showed him what I wanted done, he gave me an estimate and went right to work. The carpet had pet stains and the grout had never been cleaned professionally. He was on time, very professional and friendly. It all looked like new when he finished and it smelled so fresh. I would highly recommend Silver Olas to anyone who wants their house to shine!

Very well. Matt was courteous, efficient, thorough and professional. He allowed me to add the cleaning of an upholstered chair and oriental wool rug to the job at the last minute.

Excellent quality work, professional team, they really know what they are doing and also provide expert advice about how to care for your floors after they leave. They twice cleaned carpets in a rental house that I own, and once cleaned and sealed the grout in a porcelain tile floor. They might arrive a little early or late if they have another job ahead of yours on the day they are scheduled, but they call to let you know. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Scheduling with the company was very easy and the two men who came to clean the carpeting were professional and efficient. I will use again for carpet cleaning and will get an estimate for tile cleaning.

We can't say enough good things about Jimmy. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He showed us how the machine worked to clean the stone. They were able to get in all of the indentations in the natural stone and clean out all of the accumulated dirt. They also were able to make the grout look like it was brand new. We had an area by the garage door into the house where a doorstop had damaged the stone surface. Jimmy was able to buff that out as well. And we had carpets that were in need of cleaning. No problem. Jimmy and the crew did that for us as well while they were there. If you need to have stone, tile, carpet or any flooring cleaned, Silver Olas should be your "go to" company. I would definitely use them again. We recommend then without hesitation. That is high praise as we are REALLY picky. Great service, completely professional and pleasant. What more could you ask for? Arrived on time and did a thorough job

Jimmy answered the phone... was very rude and confrontational.. I asked for deals. He told me they offered no deals and was very rude and short over the phone.

The two gentlemen arrived on time; began work immediately following a walk-through; and finished in a timely manner. They were cordial and professional.

Great. I have pets. I also had a mess from the previous carpet cleaners, who left a residue on my carpets that caused spots. My carpets looked like new and were almost dry when he was finished. Very happy.

Outstanding job. Our carpet and tile needed a lot of work in the traffic areas and Jim did a great job on them. Much much better than last company we used. Showed up on time and was spot on on the time it would take to clean. Highly recommend.

This is a great company. Jimmy was amazing from start to finish. We had carpet, stone, and hard woods done and everything looks amazing. He even arranged for his brother in law to come fix a few places in our hardwoods that needed repair work. Cannot say enough about this company and Jimmy.

Excellent work. We have a beautiful light tan carpet for many years, and yes very hard to keep clean. In the past we had used a few different carpet cleaners, but since June 2009 Silver Olas, and Jimmy in particular, is the only one who has been able to get out stubborn re-occuring spots. Their workers are polite, respectful and very efficient . After trying four other companies, we highly recommend Silver Olas for carpet cleaning.

All work done was excellent. Hallways were very dirty and now are like new - well almost considering the age of the carpets. Worked around furniture that we could not move.

From start to finish, this was a great company to work with. When I called to schedule, Yvonne in the front office was very pleasant , and quite knowledgeable about the process. We had brand new paint and carpet, and I was concerned as we had previously had a bad experience with a different company. Yvonne assured me Silver Olas was professional and wouldn't damage anything. She also assured me that their company did more than just push a steam squeqee around on the floors. Sure enough, they laid padding down across all flooring and wore booties. They used a hose with a brush on the end and special cleaning product. Matt, the technician was extremely professional and polite. The Angie's list deal was for 300 sq. ft., so they even included the tub deck under that footage. Jimmy Olas, the owner came from another job to assist. I caught him on his hands and knees with a brush scrubbing the grout! It started to rain, and we were concerned about the cabinets getting wet. He pulled plastic from his van and helped my husband cover our cabinets! All of the tile and grout came out nicely, and they put a fan on to help the sealer dry quickly. Noticing they did other work, we asked Jimmy for the cost to clean our dining chairs and bar stools. The cost to clean and Scotch Guard them was quite reasonable, so we had the chairs done on the spot. They stayed after dark to get the job done and were gracious and cheerful. We have been having a lot of work done on this house, and Silver Olas has been the most professional, service oriented, careful, and pleasant company to work with. I do not say this lightly. Will I use them again, and recommend to friends? Absolutely! Thank you so much Yvonne, Matt and Jimmy!

Jimmy cleaned our kitchen/dining nook/bathroom porcelain tile floor. He had the right equipment for the job. We very quickly felt confident that he would do the job right. The 1'x1' tile has 1/4" wide buff colored grout joint. The heavily traveled areas were very dark. They now look like new, with all joints in the approx. 300 sf area looking the same. He also gave us guidance on maintaining the floor so the joints stay clean for as long as possible. Jimmy is knowledgeable, hard-working and very straight-forward. His office support is also excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use the other services he provides.
