The technician arrived on time and began looking over the refrigerator. He found the problem with the icemaker and re-engaged the filter. He worked quickly and efficiently.

He told me where to find the part online in 24 hrs, which was half the price of anywhere else, and he came back installed it for a great price

Jason was very friendly and professional. Took care of the problem quickly, and I felt the price was fair (it included service call). Would definitely recommend him and I would call him again for anything appliance-related that needed repairs.

Called and made an appointment with Pro Tech Appliances with a two hour window. That two hour window came and went and so did the rest of the afternoon, with no technician and no call from ProTech. So frustrating as I read the other glowing reviews. They were supposed to look at my dryer, therefore, I cleaned out the laundry room and moved things around. Have had this happen before, and it is one of the reasons I joined Angies List!! As if a customers time is worth zero.

Both times I contacted Pro-Tech Appliance through his website. It's a small business and, as far as I know, Jason does all the work himself. Jason promptly responded to my online request each time and we scheduled the appointments. He called the day before each appointment to confirm and showed up on time for the appointment. He came fully prepared and equipped to do the job. He is clean and professional. He completed the job quickly and even gave me some suggestions that were unrelated to the job I hired him to perform. He cleaned up after himself and left everything in perfect working order. Jason is a hard working, conscientious gentleman. He is able to repair most home appliance. I would not hesitate to call him again if and when the need arises.

I found Jason on Angie's list and contacted him through his web site. I scheduled a call a few days in advance to see if he could repair my ice maker that was not making ice at all. He contacted me to confirm the appointment. He called again the morning of the appointment to re-confirm. He showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ice maker, and showed me why. He came prepared with a new one. Within about 10 minutes, he had completed the job. He showed me a couple of things, gave me some quick instructions about dumping the first batch of ice, and was on his way. I was pleased. The price of $218 included the ice maker itself and his labor. Shortly after he left, I found out that my garbage disposal needs to be replaced also. I called him to schedule his next visit to replace that appliance. Based on this experience, I will use Jason in the future whenever I need an appliance repaired.

Jason was very professional. Being in the construction industry myself, i expect certain things from workers being in my house. Jason showed up on time, had all proper tools, and was swift with his quote. I felt very comfortable with him here and knew I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend him to any neighbor or friend.

I was able to request my appointment on his website. He called a few hours later to confirm the time I requested. I made the appointment request in the morning and he was here the same day for the repair. He arrived on time and worked quickly to fix the problem.

refrigerator part was not cooling, freezer was. Technician reset the appliance and charged only $20. He said it might just be a phlug, if it would happen again, we would need a new control panel. If a new control panel was needed in the future he would apply the 20 dollars to the bill. Well, it did happen again, the control panel was replaced and the 20 dollars applied towards the new charges. Service was prompt, efficient, professional - absolutely no complaints.

The serviceman showed up on time. He made some adjustments for the refrigerator. He did a very good job. The refrigerator runs perfectly.
