PIPES PLUMBING

Pipe's was able to fix a leaky shower valve after another plumber left it leaking badly. They took the time to diagnose under performing low-flow toilets and give me the cheaper option, i.e. cleaning out the water jets, as opposed to selling me a new toilets. Inspected the house's plumbing and told me where the issues were and that they didn't need fixing now. I trust them. Charged fair prices for the time they took.

I had a leak in my garage near the hot water heater. Call Pipes plumbing and they said they could someone out by 12 PM that day. Segerio took a look and say the flexible copper pipe to the hot water heater had a leak and he also suggested a change the in pipe as well. He got the work done promptly in about 1.5 hours. After he was done he turned the water back on and checked the pressure of the system. He was relaxed, worked hard, and answered all my questions. I will call them next time I have a pumbling problem.

After calling my regular plumber and being told they could come out on Monday, I looked up Pipes Plumbing on Angie's List. Jason came out Friday around Noon, arriving on time, efficiently ran an auger through the sink and charged less than quoted over the phone. Jason was professional, courteous and efficient and he will be my first choice next time I need some plumbing done.

They had to jackhammer the concrete floor and into the footing in order to fix the leak. They repaired the leak and then had to fill in the concrete that they drilled out. The work went very well.

He had to cut the pipe to remove the build up from oil and food waste. It was a very dirty job. He did it well and cleaned up too!

I called Pipes Plumbing at 12:30 pm today, the ladies answering the phone were very pleasant and responsive. They sent Jason P. out to our house, and he arrived less than an hour after I had called! He was quick to diagnose the problem, and used a cable to clean out the kitchen sink drainage. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and accepted my check, and was on his way. From start to finish was about 1 hour 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again, especially for small jobs like this.

He was friendly, arrived on time, and was very thorough. He researched the problem for some time before determining what needed to be done. He did a good clean-up job at the end.

Job 1) I was amazed because they finished very fast. I don't recall the price. He was prompt and efficient. They were really professional, and they cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing. Job 2) They did good work at a fair price. He worked quickly despite being paid by the hour.

Arrived on time. Friendly worker. Worked quickly.

Excellent, fast service. Price paid was consistent with other Angie's List reports. Company rep was most responsive when learning I was an AL customer.

I made a phone call, they did the work, gave me a bill and my tenant is happy.

Jason was on time and polite but not "on automatic." He could be described as being natural and "normal," which is a great relief when hiring people in the trades professions. He spent about one hour, possibly more in snaking the sluggish drains in my house.

Some of it was paid by the insurance, but what I paid I thought was reasonable. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing.

Jason was friendly, efficient, and effective. He arrived within the time frame promised and did a fine job; very reasonably priced.

Our toilets were backing up and I picked Pipes Plumbing based on the reports I read on Angie's List web site. Pipes Plumbing had ''Chris'' the plumber call and set a time for his arrival. He arrived on the same day called and was here within an hour and a half from the call. What he lacked in professional appearance, he made up in being on time and very courteous. I thought the price was a little steep for the services provided. For the price, I could have went to Home Depot and bought an Auger for less than $50. Then I could have used a piece of clothes hanger (which is what he used) to clean the injection holes. The price was disproportionate for the service provided.

The price was reasonable. The quality of work was excellent.

The plumber showed up early, inspected the spigots and after my approval of the estimate got right to work and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. Lastly, I called only a couple of days ago and got an appointment easily.

I had a stopped up kitchen drain. Pipes leak detector found dirt in a broken waste line under the kitchen slab. The leak detector man then came back with a plumber, and they brain stormed for over an hour (no charge to me) on the best way to solve the problem. I was very impressed with the way they smartly weighed all options ($, inconvenience, etc). We agreed on a plan & price, and the plumber returned promptly and made the repairs. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the cosmetics of the work. The owner, Verne, came out IMMEDIATELY upon hearing this and personally made the work right. His ''the customer is always right and must be 100% satisfied'' attitude, as well as the obvious pride he takes in running a top notch operation that does only quality work regardless of the neighborhood, make these folks tops in my book. Verne said they don't advertise. Their business is totally from referrals. I can see why. These are the BEST plumbers I have ever hired. I will use them again and again.

They showed up for the estimate and said they would fax it to me the following day. I never heard from them. I called a week later and they returned the call two days later. I told them I had hired someone else and the job was finished.

CHRIS RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN MINUTES OF MY CALL AT 8AM SATURDAY MORNING. HE ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS LATER. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND READILY OFFERED ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON MY PROBLEM AND OTHER SMALLER PROBLEMS I HAD WITH MY PLUMBING AND SEPTIC SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PERFORMED HIS WORK QUICKLY TAKING LESS THAN AN HOUR TO COMPLETE. THE PRICING SEEMED VERY REASONABLE.

THE WORKER WAS ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS WILLING TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS. I'M NO EXPERT ON PART COSTS, BUT FIFTY DOLLARS SEEMED HIGH.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. IT TOOK HIM AN HOUR AND ONE HALF TO UNJAM THE DISPOSAL. TURNS OUT IT WAS A NICKEL THAT WAS WEDGED IN THE DISPOSAL. IT FINALLY CAME OUT, BUT ALMOST DIDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY WEDGED IN THERE. I WAS CHARGED $78.15 WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE. I BILLED IT TO THE TENANT BECAUSE IT WAS A TENANT CAUSED DISPOSAL JAM. (I PAID THE PLUMBER AT THE TIME OF THE SERVICE CALL). MY RENTAL AGREEMENT COVERS THESE TYPE OF TENANT RELATED APPLIANCE SERVICE CALLS, BUT NATCH, THE TENANT WAS NOT HAPPY. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE FAST, COURTEOUS, AND REASONABLE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY AREA DOING.

I HAD USED ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY, WHO CHARGED MORE. THEY WERE FAIR PRICED, ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED AND THE WORKMAN WAS PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH. DID NOT LEAVE A MESS IN THE BATHROOM WHEN HE WAS FINISHED. TOOK AWAY OLD TOILET. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICEMEN ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING SURROUNDING THE WORK AREA AND VERY GOOD AT CLEANING THINGS UP WHEN THEY ARE THROUGH. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND NEVER HAVE SUGGESTED THAT WE DO WORK THAT IS UNNECESSARY. THEY'VE DONE GREAT REMODELS AS WELL, AND WE HOPE TO HAVE THEM REMODEL OUR KITCHEN SOMEDAY WHEN WE HAVE THE MONEY TO DO SO. THEY ARE VERY FAIR AND ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW OF ANY EXTRA COSTS AS SOON AS THEY ARE AWARE OF ANY. NO SURPRISES.

WE HAD AN ELECTRICIAN WORKING AT THE HOUSE AND HE CREATED A LEAK IN OUR HOT WATER LINE. WE CALLED PIPES PLUMBING AND WITHIN MINUTES THEY HAD A TRUCK AT OUR HOUSE. THEIR PLUMBER FIXED THE LEAK, CLEANED UP AND WAS GONE WITHIN ONE HOUR. THIS WAS AN EVENING JOB, AND WAS WORTH EVERY CENT.
