It went really good and from now on I will recommend to others and will use it myself when needed

We've had Chris for two problems with our water heater. The first time he fixed a ruptured outlet on the top of the heater. The second problem happened when the pressure relief valve on the top of the heater failed and had to be replaced. Both service calls went perfect, we love Chris and Pipes Plumbing. Pipes is in trouble if Chris ever leaves and starts his own plumbing business. Chris is always going to be our choice, if he's unavailable then it whoever Pipes Plumbing sends. If Chris and Pipes are unavailable, then we're the ones in trouble.

We have used them twice, each time calling after a number of small items built up so we could be efficient with the call. Things like dripping faucets or minor fixture changes. I hate doing plumbing because the cost of failure is too high. The first time, the plumber they sent did a good job, accomplished all tasks, and billed us on the spot. The second time, different guy, he only did one of three tasks (it took under ten minutes), then looked at the other two and declined to do them, saying the office would contact me to arrange getting the parts and finishing the tasks (leaky faucet and new hose faucet). I asked him for an invoice and he said they'd bill me. The only thing I heard from them again was an envelope with an invoice for a full trip. No follow up on the open items. I ended up fixing the leaky faucet myself with a $5 part from home depot. I'll do the outdoor faucet with a different vendor. Even if they didn't have it in their van, he could have gone to home depot or an even closer plumber supply and been back and installed it in the time that they billed me for. If they are going to charge for a full trip, I expect full effort. They are off the list.

They installed the valves - we had a small issue with the sizes being off, but they came back quickly and resolved for no additional charge.

The leak had been happening for ~48+ hours. They provided same day service. They called to indicate arrival time and very prompt. Employee arrived neat with name badge and provided clear information on what needed to be done plus gave an estimated price before starting. PLUS found and fixed a small gas leak at the water heater location that was there for several years. Recent work was done at the gas location for 3 days and was never reported. Work was done neatly with care given to project at hand and my belongings. Comparing other minor and major jobs done for me, I thought price was excellent as they provided everything listed above. (After lots of frogs, it's much easier to find a prince.) I would feel confident using this company again.

I was left with an ongoing problem on Friday afternoon with no solution offered. I had to call another provider to complete the repair.

Found Pipes plumbing here and called for a schedule. Office was very accommodating and corteous. Robert came the next day and fixed the problem in about 4hrs. Cut wall, replaced burst valve joint and shower valve. He even replaced for free our old shower head since I had a new one I was planning to install myself. I don't like to see plumbers which means spending money but if I have to again, I will use Pipes Plumbing again.

After finding Pipes Plumbing on Angie's list, I have used them on a regular basis. Ruth (the owner) is amazing. They re so easy to deal with and HONEST. I highly recommend them!

I have been consistently using Pipes Plumbing for the last ten years after being introduced to them by our HOA after a plumbing disaster in one of my rental units. After solving the problem for me, I hired them to do a full remodel of the unit, due to the extent of the plumbing damage. Their quality of work, customer care, honest approach, attention to budget, timeliness, etc. was far and beyond what I had come to know working with numerous contractors. I didn't think contractors like this really existed anymore. These guys and gals are a full team of experts and quality workmen that are so very honest, you'll have a hard time working with other contractors after your experiences with them. They do much more than plumbing and should be relied upon on any job large or small. I would personally recommend Pipes Plumbing to anyone out there looking for quality workmanship, honest pricing, attention to budget and timing - not to mention, just really good people. I rarely take the time to fill out these reviews, but felt compelled to give an excellent review to Pipes Plumbing.

He came out on a Sunday, cut open our wall and fixed the leak

We had been experiencing an intermittent leak under the kitchen sink for several weeks and couldn't figure out what the problem was, so gave up and called Pipes. Excellent appointment scheduling with a two-hour time window instead of the four-hour window that many contractors use. Received a call the morning of service advising they were running a little behind schedule due to emergency calls, which I appreciated. Plumber arrived and identified and fixed the problem in a very short time. If my husband and I weren't so mechanically challenged, we could have figured it out and fixed it ourselves. Will definitely call Pipes again for plumbing repairs.

The technician was on time, and they even called before hand, just like they said they would. I was very busy at work and couldn't take the time off to sit at home during the two hour window that they gave me. He called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival to give me time to get home. He was very friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the price as well. I had gotten a bid from another plumbing company and it was outrageous! Pipes was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

Had to come out twice to detect leaks; one in yard which was easily accessible and repaired by the person who installed the irrigation system. The second leak was an unknown abandon irrigation line which had a concrete slab poured over it 3 years ago. They identified where it was, dug it up, capped both ends, filled and repaired the concrete. It was a little challenging getting them scheduled on the second go round; they were booked for about a week out and this was not an emergency, only a minor leak. Even though beginning to end was 2+ weeks, we are pleased with the end result.

They were great. Very friendly and went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem in a timely manner. Ruth and Naomi were very knowledgeable helping me deal with other subcontractors and our plumber Bebe and Conrad were amazing. They responded to my request instantly. They did their work neatly and made sure to clean up after each day. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

This technician, BB was professional, thorough and very responsive and patient answering my questions. I am very pleased with the work that was done. There was an issue with my billing that was identified by the provider and addressed immediately. I would not hesitate to use this provider again in the future.

Robert arrived on-time and immediately got to work. I have been renovating homes the past 10 years and have dealt with multiple plumbers. When you find a good one it is like finding a good dentist or car mechanic. I would put Robert in that category. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I am confident that the install was correct and I will not have any problems in the years to come. I bugged him for advice with some other issues I need to fix. He gave me some great advice. I will definitely be using Pipes Plumbing for my next project.

Our water heater went out, and our usual go-to plumber was not available. We called Pipes, and they were able to come out right away and fix it. They did a great job! We will call them in the future for our plumbing needs.

BB (Guillermo) showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed that we only had one plumbing problem and not two. He went to work on the problem quickly and finished in about an hour. Cleaned up everything. Great job. Very pleased. Discussed how to fix the other problem (not plumbing related). He recommended a couple of other contractors. I recommend Pipes and would use them again.
