Description of Work: Found and repaired a copper pipe water leak. We discussed what the best diagnostic plan might be. Made good choice leaky pipe identified. Based on conditions of surrounding pipes we elected to repair single section vice replacing all pipe. Quickly cut pipe out and soldered in a new one. Also identified house pressure regulator was failed. All of this took only about 90 minutes.

Description of Work: The two men were on time and got to work immediately. What they had to do is locate the mainline water leak. They methodically and systematically proceeded to find the leak. After clearing an area around the broken pipe, they then repaired the leak. After waiting the necessary time for the new pipes to bond, they proceeded to fill in the hole in the ground. They left the yard such that you really can't tell that there was a large hole. The plants were returned as they originally were. A truly great job.

Description of Work: All in all about a "B" in overall service. Had them install a dishwasher, but the first time it was not level. Had problems with the same dishwasher, had it replaced (as it was new & under warranty) and Pipes came out to remove the broken unit & came back later that same day to install the new one. The problem was that the water to the kitchen sink was turned off the entire time (>4 hrs). When my wife mentioned it to the service tech, he indicated that it was no big deal. On the good side, they were prompt and fairly priced. When asked if I would use them again, I'll say a qualified "maybe".

Description of Work: Plumbing technician answered my call to open a clogged main sewer line from my house. The plumber Chris came out quickly (on a Saturday), helped uncover and dig-out the broken clay sewer main from under a hole of muddy sewage, then snaked it out to the street, removing roots and other nasty stuff. Chris consulted on a long-term remedy and generally did a great job. Plus only $145! Good deal considering another plumber quoted me $800 over the phone for the job.
