FYI they advertise 10% Sr. discount, but it s only on labor. I suggested they make that clear. Many people hire by SR. or military discount. Don t like to be mislead.

The technician did not clean up after the job, leaving a big mess even though we gave him a vacuum cleaner. We were charged $265 to replace the on/off switch on the motor. Seemed a bit excessive for a simple switch on an older Kenmore that has no computer parts. Just saying.

Employees were not responsive to the needs of the customer. Two times Techs came out when needed them on a Friday and could not show up until a Monday. The Third time with the same problem, 2 Techs finally figured out what the problem was. The price for the repair would be $1086.00. Insanity! Cheaper to purchase a new one, which we did. We had a terrible experience.

Responded immediately. The other company I called first could not respond to an ice maker problem for 10 days. Figured out the problem, had a replacement part with him. Installed it.

Horrible experience. Paid for parts that did not fix the dryer. We purchased the parts that fixed the dryer. I sent an email requesting a refund for parts that we paid for that did not work for repairs. No response from This company. I am taking them to small claims court

The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Walked me through the diagnosis, showed me the damage and tried to repair the part before replacing it. The replacement part was ordered, arrived quickly and the technician returned the next day to install. The appointment scheduling was pleasant, they were able to come out within a couple days and arrived within the specified window both times. I ll definitely recommend and use Axis in the future.

My repair should have been covered under warranty but I had to pay out of pocket.

I had a good experience with this company, however I thought the charge was high for what they did. It literally took the repairman 10 min to install the part of the refrigerator & he was done. The labor cost was $175 for 10 min which I thought was high. Other than that I was happy. The repairman was professional & courteous and right on time. I will use HomeAdvisor again in the future if needed.

Showed up on time, diagnosed problem in 10 minutes and had it all fixed 30 minutes later. Just the way it should be!

They were on time. It didn t take a long time to fix the problem. Price was ok.

They came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than other companies charge. They were very polite and clean, also.

Parts and service chargers are pricey. Response was quick though.

Customer service was friendly and efficient. Repair person arrived on time, quickly, diagnosed quickly and scheduled a time the very next day to repair and did repair. This is a fridge that no one (not one) was willing to come out to repair. Thanks Axis.

Decided not to repair but bought new refrigerator.

Quick to respond. Was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with the fridge and fix immediately. Any more appliance issues, I will call them again. Pricing was fair.

Response to request was quick and tec arrived on time after calling to give nitice of arrival. He was well dressed, respectful of me and my home. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and the price was fair

The tech (Vadim) knew immediately what the problem was once I provided the details. He explained clearly what the problems were and provided an estimate.--not the lowest or highest but one that was right on the money. He had to order a drain kit, cover replacement (back of refrigerator), and an ice-maker. When he received the items he called, we set a time, he came out and meticulously made the repairs to our 7-year old Samsung (french doors and below a large slide out freezer). I was also very pleased with: 1. Vadim showed up on time 2. He went about his work efficiently 3. He left the work space in the same clean condition it was prior to commencing work during both visits 4. He wrote up the estimate where everything was clearly and neatly spelled out - very rare for contractors and repair persons 5. Vadim was always polite, personable, addressed the problem, and did not waste any time The refrigerator, ice-maker, and all pull-out bins and drawers have never been to smooth and operationally perfect. Though we would not buy another Samsung refrigeratot we will keep Axis as our number one go-to for any problems in the fuiure.
