I hired them to come out for a 2nd opinion to repair the ice maker on my LG fridge. Scheduling and back office was great. However, the repairman spent about 2 minutes looking at the ice maker and told me it would be $450 because he was going to have to break the break the front pieces to install the part it needed. I told him that the first company who came out quoted me $155 for the same repair and were not going to have to break anything. He said that wasn?t possible. I brought back the first co and they were able to do it no problem. The worst part is I had to pay $60 for the consultation! So much for getting a 2nd opinion. Ugh.

They arrived right on time. They did a thorough inspection of my refrigerator and identified the problem. Supplied an estimate. Recommended.

I hired them to fix a gas leak in my oven. They charged me a $60 service call, said I didn't have a problem; my oven was fine to use. SDG&E came today and checked my oven and found the gas leak and the exact problem; they said not to use my oven; it was dangerous. Still waiting for resolution from Axis.

I had been having a horrible time finding someone to install a new cooling unit in my Vinotemp wine cooler. Axis said they could do it, gave me an estimate, showed up on time, and finished the job in 30 minutes. I am delighted by the service.

The technician came late but we were advised that his previous customer was taking extra time. We didn’t expect him to come after 6. He arrived at 7 and completed the diagnostic. The problem was resolved without needing repair. the appliance was our built in oven and microwave. thank you
