They were uncaring about the quality of work. The part they replaced did not fix the issue and now they will take their time to come back out.

Not a big problem, except technican wasn't a native English speaker and misspoke "thousand" for "hundred" in quoting a price for repair (!). After that was resolved, diagnosis & quality was excellent.

I thought they were a little pricey, but the technician did such a complete and thorough cleaning that I was ok at the end . I would recommend this company and would use them again

Our washer was broken and Sears could not come out for a few days. I was impatient, so I hired these guys. In hindsight, I would feel a lot better if I had waited for other company. In all fairness, Dmitri was able to get our washer working by replacing the motor. It cost almost $300 though, and I will always wonder if this is not something Sears could have fixed by tapping into the computer settings instead of replacing the whole motor.

Denis was punctual and professional. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He provided sound advice and gave us a quote for the repair.

Contacted them and service repairman was on site in 4 hours, as promised and had the necessary parts, explained what the issue was and completed the repair quickly.
