They were very prompt and helpful. They said they would have to order some parts and could come back in a few days. Approximately an hour later they got ahold of me asking if they could come back because they were able to get the parts needed. They came back and finished.

Absolutely do not use this company. Not only was the initial problem not addressed, but they refused to acknowledge their technician hooked the dishwasher back up wrong and left eater standing. The original problem was a noisy pump but the machine was working, cleaning, and draining. I refused to replace the motor and said we will just get a new dishwasher when the motor goes. Their customer service was rude and kept interrupting me as I tried to explain. I will be disputing the payment and I will probably be calling a lawyer. Completely dishonest company.

First off it s very difficult to communicate even simple things when you don t speak the Russian language like the repair tech. Second the tech is in too big of a hurry to even see he forgot to tighten all of the mounting screws on my stovetop and then tries to force the cabinet drawers back in not realizing they are blocked by the same screws he hasn t tightened down, damaging the cabinets . But not to worry you still get charged full price for all these extras! 50 minutes equals $149 .I already had the parts. I gave them 1 star because he was polite and clean. But now I need to call someone else to finish the job..

Their labor per hour rate is at the high end of the range $ 399 / hour is way too high. The refrigerator compressor was not ordered till the next day, communication between service staff and service office needs improvement. Made me wait an extra day for my frig to be fixed. Communication between customer service representatives Irene and Rebeca also needs improvement. I had to repeat and re-explain issues relating to finishing the repair on time to each representative depending on who answers the phone. Vadym the repair technician promised to order the compressor in 20 minutes but failed to do that and the office had no information about the order. Field and office communication do not exist. I have to say though that Vadym is an excellent technician. I was not offered a warranty in writing for the part and service done. Not a good business practice

First of all, the technician was wonderful and did good work. He was clean and very polite and called before he came. We had a clogged drain and needed a $ 65 part. At the start of the process, I was treated kindly and professionally, everyone was attentive. The problem came in when we were charged $400 total, which is way too much for less than an hours' worth of work. I called and made sure to speak with the manager of the office, and she was not accommodating nor was she polite. She immediately proceeded to blame the technician, when pricing was clearly not his responsibility. I quote, "the technician sets the pricing" The tech was great, and I have no leak or drain issue any longer. I'm just extremely disappointed in the fact that the manager made no effort to help or service my concerns at all.

They were here for Refrigerator Repair. They didn t speak English and told me through their supervisor that the electrical system was fixed which they wanted $150 for, but that the transmission was shot and would have to be replaced and it would cost $500. I knew I could buy a new unit for less than that. I was not happy to have wasted time on something that ended up having to be thrown away. And I still had to pay the service fee for their visit.

Phone waiting extremely long. Did not keep a scheduled appointment for evaluation and I had to do the work for follow up appointment for part installation One appointment tech missed, no show after waiting ALL day. No calls. I had to reschedule it, confirmed it and still very late. No regard for homeowner time.
