Very happy with tech they sent out. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The repair work was fine. The customer service was awful! After the first repair visit, the repairman determined a new water pump was needed. It took a week to order the part. Customer service called 2 days later and asked for the part payment. I waited for the week and no call. I called them to see if the part was in. It was. I asked if I could schedule installation. Yes, the repair could be done on Saturday. As I was not available I asked for another day. We scheduled for Monday between 8am-12am. At about 10:30 am I was called and asked if we could re-schedule for Tuesday morning. On Tuesday at noon, I called and asked where the repairman was. The attitude I was given was rude and smug. When I said we had been re-scheduled for 8-noon, customer service said: "no you were scheduled for Saturday". No - I was not available Saturday. I was scheduled for Monday and re-schedule for Tuesday. Again, rude and smug said we do not schedule appointments between 8-noon. To which I said well that is when you scheduled my appointment. Rude and smug said our appointments are between 9-noon. Okay, it is now 12:10 where is the repairman? Rude and smug said hold on, I will check. He will be there in about 15-20 minutes. Again the repair work was fine. Customer service was AWFUL!

Prompt response. Customer service pleasant and helpful. Technician prompt and businesslike. Just what I needed.

They needed to order parts and promised they would contact me when they arrived. I had to keep calling them to see if the parts arrived and even my sister called to bug them about the parts. The workmen however, were very hard working once the got the correct parts.

They are not upfront. Will lie to cover their mistakes and tell you that someone will be there when they don't show up. Would not recommend this company.

The technician that came to the house spoke no English, only Russian. Tried communication with google translator. I had no confidence that he ever undrrstood the problem or that he had any knowledge in the field and that he was just pretending .

Tech needed to come out twice because he didn't have the part required to fix my washer. That was understandable but I asked both times to be called 30 min before arrival Never got a call, plus he was late (didn't come within the four hour window) the first time. Tech was polite and competent.

Svrik Adileay, the technician was on time to the appointment, he was very knowledgeable about our dryer repair, and we were very pleased with his work. We highly recommend Svrik.

The repair was done promptly and completely. There was very fast turn around from the time I called.

Anton very quickly found the problem with my refrigerator.
