Richard first came out to my property and then quickly provided an estimate. I'm not an early morning person and he immediately agreed to the start time I requested. We set a date for the work and he showed up exactly on time. Richard worked essentially non stop and quickly, professionally and skillfully completed all items of work we had agreed upon. Richard was pleasant, personable and easy to work with. He tolerated my two barking dogs with good humor and patience. I will use his services again and in fact after he had complete this work I asked if he would do another bid for some more work I needed done. He agreed and after a day that had to have been tiring he then took measurements and noted the additional work I needed done. We will soon schedule this next project.

Everything went well., Richard came exactly when promised, was very professional. and all the work was completed on time and exactly how I had hoped.

Handyman was courteous, friendly and punctual. He performed the work competently and to my satisfaction. He went out of his way to fix stubborn electrical problem that required more time than expected. His rate was satisfactory and affordable. He cleaned up after himself as well.

Great! Richard was prompt in emailing the bid and showing up on time. He was professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. He even installed a fourth light fixture that was not on the original bid and was able to move a latch on our gate so we could close it again. Yeah! He also gave me a senior discount. I will definitely be calling him again.

I had been looking for a contractor to fix my window frame so my window would close for a year. Everyone just wanted to replace my windows. Richard is really knowledgeable about how buildings are constructed and always tries to just fix the problem. I had him come out to assess the problem and maybe fit it. At least he could tell what the exact problem, fix it or tell me what kind of contractor I should be looking for. What he found was a ton of lint and cat hair on the rollers on the bottom. He took out the window, checked and cleaned the rollers and the track then replaced the window. He showed me how it happened so I can avoid this. I cannot say enough positive about Richard. I have used him before and he never tries to do the "big sell". I totally trust him and recommend him to anyone.

Richard arrived on time and completed replacement perfectly. He had to modify the mounting slightly due to holes in ceiling from the original lighting (incandescent back in the '80s). Great job,

I found Richard on Angie's List, after reading reviews. I needed some work done at my mom's home in Walnut Creek, California. Richard provided me with a quote for work planned before setting up work date. He was on time and worked efficiently. I appreciated his professional approach, and is willingness to allow me to add on a couple extra small tasks that I came across the day before he was coming out. Richard is nice man who is friendly and has a pleasant sense of humor. I will work with him again when tasks come up.

Project was finished very efficiently in about 3 hours and old material hauled away. Arrived on time and finished on time. Excellent job. he reduced his price from the original estimate since he did not need as many materials as he thought. He took the materials back to where he purchased them and saved me about $50.

I had to postpone the work on that property for unrelated reasons, but I needed him to work on my other rental property. His professionalism from our first encounter led me to hire him without getting an estimate - no questions asked. He offered to do the work on an hourly basis and was very fair about the pricing. He even gave me a discount. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I wouldnot hesitate to hire him again.

Richard is great handyman. He's very good at what he does and with a professional attitude from the first visit he came into install new door locks and fix the balancing of our washing machine. We called him a second time to help install a closet system for one of the rooms and best of all, he pricing is fair compared to other places I checked before contacting him, which wanted $300+ for 4 hours time. We will definitely call him again in the future.
