It went very well.
Description of Work: Wire new receptical and installed burner, replace toilet flush unit and valve, tighten loose sink faucet, install new garage door sweep and lubricate wheels/tracks, and brace mail box and install access door with lock.

I loved the outcome.
Description of Work: I wanted a closet makeover. The closet is approx. 16'x9' with a single row for hanging clothes around the room on all 4 walls. While I admit that I may need to purge, I'm just not prepared to do so at this time. Instead I choose to expand the closet by having an additional row of shelving around the entire closet which would essentially double my usable hanging storage space. Richard was able to accomplish my vision with expertise and professionalism and timeliness.

Description of Work: Replaced a wooden side gate plus shored up a small bit of fencing next to it at no additional charge. Responded within 10 minutes after first website message was sent and was quick with communication thereafter as well. Showed up on the day agreed upon just when he said he would. Will keep in mind for future projects that may arise and would recommend to others.

For once I AM confused. I showed up on time a provided a detailed bid for a fence repair. I was never hired, nor did I ever hear back from this customer. I did email them after I recieved this review, asking for an explaination so that I could better serve my customers if indeed I had done something wrong, but I got no reply. Sorry for the inconveinance.
