Description of Work: Repaired two section of our wood slat fence one was 8 ft and the other was 10 ft nice work done in about 3 hours. I would use this company again. I already referred my neighbor to him. Thanks Angie😊

Description of Work: It took two weeks for him to come out to give us an estimate. He said he would email the estimate and two weeks later, we have heard NOTHING. If the job was too small or not something he could do, it would have been far more professional to just tell us that.

Description of Work: I hired Richard to hang a wall mirror and a couple of metal pieces. He needed help hanging the mirror, in fact, it wasn't even centered to the wall. My ELECTRICIAN finished hanging it as Richard wanted ME (the paying client) to help him lift it even though I told him I couldn't lift it. He attempted to hang my metal pieces, but after hitting my walls and a window with his ladder...I suggested he come back when my husband was home to help him as he was having trouble with the ladder (very heavy). He indicated that he had money out for "parts" i.e... about $13 for hooks...So he requested payment. I was so desperate to have the work done and wanted for him to come back in a timely manner, so I paid him $100 of the $125 thinking that would entice him to return. My husband was not available on the original date we had set for him to return. I never heard from him again. He never returned. So I ended up paying $100 for him to put 3 bolts in a wall (again, my mirror would have never been centered how he did it) and my metal never got hung.. He didn't feel too terrible. He slept well getting paid $100 for that little work. I rated him highly on responsiveness because he was punctual and polite. Seemed like a very nice person. He just isn't good on the follow though. He needs to not accept jobs where he doesn't have help and has to rely on his clients to help him. I typically don't pay for handyman assistance...I pay for a job to be competed without my help. Richard, if you are reading this review, you owe me $80...I feel the other $20 for the parts you purchased was sufficient.

Description of Work: They came out to my house to repair sections of a wooden fence that had blown down in a wind storm. They were punctual, did an excellent job at a very fair price! I absolutely would use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Scheduled to have him repair or replace two sets of sliding doors (bathtub and closet), and fix an upside down door handle. He came to give me a time and cost estimate, looked at the bathtub doors and said they needed to be replaced entirely, and that it would probably be just as cost effective to have Home Depot do it, since it required the entire frame to be removed and replaced; then he looked at the 7-ft mirrored closet doors and put them back on track, which I've been unable to do for three years, and they now glide effortlessly; and then looked at the handle and told me that it was an easy fix, and showed me how I could do it for free myself in five minutes and said it wouldn't be right for him to change me for that job. He as there for ten minutes, and wouldn't take any payment, even though he fixed one item, and gave me advice on the other two (and went out of his way to "drop by" on his way home from another job). Nice man, honest, and helpful.
