Jeremy was super helpful and informative by phone. I was calling about a rat or rats in our sub-basement area, and he explained everything in detail to me, from how they price their services, how the trap setting and removal works, and helped me understand what the likely situation was so that I can explain it to my fellow building owners.

We were happy with the service.

I got quotes from a couple of companies and Omega Termite and Pest Control was one of them, but I didn?t go with them. They didn?t charge me anything for the inspection. The guy who came out was pretty nice. Their quote was pretty good, but I felt that the other company?s quote was better. However, Omega isn?t bad either and I didn?t have any problems with their punctuality too.

The rats were climbing onto my roof and then entering my attic. They were making a lot of noise in the night. I talked to the company and they then came out and consulted me. They got rid of the problem by laying down traps and everything that they did worked out pretty well. They told me that the best preventive thing was to make sure that there shouldn't be any branches through which the rats could climb my roof. They did a pretty good job for me. The price that I paid them was for 3 visits and I negotiated the price that they had quoted before which was about $400 for 4 visits. I didn't have any problems with their responsiveness. They weren't very punctual, as they were late once. I would hire them again in the future.

I am very disappointed with this company. I chose them initially because of their written response to the one negative comment posted on Angie's List (which also had to do with a rat.problem). This company may be OK for other pest problems but they are incompetent when it comes to rat problems. I have since had my problem satisfactorily corrected by Premier Services. Unlike Omega their inspection revealed multiple rat assess areas which were readily apparent even to me, after they pointed them out. They closed the areas, got rid of the rats via traps and gave me a years warranty - all for $795.

The work done by them was great and it was fine too. They first came out and did an inspection. They then set 10 traps in the basement and the attic. They got rid of the critters and they are also going to put something in the area where they think that there would be some access for the rats to get in. Their last visit would be on next Monday.

Came home from work and my home overrun with ants. (yuck) Called company at 7:30am looking for same day appt. Representitive on phone said he had technician in my area and could have someone at my home by 9am. This was great, the technician knocked on my door at 8:55am and I gave him the grand tour of all the ants. He told me not to worry he would spray around the exterior of my home, treat inside and also put some kind of dust material underneath my house to help stop further invasions. I had to leave for work so I paid him and showed him how to lock up and left for work. When I got home from work I found not a living ant inside my home. So far so good it has been 4 days and nothings come back. I have used company before to kill yellowjacket nest and had great results. I highly recommend them if you want honest service for a fair price.

Company representative set two traps and surveyed outside of house, but would not go up in attic to view condition, especially potential points of entry for rodents (subsequent pest control specialist had no problem going in attic). Communication (verbal) skills of native English speaker were unsatisfactory, although he was fairly professional in other respects. The information provided by representative at my house conflicted significantly with information originally provided by friendly and (seemingly) knowledgeable dispatcher. After about 30 minutes I asked representative to leave premises.

It went very well. John did a thurough job and explained everything he found and also saved us quite a bit of money. We had termite damage about 10 years ago and have since paid for a treatment every 5 years to prevent a return. John informed us this was waste of time and money as long as you get an inspection every 2 to 3 years.

Great customer service on the phone and prompt call back from funny pest man. The technician was timely, listened to us well, and gave us good info/advice on our problem (a few rats got in our attic and garage a week before we're expecting stay-over company for X-mas). We had set little mouse traps, but the technician brought in the big gun traps for our problem- a rat. Explained why and where he set them so as to catch the problem and avoid accidental trigger by our dog and two year old twins. He returned a week later to check the traps and reset them, and scheduled two more visits over the next weeks to do the same. So far has caught two with another week and a half of service to go! Price is based on house square footage.

Had a problem with a huge yellowjacket nest in my garage wall, as well as strange sounds in my attic late at night. Called the office and spoke to nice receptionist who I explained problem to. I was transfered to the pest dept. which handles these sorts of problems. I explained my problems to the gentleman ,and that I would like someone out today. He stated that he could have a service technician out, but need to ask more questions about the strange sound in attic. I told him I only have heard sounds late at night, and nothing during the day. He suspected that I had rats. I asked if I should just put some decon up their and he advised against that. He stated that it could die up there, or worse inside a wall and then I would have to live with the smell for a few weeks. His advise was to place traps in attic and to let his technician monitor them for 4 weeks. He would return each week to check traps and remove anything that was trapped. He also stated that his technician would inspect the outside of home to determine how the rats were getting in. I set an appointment for later that day. Technician arrived 5 minutes before my appt. time. The technician explained that he wanted to do rat work first, and then treat for the yellowjackets. I let him in and to my suprise he put on shoe covers before entering my house. I thought that was a nice. I showed him the attic access. He went inside and set traps, as well as looked to see he could find how the rats got in. Turns out I had a damaged vent screen and the rats were using a tree branch to reach it. He asked me if I wanted him to repair vent for a small additional fee, or did I want to take care it myself. I decided to let him do it. After that was done, he removed his equipment and returned with small machine to take care of yellowjackets. He explained that he was going to inject a product inside the garage wall that was going to kill the yellowjackets. Once that was completed, he set a time and date for the following week to return to check the traps he installed. He returned on Monday and removed 3 big rats from my attic. He set his next appointment for the following Mondays. He caught one more rat and that was it. No more sounds in ceiling, and yellowjackets dead one day after service. Couldn't be more happy with service.

My experience with them in terms of the pest control inspection was fine, but we were quite disappointed with the work. We didn't pay as much as we would a contractor, but we weren't satisfied with the quality. The structure won't fall down, but they didn't seem experienced, they had to re-do quite a bit because they installed it wrong initially. They didn't match the paint colors properly and there was a miscommunication, we were supposed to get them a paint sample and we didn't, but instead of bringing that to our attention they just went ahead and painted it a different color. I would never use a pest company to do contracting again ever. I would use them for pest inspection again.
