Description of Work: condensation pump failed. pump replace and furnace cleaned. Repairman also found a wiring anomaly that was causing my furnace to run longer than necessary. He corrected the wiring issue as no additional charge. I've been using Atlas for 30 years. They are more expensive than some, but always worth the money. Never any unnecessary up-selling. in 2001, they replace my failing furnace reanalyzed the house and sold me a smaller more efficient unit saving money on the purchase and on my heating bills.

Description of Work: Overall Atlas Heating deserves an A. They are punctual, professional & courteous and I have used their services several times over the years. The last time they came was because my heater was making a peculiar noise. They replaced some parts and came back once as the heater, although quieter, continued to be noiser than usual. Unfortunately, despite their tweaking the heater is still louder than I care for but I have learned to live with it. Despite this annoyance, I would recommend Atlas to anyone and will continue to use them as the need arises.

Description of Work: Our heater had a mind of its own. Most of the time it would not go on when you needed it. After Atlas worked on the control panel it now works whenever we need it. The service technician tried to give me the details of what was wrong but it was all heater talk to me. All I know is that it works on call. A prior heating company tried to solve my problem but their fix didn't last. We have zone heating with 3 thermostats. 1 on each floor. If you need heater help this company is the one.
