The service went very well. The initial phone call was pleasant and my need to have an appointment only in a narrow window was easily accommodated. The technician was right on time. He was friendly and explained what he would be doing. He did find something that needed repair. I had that part replaced before, so I wasn't surprised. He asked if I would like him to do the work. I told him to finish the repair. He had the part in his truck and quickly finished the work. I was impressed both by his openness and ability to listen to what I wanted. Besides being friendly, he was professional. I felt confident in his abilities. Over all this was a really nice experience. I highly recommend this company without reservation. I've have used other A/C providers, but Atlas was head and shoulders above them!

The staff was good. They were very prompt. They were able to identify the problem that other companies could not really do.They were able to get the job done quicker than expected.

They are an old company. They have been around for 50 or 60 years. I paid $115 for one-year maintenance. They were very dependable. It is a longstanding company in the area. I have also used them previously at my work 30 years ago. I think their pricing was fair.

The Technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. I appreciated the fact that he put covers on his shoes before going upstairs. He explained what he was doing or needed to do. the work consisted of cleaning the condensers and evaporators. I am very happy with the service and would use this company again. This is my first purchase through Angie's list and we are definitely off to a good start.

Seemed that the serviceman was not aware of all the fine print in the deal. I told him that there should be a $25 in repair credit towards the $89 service repair but he did not honor it. Also, he did not perform the Bonus: Safety check of furnace heat exchanger as the serviceman was not aware of it. I do hope next time they send a serviceman, the Company needs to inform their servicemen all the fine print in the deal.

It was expensive but it was good. They did a great job and the inspector thought it was the best he'd ever seen and it was wonderful but it wasn't cheap. We were just worried the furnace was going to go dead so we wanted a new one. The results are great today. I guess what made4 it standout was that the inspector that came out said it was the best job he'd ever seen and they gone out of the way to make the pipes go where they should go. They were fine. We picked them because they we knew they'd be good. We knew they were a lot at that time, it wasn't a surprise to us. I would recommend them because of the high quality of their work and I would not recommend them because it costs a lot.

It was very good. It was a really long time ago but they did a very good job. I would highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again.

Their quality of work is really good and that is why I call them back. I would call them again if I had a problem. They are expensive but they know what they are doing.

We had some incidents with them, but in the end they did a fantastic job. We were not informed that we had to do the rebates ourselves, and so we were not happy about that, because we lost about $140. The work they did was fine, it was just the rebate that we didn't get. 2 people came in, the guy that came to install was very professional. One guy came in and presented and gave the prices. I thought the price was fair, but I did not compare it to anything at that time. They sell you good stuff, and they do good work, but when it came to the rebate, and I called them, that is when they threw the ball back at me and said I should have done it.

We have had very good luck with them.We have been pleased with the service and we will undoubtedly use them in the future.

The merchant sent me an email stating that they service parts of my county, but not my city.

It was outstanding. I don't use any heating company but Atlas. They are expensive but they are good. I like the way the get things done efficiently and correctly. I've never had to call them back to correct something they've done. Everything was done correctly the first time.

It has been very good. They did a very good job. I'm very happy with it. They provided exactly what they said. They worked in a timely fashion. I'm very happy with the results. I had no problems with it since then.

My experience with this company has been excellent. We use them on an ongoing basis because we have a contract with them.

Take my word for it; they are just fine. They come about once a year to check things out. They're good and reliable.

The service I have received has been good.

I've had a relatively good experience with them except the one time years ago when they installed a heater under the house and their contractor just really knew he drilled a hole to part of an essential support in my crawl space, knocks out a hole of a critical support element and that kind of pissed me off that they would do that without talking to me about it and it's been years now and at some point I'm going to shore that up more but that's the only negative thing I have to say about them. Otherwise, they've been good. The price was pretty reasonable I think.

They were good. My main like was that they gave me a good estimate, and they stuck to it. They kept their appointment, they did the work when they said it would be, and it looks good. I don't have any complaints about them.

I've used them for 45 years. I've never had a problem with them. They are very good and I've never had a complaint. I imagine their prices are pretty much the same as others. Their price is about average.
