Chris arrived and was very nice and professional. He went right to work and completed everything in a very reasonable time frame. I asked him quite a few questions while he was here and he answered them all. He was very helpful. I'm glad I called this company and will definitely call them again.

I called them as the Sears delivery men had brought the new washer and dryer and they were unable to properly hook them up and remove the old units. I was in a bind as the delivery men were about to leave and Martin Plumbing was able to come out right away. They got everything hooked up properly and gave me a very fair price. I would give them an A plus as they really helped me out in an emergency situation. If I have any plumbing needs I will definitely call them.

Called Tim -- he stated that Isaac would be out to our house between 5:30 to 6:30 He told us the est cost and that Isaac would be no later than 6:30 (I called at 4pm) Isaac arrived at 6pm fixed the problem by 7:30 ish. he was very professional and explained as he was doing the work

The drum was some how off center and the belt had to be replaced.

The job wasn't too expensive and they were excellent. They did a great job and did everything that they said they would do. They were very good. It was good experience.

Dwayne Wright was excellent. No only is he highly skilled (30 years experience) but he also was very congenial. His people skills are excellent. He fixed the water inlet problem in a few minutes then voluntarily set about taking care of the other things even though I hadn't called him for that stuff. My wife was as pleased as I was as he answered her questions on some plumbing related issues. I recommend him and Martin Plumbing in Oakdale without reservation.

Cameron arrived within a half hour of my call. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Installed the new valve and pointed out some maintenance issues that will need to be addressed soon. Finished up the job quickly and answered all my questions. Guaranteed the work for 3 years.

Wouldn't you know it! My kitchen sink started leaking on a Sunday morning. I called at 7:45 AM and got a friendly receptionist. She let me know someone would be there around 12:30. The technician called me about thirty minutes before he arrived and he was there right when he said he would be. He fixed my leaking sink and did two other quick projects in the house. Replacing the water shut off required quite a bit of time. It was a big job. He actually had to come back the next week to repairs a minor leak. Everything was neatly done and I thought the cost was very reasonable.

It went well as every effort was made to help me with a rental unit in a city I do not live in. Made phone calls to tenant to set up appointment and kept me informed by phone every step of the way. Showed up same day at appointed time and checked and adjusted water heater. No charge for this visit and left card at my request with tenant in case it needs further work. I was grateful and respect their honesty.

I called Martins plumbing after my daughters clogged up the shower drain with toilet paper. I called at 8 pm and Rose had an opening the next morning . I took it. Sean, the plumber came on time and fixed the drain without having to take everything apart to clear the drain. He was great . I will be using them for future service that I will need.

He was very professional and polite. He seemed to be a really good worker. They also had a 30 day warranty for any leaks with the fill valve and shower handles. For all the work he did, it seemed like a great price for everything.

Called office at 8:00 am, received call back at 8:02 am! Scheduled appt for same day at 11:30 am. Service tech called me at 10:00 saying he had finished previous job earlier &would it be ok if he came by right away. Service tech was prompt, professional and quick. He also explained in detail what he had done,etc. I will be using Martin Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. Note: he also informed me that their standard rate is good 24/7, even weekends and holidays! No extra cost for off hours.

I have desperate to have the sink unplugged for a good tenant. I called another provider who was unable to accommodate my request for immediate service. Luckily he as sitting with his good friend Martin from Martin's Plumbing. Martin told me to call Rose in the office. Rose coordinated with my tenant. Martin Plumbing had a service man in the area and was done with the previous job. Martin Plumbing went to the rental in less than 1 hour from my initial call and unplugged the sink. Everyone was happy and I could not ask for more.

I sent an e-mail through Angies site and received a call within a couple of hours from Martin Plumbing. They set up an appointment for the next day between 9:00 and 10:00. Chris arrived on time and I showed him where the bathroom was and after just a few minutes of turning the water on and off he knew what the problem was. He told me he was going to remove both stems and take them with him to the hardware store to be sure that he got the right ones. The stems come in many different sizes. I had assumed that the appointment was just to do an estimate and an appointment to repair the faucets would be made in a few days. When Chris got back with the new stems he went ahead and installed them. I was very happily surprised. I thought it would at least be 2 or 3 days before the faucets were repaired. Chris was very professional and explained things to me and showed me what was wrong with the stems. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing matters. He was polite and treated me well. I will most definitely use Martin's Plumbing again and give their name to my friends who ask me if I know a good, reasonable plumber.

Amazing service! We had been putting these repairs off as we were sure it would cost a small fortune. I am so pleased with how quickly they were able to get someone out and also how quickly and efficiently the repairs were made. And the cost was very reasonable! I'm so happy to have my bathroom back!

The estimate was good. Communication has been through email and phone calls and these have been returned within a couple days. The plumber who came out seemed knowledgeable. He was a very polite young man. Clean-up the first time was marginal. If you get Isaac, be sure you check after him before he leaves. You know how young men are. Martin plumbing went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Excellent. Two plummers arrived on time, they were clean and polite and asked if they should remove their shoes. Very professional and friendly. They went right to work, and were very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Per his instructions, I emailed the provider three proposed times. The provider replied the following day indicating he was available the day after that. I confirmed, via email, that same day. The next morning I waited, but the provider never arrived. I contacted him to ask what happened. He finally called a few hours later to say he missed my email confirmation and had just seen it, and to say that "something came up." However, I had already changed my morning schedule and wasted time and gasoline to be home at the time he offered. True, he never gave final confirmation, but he should've followed up nonetheless. You don't offer a time to a customer then fail to get back to him well after that time has passed.

I have a 1917 home. The pipes are old. My kitchen sink and laundry (mud room) would back up constantly. I would snake it only to have it back up within the month. I hired 2 plumbing service providers before finding Martin's. The others replaced pipes. The visible ones. 1 even stated that the pipe under the house was too small. - 3/4" draining to a 1/2" pipe. The pipes should get larger as they leave your home not smaller. Anyway, they said they (the other guys) would do that but it was a nightmare. It sounded like they (the previous plumber) were tearing my house down. Anyway, I found Martin Plumbing on Angie's and I will be a loyal customer (old house.) They have a 90 day guarantee and I waited well beyond that to write this review. I am so happy. No problems and I've run my dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry sink and washing machine all at the same time to "test" it. They came out the day I called. I had a problem with my shower pressure as well. When they (2 nice young men) came they checked it all out, gave me the prognosis, (time, cost etc.) And fixed the shower quickly at no charge! It took less than 2 minutes for them to figure out my shower problem. Works fine ever since. Martin's looked past the surface and quickly diagnosed the problem. They took out the old pipes running the drainage from the kitchen and mud room. Then they connected it to a larger drain pipe. Just under 1 day. Cleaned up afterwards and hauled the old away. ;) I am one very, very happy old house owner! Don't waste your time, money and a lot of frustration looking for a plumber or plumbing services. Not in their usual repairs, I needed a rubber tube replaced in my heating unit. As I have aged I have many simple things that I can no longer do. I had called my Ac repair place that does my maintenance and they wanted $50 more to come out to repair a simple tube. So I called Martin's and explained my problem. They came right out and fixed it for a reasonable amount of money. It has worked fine ever since. Martin Plumbing is the best repair business I have ever dealt with - even after 16 years in real estate. The very best....

My kids flushed the toilet one day and the water started to come up through our shower drains. I got on Angie's List and saw that Martin's Plumbing came highly recommended. This company is very responsive to their customers. We called them and they came out with in the hour. Cleaned out our pipes and solved our problem. However a week later it started backing up again, so we had them come back out again. Turned out that a section of our pipe needed to be replaced. This company really knows how to treat their customers. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Chris arrived promptly and assessed the situation and informed me he would attempt to get replacement parts from Home Depot, but if that were not possible he would have to replace the whole thing. He went immediately to Home Depot and returned with the news that replacement parts were not available and quoted me $165 to replace the valve. The work was done completely and professionally. Chris was a joy to work with, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also kind to my dog which is always important to me. I have used Martin Plumbing services in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them to all friends and neighbors. Thank you Rich and Chris!!!!!
