Sean was able to deal with our plumbing problems in a professional and friendly manner. We appreciated his attention to detail. He explained what the problems were, and explained what repairs were needed. All is well now in our bathroom!

Chris was on time, very professional and friendly. I appreciated the fact that when he entered our home he used foot coverings as not to track anything on our flooring. It took several attempts to finally find the problem but Chris was not deterred. He was very positive he could figure out what the problem was and correct it. When we need to call a plumber again we will definitely be calling Martin Plumbing! I highly recommend Martin Plumbing.

Dwane and Eddie showed up on time and began the task of repairing the leak. They did a great job, cleaned up the area when the job was completed. and did not try to add any "miscellaneous charges" not covered on the initial quote. They were polite, professional, and both had a great sense of humor. I found Martin Plumbing on Angie"s List. Based on the excellent rating they received on the List, I looked no further. I wish to thank Dwane and Eddie for making this expense as "painless" as possible. If I were to experience a plumbing issue in the future, Martin Plumbing would get my call.

Josh was extremely professional and got the job done in no time. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Martin Plumbing to anyone and plan on using them again in the future.

All though the service was just completed yesterday Sean and his apprentice called ahead completed the job cleaning up after and took the time to explain and answer any questions. The quality of work is based now on looks, if over the next couple of months something changes I will update this review but for right now.... Contacted another plumber (RC Plumbing of Stockton) on Sunday a.m., but he had no workers available until next day, so suggested Martin who also happened to be on Angie's List. Contacted Martin's office, she was able to dispatch Jason within about 2 hours. He took info on what happened and asked questions to ascertain likely problem, then searched for outside line access. After listening to my description of oddities of how my bathroom piping worked he determined it would be best to access main plumbing outflow from the roof down through the guest toilet (this turned out to be best for me as it required less mess and moving of personal items from master bath). Jason kept me informed of what he was doing and seeing all along the way. Luckily it turned out to be a major clog that needed a lot of machine power and effort, not a root problem as initially feared. Jason re-installed the toilet and fixed an old problem with the lid, then cleaned up the bathroom and hallway pretty well. He was very cordial and professional, did a good job and appeared to take only the time the job really needed given the need to access the roof. Although I hope not to have plumbing problems soon, I would use Martin's again, and recommend Jason.

We have used Martin Plumbing in the past for everything from leaking pipes under the house's concrete slab to toilet issues. They have always been very professional, prompt, and well worth the price. I can trust the work they do is done correctly, and I highly recommend them.

He saved me money by suggesting a less costly repair. Plumber was friendly, professional.

They seemed to have installed the new water heater correctly. However, upon being inspected by the city inspector the next day, it was noted the installation was not done properly ! The installers didn't secure the water heater enough in case of earthquakes. So, installers had to make a second trip out, and secure tank to the wall, and run the overflow pipe to the outside of garage. The following day the inspector came out and signed off on the installation, marking it as "Passed". Overall, I was quite satisfied with the installation, knowing it was finally done properly !

Replaced a cracked fitting under the house. Took an hour and inspected the other plumbing under the house while he was there!

Contractor was prompt and professional. There was a fifty dollar charge for travel out of their area. I did not mind paying for it because this the second time I have had work done by Martin Plumbing and they do excellent work.

The service was fine and they resolved it and quote us a price. They fixed it and charged what they said they would charge and it was done in one day.

They were fine. The employees were good, they were reliable and they did a good job.

As far as getting out here quick he was good. The price would have been good if it is for something that I needed.

Tom showed up on time and was very personable and professional throughout the service call. He installed my new garbage disposal and left the work area clean and tidy. He even fixed a wobbly kitchen sink faucet spout for me for no extra charge. I was very happy with the whole experience from making the appointment to the actual work and will undoubtedly use Martin Plumbing again.

He was skilled for the job. But I remember that there were things I needed to clean up and there were things left undone.
