I would MOST certainly use this company again for plumbing or a drain cleaning.

Good service and fast response.

The problem was that the washer was leaking on the kitchen floor. A knowledgeable and personable repairman arrive. He found the washer was not level and leveled it. He missed the fact that one of the leas was leaking. It took a second visit to repair the problem.

Very well. I was shown exactly what was wrong before any work was done.

Called for apt and was able to get one next day. Final bill was less than phone estimate. 2 came one changet sink fixture and the other the laundry sink trap. Great work

The drains started to back up in both bathrooms about a month ago. I had an accident and was away for a month. Therefore, the clog had time to set and harden. Kelly came out and tried for quite a while to clear the clog from the main clean out. He looked all around the house for additional clean outs, looking under the house for any clues as to why the drain was not clearing. He had to pull the toilet and explained that he may have to bring in his equipment to further attempt to clear the drain. He tried again to clear the blockage from outside and was able to do so. He was very courteous and kept me informed of all he was doing and why. He also explained what I might have to do in the future if this continues to happen again. There are many plumbers in my area but I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. They were very prompt, courteous, informative and the price was fair.

Great. Couldn't have been more helpful. There was a small glitch in the intial scheduling, but that was quickly straightened out. This did not inconvenience me in any way (they came when I was not here).

It was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances because of the response time. .This company will always be first choice for me.

All went very well. The 3 toilets were lifted and replaced with the proper wax rings, reseated and caulked around the base. Very professional and very pleased.

Josh was very professional and provided several options with pros and cons. He was very upfront about everything and he only did what we agreed on. The quality of his work is excellent, taking his time to do it right. Overall very satisfied with his work. As a side note, this type of problem is very difficult to diagnose and resolve. I spent alot of time trying to research it myself before paying to have someone come out to fix it.

We had our 2 toilets clogged at the same time and my husband had tried to take care of it himself. When he had done all he could do I checked Angies List for a plumber to come snake the line. Because of their good rating ,I called Martin's Plumbing and was pleased that they would come out that day. They were very punctual ,showed up at the designated time and went to work to find the problem. He determined that the problem was tree roots up under my house and toilets and that the sewer line to the street was clear. This will probably be an on-going issue as at this point I don't want to take down my tree.

I felt very comfortable with them and they took a lot of time explaining my options. I will be calling them soon.

called on 8/10/12 of the three companys that i called Martin Plumbing was the only one who called me back. I was told there would be someone out the next day. The tech. was on time and was very knowledgeable, it took about an hour to fix the problem. I had a broken flange on the toilet, and it was leaking, he got the bolts out, and installed a new toilet, wich i provided, he did a good job, he culked, around the new toilet, cleaned up and was out of their.

amazing it went very well! There is a reason they get all those high marks.. smart on their part!

This is the second time I have used this firm from Angie's list. Again, the results were everything I hoped for. I think many consumers are hesitant to hire many contractors, but do not hesitate to call this firm. Two young men showed up (everybody looks young to me these days) and they were efficient, knowledgeable and most congenial. I regret that I do not know their names. The stool works perfect, but I am always hesitant to see how it lasts. We shall see. This is a firm that deserves all the A ratings they have on Angie's List.

Plumber arrived about 20 minutes after call, was able to get city shut-off of water and replaced broken pipe and faucet in about 30 minutes.

Tim and Josh were great in knowing what needed to be done and fixed the leak, although they didn't put the hose back on to check that part, they did come back the next morning and tighten some things. No leaks now. I will definitely call them for future plumbing work.

I had four issues: a running toilet, a blocked toilet a leaking kitchen faucet and a blocked bathroom sink drain. They cam out and did the work the first time on 10/25. The technician was friendly and arrived on time. However, three days later, I came home and my kitchen floor was leaking water! Mind you the floor in my kitchen in laminate! When I called the technician, he never returned my call. I called the office and they sent someone out the next day. The valve under my kitchen sink was bad and should have been replaced on the first visit. The second technician had to correct the two toilets because now both were running. As it turns out one of the toilets ,upstairs, is not only running but leaking and now I have a huge water stain in the closet ceiling below the bathroom. They did not charge me for the second visit. I have used this company in the past and they have done a terrific job. However, their quality of techs do not seem to be the same and I will not use them again. They are causing too much damage in the house and costing me money.

It went well. They were very prompt. The drain cleaning was quick and easy. The water heater repair was more complicated, but the guy who came out really wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything and that it wont happen again.

Kelly was great. Arrived right on time. Listened to the problems and checked out each area before beginning any work. He showed me what he was doing and kept me informed about his progress. The Toilet flow valve I had purchased was defective. He had one in his truck which he installed instead. That saved me a trip to the store! Overall, I was very pleased with everything. It is all working perfectly now.

Called Martin Plumbing just after 4:00PM friday, (After referring to Angie's list and reading reviews and location) ,Told Rich about my problem and he told me that it would be taken care of after his associate Kelly finished a job in Oakdale. About 5:30PM, note this is friday afternoon, Kelly calls that he is about 10 min. out. A very friendly and professional fellow, Kelly had our problem repaired promptly and at a price of about 2/3 less than family had spent last year for same service. Martin Plumbing is now our plumber. My kitchen sink was plugged up, and since I don't know anyone around here to get a referral, I signed up with Angie's List. I was very pleased with the service. They accommodated my time frame and was able to get it fixed before my family came over for a BBQ!

We phoned Martin Plumbing to get an estimate on the job, and they (Tim and Josh) came out shortly afterward on that same day to take a look. Both men were personable and informative, and were able to answer questions to our satisfaction. A few days later, they returned and accomplished the task. We are very pleased with the customer service, and the work, provided by this company.

I called Martin Plumbing because one of my toilets had a problem that when you flush it the water would keep running and the other toilet could even flush because there was no water flowing through to the toilet.. I expected to make an appointment hopefully by friday but they were able to accommadate me on the same day I called. So I made the appointment for 2pm that day. This wonderful young man named Tim came on time and he knew what he was doing. He got to the problem of one toilet immediately and solved it just by removing some debri stuck in the filter. Then he tackled the other toilet and solved that problem qucikly by replacing the inside of that old toilet. I was shocked that he was finished with everything in 1 hour. Not only was he professional but he was very honest which was another shock to me. I am so happy that I found a decent and honest plumber. I know in the future should I need a plumber again I know who to call. Thank you Tim. Thank you Martin Plumbing and thank you Angies list.
