We had used Paragon Builders for a couple projects in another house and when we wanted to gut and remodel a bathroom in our new home we knew we wanted Guy and his team to do the work. Even if something isn't right (or you change your mind mid-way on something) he will work to make it right! The guys he had on our bathroom remodel did an excellent job from the tiling to every part of installing fixtures, vanity, hooks, etc!

Guy at Paragon Builders was fantastic. He gave us a fair deal, provided us with ideas and worked with us to cut costs and stay within our budget. Beyond that, he kept in touch with us every step of the way, and completed everything on time. His work was also very well done, and two months later, we haven't had any issues. I really enjoyed working with Guy, and I will be calling him again if we need any more work. Thanks Guy!

Guy was professional and we also enjoyed his partner, Chaim. Their people showed up every day on time and performed the work expertly. It was a complex job which also used outside suppliers for the cabinet-building and plumbing, and Guy coordinated with them very well. As with any complex job, there were a couple of small snags - but Guy made good on those both professionally and respectfully. We're thrilled with the outcome and would hire Paragon again.

Guy was highly recommended by a friend. I wanted to add space in my home and make my kitchen bigger. Guy made this entire stressful time easy and comfortable. Even when problems rose I knew I was in good hands and that the problems will be solved to my satisfaction. I love my new kitchen and new space I have in my home. I highly recommend Paragon Builders, Guy for any remodeling project. I will definitely call him next year for my deck and patio.

Bottom line, Guy stuck to the original plan of cost and schedule with additional no charge minor adjustments which I requested. The communications with Guy throughout the project was above and beyond anything I experienced. His response to phone calls and messages was prompt and comprehensive. Guy's willingness to go the extra mile was outstanding. The quality of the work was very satisfying. The workers were professional and respected our home. I highly recommend working with Guy, Paragon Builders, it was a pleasure working with him.

From the moment we first met Guy Liba, CEO of Paragon Builders, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of what we wanted accomplished. He was very courteous and responsive, via phone, text, and email. He would make suggestions if we asked and wouldn't hesitate to let us know if he thought something wouldn't work regarding style or materials. His workers were very polite and professional (and very hard workers) and made every effort to protect the non-working areas with plastic. Throughout the process they were quick to address any concerns (e.g. we found a couple of cemented tiles that seemed misaligned in one shower and by the time we returned home in the evening, the tiles had been removed and replaced). When the work was done, we did an inspection and made a list of items which we wanted corrected, and again, when we returned home from work, everything had been corrected. Overall, we are very pleased with the results of Paragon Builder's work and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Guy and his team were amazing. We had a number of contractors our to estimate the job and Paragon was able to accomplish much more for the same price. While the job was long and difficult, Guy kept a positive attitude and helped solve problems as they arose. Would definitely hire again.

We honestly could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor. The flow in our house was terrible before the renovation and now it feels like a real house. Guy was incredibly kind, approachable, and honest about our ideas -- what would work, what wouldn't, new suggestions, and whether or not something was worth the money. He dealt with the city, all our permitting and inspections. We were barely home during the process, but felt completely comfortable in his hands. He was available any time day or night via text message if I had any concerns. If he had any hesitations about a decision we made, he would always double check with us to make sure we were all in agreement. We completely trusted him! His crew was incredibly clean and did a great job keeping the dust mitigated and cleaned up everyday inside the house for us. When there were issues (as there is on any job, with any contractor), Guy was not defensive. He addressed them immediately and corrected them promptly. He was great with documentation such as our contract, insurance, change orders, etc. We shopped around and his prices were exactly as they should have been. We would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again on any projects in the future!!

Every single employee who showed up was here on time, worked hard and was respectful to my home. Job was finished before deadline. Contractor / foreman checked in daily to make sure everything is satisfactory. They gave me great design ideas and I am very satisfied with the end result. I already recommended Paragon Builders to a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

This firm is fantastic from top to bottom. You have to trust your contractor in so many ways, and this crew was always fair and thoughtful. The work was on time and of terrific quality -- usually better than the plans because they take pride in doing an excellent job. Plus, they made us feel like family. Couldn't recommend Paragon Builders more.

Guy was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail. Throughout the project, Guy was very attentive to our needs. He would visit the job site during the day - he did not just drop off the workers and leave. He completed the work as promised, and returned to fix anything that he thought could be done better. Sometimes at no charge he even added to what he actually promised because extra work was needed to have the job done to his satisfaction. We also appreciated that the workers were very careful and neat.

I wish this website would allow me to give a grade of A+. Guy and the folks from Paragon Builders were simply outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. They came highly recommended by friends who also had their kitchen remodeled. Guy was very professional from our first meeting and had great suggestions. Unlike other contractors we consulted with prior to meeting him, he did not push for unnecessary expenses and actually helped us reduce cost by eliminating unnecessary work we were made to believe was needed by another contractor. He provided us with detailed plan and estimate prior to starting his work. His crew was professional, fast and efficient. We have little kids, and they took a lot of care to make the process safe and as comfortable as possible. They actually finished earlier than anticipated and did not go over cost. Guy was available throughout the construction. He answered our calls on time and came in person anytime we had questions. The results exceeded our expectation, and we're very happy with our new kitchen. We're now planning to do more work on the house, and plan to go with Paragon Builders. Bottom line: if you're looking for a contractor, give these folks a call.

Where do I start. First off I met with a few different contractors and they all had good reviews but something was different when I met Guy from Paragon. He was not a "salesman". He was professional, knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust him. He even came out twice and brought Haim his foreman on the job to verify what would be needed to complete the job and give me an exact price. They took there time to get it right on what the labor and price would be involved. All this without any promise of employment. After meeting Haim who is absolutely terrific and feeling absolutely at ease with them both I was ready to hire them for my project. Everything was going very smoothly and then an issue arrised that had to be taken care of right away.Guy wrote up a change order and it was dealt with quickly and smoothly.At no time did I feel worried (and I am a worry wart). All the work turned out wonderful! Anytime I I need anything done by a contractor I am calling these guys They are absolutely fantastic!

This is a letter to Guy Liba the owner of Paragon Builders, It was a long hard wait for me, but well work the time. You have not only met, but performed beyond my expectation. A big thank you for a job well done! When I first met you, you impressed me as a person who takes pride in his work. That you did! You poured your heart and soul into the reconstruction of my house for all your suggestions and leg-work, I'm very grateful. Each time, hence-fourth, as I look out a window or doorway, I shall think of you and wish you and your family well. Guy, you do not need to be rated you are in a special class by yourself. We hired Paragon Builders to remodel our master bathroom. Guy listened to our needs all during the remodeling phase of the job. He made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome of the project. After the job was completed, the City Inspector was impressed with the quality of work that was done. I would not hesitate at all to hire Paragon Builders again.

I had a great experience with Guy, Paragon Builders, on my home remodeling project and wanted to work with him again on a commercial project for my business. Paragon Builders demolished the existing interior wall and pretty much started with an open space. Guy designed the treatment rooms as well as the lobby / studio area. Our space and time was limited and Paragon Builders made the best of it. They worked around the clock to build the rooms, run new lights and electricity, re-route the air condition ducts, remodeled the bathroom and created space for a sauna. I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Guy and his crew are easy going and always ready to help and come up with the right accommodations and suggestions if a problem rises.

The job went extremely well. Guy showed up on time, every day doing work on the remodel. From the planning stages all the way to final touches. I could not be happier with the results. Guy was always available. Even when the job was completed and paid for he came by to address a concern I had. I recommended him to my friends and co workers and will continue to do so.

The workers were here everyday, they cleaned up and were very pleasant. Seemed as if they never stopped working. Guy was here everyday checking on progress. Not only were we pleased, as well as our neighbors and friends, the inspector liked the finished product as well! Thinking about remodeling the kitchen as the other went so well.

I was referred to Paragon Builders through my brother who had some work done on his house. Guy delivered everything he promised plus some extras. I like that he is straight forward and does not ask for extras during the job. Paragon Builders worked every day, they were clean and professional. I hired Pargaon Builders, Guy, after interviewing several companies. Guy was straight forward with no sales pitch. He was very detailed and we decided to work with him. Guy went shopping with me and helped me with the design by asking me detailed questions about what I had in mind regarding the vision of my bathroom . The final result was better than I expected. I was fortunate to find Paragon Builders when I was searching for a contractor to build a downstairs bathroom. There were several contractors that responded, but I found Paragon Builders to be the most qualified and gave me the best solution. Some were cheaper, some were more expensive, but the cheaper ones would give me options from moving walls to creating outside entrances and in the long run were more expensive. None of them seemed to focus on what I really needed, except for Paragon. The bathroom change was not just for a convenience, but a real necessity. In order to bring my husband home from a nursing home, I had to change my half bath to a fully functional bathroom to accommodate a handicap person. I expressed this to Paragon Builders, and said that I wanted it not just functional, but would be a beautiful addition long after it was handicap needed when my husband would be better. They far exceeded my expectations. They are creative designers as well ad contractors. People that come to my house, always remark on how beautiful my bath is. They were fair, responsible, worked efficiently and finished on time, and by far gave me the best solution for my needs. Because I work full time, I left the house entirely to their use. I felt very comfortable leaving my house each day with their workers, as I found them very responsible, honest and reliable. Paragon took care of all the details, getting the permits, hiring the workers, scheduling the various processes, etc. I was very pleased with the transformation. It?s a beautiful, modern addition. I can send you pictures if you want. Recently, when I had my house refinanced I also found it has greatly increased the value to my home. They are wonderful people to work with and really pay attention to your needs. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Four years ago my wife and I were expecting our second child. We did not have enough room in the home we purchased but we loved the area. After careful consideration we decided to add more space. Our search was not simple. Finding someone reliable that would do a good job in a timely manner was our top priority. After an extensive interview process of contractors, we came across Paragon Builders, Guy Liba. Guy was very informative and was straight to the point. One of the things I liked best was the no pressure presentation. Guy gave us the facts, told us what he can do, and I felt most comfortable with him. The project itself went better than I expected. Paragon Builders completed my 450 square foot addition which included a master bedroom, master bath, a walking closet and conversion of one of the rooms to accommodate the hall way in less than 45 days. Guy made sure we purchased everything we needed for the addition and as for the rest, he took care of everything. Guy was at the job almost every day and communicated with us what was happening on a daily basis. The following year, we replaced our roof with Paragon Builders and last year we installed a tank-less water heater. We later on remodeled with Guy our 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and an amazing patio cover. Guy is always responsive, honest and really cares about the project. I highly recommend him, he?s a great contractor.

Paragon Builders, Guy, was referred by a friend. From the beginning everything was hassle free. Guy explained the entire process in detail. He was on time and finished the garage ahead of schedule. Other than waking me up in the morning, the garage project went better than planned. I was so satisfied with the work ethics and results, I decided to remodel my bathroom, replace the floors and add recessed lights. Guy communicated with me on a daily basis, helped me with the design, went shopping for fixtures with me and got me great discounts on tile and fixtures. Guy is honest and really cares about the details. He went to the city to make sure all work would be to code and inspected. I love my new garage, the storage space Guy created for me.
