We rec'd a call to do a maintenance system on [Removed Member Address]and to check why the heater made a clicking noise when turned off. We came out, did a tune-up, changed the filter and checked the system. We found the noise was coming from the coil & line and informed the customer. We just answered the question they called us with. We gave our recommendations on what needed to be done to fix the problem and customer checked the box on his paperwork that he declined. We are sorry if there was any confusion as we were dealing with two different people at this address and this service was 7 months ago. Our mission is to leave our customers informed and happy and we were under the impression all was well with their service. I hope this clears up any confusion and that we may help you with any of your future AC/Heating needs.

Description of Work: Checked out HVAC due to carbon monoxide alarm going off. Even checked attic and roof, found out furnace not vented correctly and suggested I call installer and have them fix it due to incorrect installation. Polite, efficient and not looking to just make money off the situation.

Description of Work: It took over 3 weeks for them to come ... There was a problem with the heating system so they did not provide the service requested and told us that they needed to replace a part then we get a phone call and we are told that it was 2 parts and each part was $350.00..... Never called us back after that and my husband touched a part on the heater and has worked ever since !

Hi. we are very sorry you feel this way however I would like to fill you in with some accurate information since you where not present at time of service. we did show up in time specified and met with your husband. your furnace was not running at the tine of our arrival. we have inspected you 35 year old furnace and determined the the 3 wire pilot is faulty. we have repositioned the wires and got the unit to work. since we did not have the part on hand we have showed your husband what to do in order to get the furnace to work if heating was necessary. we have called the next few days in order to come and replace the part. we got no reply to our calls. Finally when we did get reply we where told the unit still runs and you will let us know when it breaks again you happiness is our first priority and we would like to talk to you at your convenience in order to clear this matter all the best

Description of Work: At the time it seemed they did a great job. But I didn't fill this out right after they did the work, I fill it out now, over a year later. And I now find the heater/ducts are incredibly noisy, the main pipe burning to the touch, and the heat seems to stay in the closet where the unit is.
