He worked all day and finally finished about 6:00 PM. |I gave him the extra that covered the cost of his actual work. He was terrific!

 + -1 moreThe washers arrived on time. They started complaining about how hard the job was going to be. I had discussed this with Damon and we looked at photographs of the house so he could assess the difficulty. They could not get to two very large windows, although prior washers had not had a problem. Why I won't use them again -- they left before finishing because they had not scheduled enough time to do the complete job. I scheduled a day home from work to accommodate them. I discussed the missed windows with Damon. He said, "If you use us next time, I'll send a better crew." Really.

 + -1 moreI called around for estimates to a few places. Smart Window had a nice way to estimate your cost based on your square footage. Damon (who answers the phone) was nice, courteous, and professional. We ended up choosing them. On the date of service, John & Fabrizio came to do the windows. I showed them what needed to be done, and the quirks of some of our windows. They paid close attention, and then got straight to work. They did a quick and excellent job. It was worth every penny!! We will never wash our own windows again. We will hire Smart Windows every time!

 + -1 moreThe first day we scheduled the cleaning it threatened to rain. John called to ask if we wanted to reschedule, which we did. He came back the next day, arriving a few minutes early, but called to make sure we were ready for him. The cleaning took just over two hours and John was thorough and professional. The windows sparkle now.
Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows on our San Francisco home. We have a garage under/house over building, so all windows are second floor, but accessible from inside. No ladders needed.

But one very nice and careful guy cleaned all the windows in my 3000 sq foot home inside and out, including cleaning the runners for the sliding doors for $300. The living room picture window is 20X20 and outside is on a steep slope (!) but he did it all and cleaned up perfectly. Will use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned inside and outside of all windows in 3000 sq ft home. It took 6-7 hours, 3 different ladders. Very careful about walking inside the house carrying water and cleaning material.
