Great for the windows that were done. Unfortunately, forgot the biggest window in the master bathroom. got the two smaller windows forgot, or thought done the big window between the two smaller ones.

Price was double other quotes and he could no do solar panels si I did not use him

Teodor was exceptional. Very polite and professional and did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning the windows. Even my old screens look much newer after being cleaned as well. The work areas were kept immaculate and there was no mess to clean up afterward. I would hire this company again and hat's off to Teodor. It was a pleasure working with him. The only thing I graded down was a missed visit last week without proactive communication, but this had nothing to do with Teodor and apparently a person had called in sick last week.

Guy named Mike came out. Did a GREAT job. Will have Smart Window Cleaning out again when needed, hope Mike does the job next time too.

This was the first time hiring a window cleaner. I was so happy to see the results. The cleaner cleaned not only the windows but also the tracking systems and sills. Brilliant. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellently. We have 19 windows and two sets of small paned French doors on the first floor and 16 windows on the second. All of the downstairs were done inside and out, and the sills all cleaned nicely.

They did a good job. We did have to reschedule, but they did a good time. I would give them a B only because they were late the first time. I might use this company again.

Teodor of Smart Window Cleaning arrived on time and took a quick tour through the house to determine the best way to get the work done. He was very courteous and professional and even agreed to clean the top of the curtain rods that are mounted about 10 ft above the ground. The cleaned the windows even in the difficult spaces with a minimum of disruption of my own work. Very little furniture had to be moved. In addition, he was very conscientious of the antique furniture and took extra care when moving the ladder around the inside of the house. I was very pleased with this service and will definitely use this provider again (hopefully they will send Teodor again!)

I purchased this service on Angie's list as a promotion. Eduardo was communicative and responded to emails regarding logistics and possible rain. He was on time and took care of the windows inside and out without fuss or muss. He cleaned screens and window tracks. The windows look great. I would recommend this company on the neighborhood web site.

All was great. Very personable, friendly, punctual and finished on time. Good eye for detail. I have no complaints, great job. I would highly recommend.

What a great visit! I signed up, and he came the next day - when does that happen? Prompt, incredibly courteous and respectful. I work from home, and I could hardly tell he was here he worked so quietly. And the windows are so clean I keep forgetting they're closed. I appreciated the extra care he took with our special windows - in an incredibly hard to reach spot, small little panes, original glass from the 1920's. He took so much care that it was as if it was his own house!

Smart Window Cleaning did an amazing job on my windows. I live in a 1906 Victorian, with original windows, and they expertly cleaned them, both inside and out. They called the day of the cleaning to ask if they could arrive a bit early, which was wonderful! They brought all the necessary equipment, including ladders to reach the third story, and finished the job in less time than anticipated. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use them for every window cleaning job in the future!

4 windows in/out 3rd story; 7 windows in/out 2nd story; 2 windows main level, outside only. Excellent job; quick and professional. Took him less time than I had anticipated, about 2.5 hours.

I've now used Smart Window Cleaning twice, about 9 or so months apart. They cleaned all of the windows in my full floor Victorian flat in San Francisco and did a great job. We have a combination of old, historic windows in the front, and original pane glass windows and doors in the back, as well as some more modern standard windows. Both times they worked as a team of two people, and systematically worked from inside the house, starting at the front and making their way to the back, and washed every window by hand. It took them about 1.5 hours and they were efficient, friendly, neat, and most importantly -- they were GOOD. They left our windows squeaky clean and gleaming!! And boy, what a difference it makes, both inside and out! We should really use this service more often, frankly, but at the least, I think it's a MUST once per year, and ideally, twice per year. I just scheduled my third cleaning with them for next week. Once again, they were prompt in responding to my call/inquiry, and got me scheduled quickly, on my first choice of dates (their availability depends on time of year and how busy it is; be sure to call ahead if you're looking for a specific day during the busy times of year). Truly "A" grade work all around!! Just a note: I gave a "B" for punctuality, not because I was truly dissatisfied, but just because of the reality of when they showed up both times. Like most providers, they will give you a 'window' of time (no pun intended) and it's always a bit frustrating when providers show up at the last moment or just after that window. The first time they arrived just after the quoted timeframe, the second time, they arrived at the end of the hour. Both times, they called me from the van when they were on their way over to apologize. It didn't matter in the end, b/c they did a SUPERB job and they were SO NICE. These scheduling hiccups are just part of the reality of scheduling most service providers, but I'd reserve an "A" for a provider who is somehow able to be there on the early side :-)

Our house has many windows, including a sun room, and the price and quality of this work are outstanding. This is our second time using them and both times we've been very satisfied. They arrive on time, are courteous, and the workmanship and cost are great. They don't try to up-sell other services and stick to their quote. In fact, the first time they came, the quote given by phone was reduced when they arrived and evaluated on site. Unbelievable! We won't look anywhere else for window cleaning services in the future.
