The service people were pretty nice. They explained things pretty well. I would suggest others to go through their products first. It was not very clear to me.

I had to reschedule a couple times, one day with less than 24 hour notice, and the person i spoke with on the phone was very accommodating and cool. The two assistants were delightful and the 3 person crew worked very hard. On the other hand, they arrived an hour late and did not even call me within the 2 hour window in which they were supposed to arrive. The lead technician then told me that my $69 purchase was only for a topical clean and not a deep clean. While my carpets certainly had some stains, they weren't in too bad a shape as I have them cleaned every year. The part I most object to is that he told me the job would cost $150 ON TOP of the $69 I had already paid. Previous good companies had charged $125 total. He took $25 off, but the Angieslist Big deal turned into no deal at all.

Everything went great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The carpet had recently become very dirty and I was considering replacing it. Having it cleaned was a last ditch effort. Quite frankly I was stunned by what a good job they did. The carpet looks like new. I will use this company again and the next time, I will call them in as soon as it gets dirty. Having a clean carpet changes the whole feel of the room.

We made an appointment (I thought for May 4) for carpet cleaning based on an Angie's List "Big Deal." We paid $69 upfront for what was supposed to be up to three rooms of carpet cleaning, but we just wanted a living room and bedroom done. The man came unexpectedly this morning (though, to be fair, it's possible I wrote the date down wrong, but their confirmation email didn't include the time and date, so who knows), and I asked my husband to have him give us an estimate first for the "little extra" I was told it would cost for the one room that had an area rug instead of wall-to-wall. He told my husband it would cost several hundred dollars more to clean the area rug and that he could "get it down" to $180 if he did just a surface "brush and dry" on it. What? I told my husband to tell him to forget it (we were having to phone back and forth). I told my husband, "Tell him just to clean the bedroom carpet," which is just a 10x11 room. Well, he wouldn't even do that. He said it would cost $79, not the $69 I paid upfront, to do a "basic cleaning" on the bedroom carpet and then said he wouldn't do even that because it needed a heavier-duty cleaning (it does have a few old stains) and that would cost more than $100. He refused to perform the "basic cleaning." So, my husband told him to just leave. No work was done. Wasted time and aggravation. Fortunately, the folks at Angie's List gave me a complete refund of the $69 right away. Now I just have to go home tonight and deal with a very p***** off husband. Sigh.

I scheduled my carpet to be cleaned about 2 weeks in advance. I called them on the day before the service - to coordinate - but I was told that they will not be able to provide the service in my area, Northridge. This, in spite of the fact that they provided a promotion for the LA area through Angies List, and Northridge is a standard middle class neighborhood in LA proper. They did not contact me to inform me of the cancelation. Had I not called them to confirm, I would have waited, and waited, and waited.... to no avail, on the day of the service.

Someone who is very particular recommended them. The carpet looks great. He advised me that I shouldn't have waited so long to have the sectional cleaned but it came out well. The owner's name was Steven. He is going to come back and do another sofa and 4 chairs and a rug. The price includes all the things he is cleaning. It was a good price for everything that he is cleaning. I had a lot of stuff that I wanted them to look at and they were really good about looking at each piece and measuring, noting fabrics and looking for stains and dog urine. That helped them to know how to treat it. They were nice, professional, friendly and informative. I really appreciated their knowledgeable. There was someone to take my call and I was able to get them out when I wanted them. I’ve never had this sort of service done before. They were definitely one of the best contractors that I have dealt with. They were above and beyond average.
